가스보일러용 STS 304의 부식특성에 미치는 용수의 비저항의 영향 (Effect of the Specific Resistance of Water on Corrosion Characteristics of STS 304 for Gas Boiler)

  • This paper was studied on the effect of the specific resistance of water on corrosion characteristics of STS 304 for gas boiler. The electrochemical polarization test of STS 304 for gas boiler was carried out. And the polarization resistance, uniform corrosion, corrosion behavior by impressed potential and corrosion sensitivity of STS 304 with specific resistance were considered. The main results are as following: 1) With being low the specific resistance of water, the polarization resistance and corrosion potential of STS 304 decreases, while corrosion current density increases. 2) Under constant impressed potential, the corrosion sensitivity of STS 304 is large with being low the specific resistance due to synergy effect of Cl ion.

  • 큰 기대를 가지고 출범한 IPTV 서비스는 적은 가입자 수와 콘텐츠로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 IPTV에 대한 연구는 아직 초기단계이며 대부분의 선행연구 역시 IPTV가 어떻게 수용되고 확산될 것인가에만 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 IPTV 서비스를 수용하지 않으려는 경향을 사용자 저항으로 정의하고, 저항에 영향을 미치는 요인을 크게 혁신특성과 사용자특성, 서비스 특성으로 추출 분석하여 바람직한 IPTV의 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과는 상대적 이점, 복잡성, 기존제품에 대한 태도, 콘텐츠, 비용, 혁신성이 IPTV 사용자 저항에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 IPTV 수용에 관한 연구가 대부분이며, IPTV 사용자 저항에 대한 연구가 미흡한 상황에서, 부정적인 요인들도 같이 고려해 보는데 그 의의가 있다.

  • 인터넷뱅킹의 지속적인 성장과 확산을 위해 사용자 저항에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하는 연구는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 사용자 개인 특성요인, 인터넷뱅킹 특성요인, 서비스품질 요인이 인터넷뱅킹 사용자 저항에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 개인 특성요인으로는 컴퓨터와 인터넷뱅킹에 대한 자기 효능, 변화에 대한 태도, 혁신성향으로 설정하였다. 인터넷뱅킹의 특성으로는 상대적 이점, 적합성, 복잡성, 지각된 위험을 주요 요인으로 설정하고, 인터넷뱅킹의 서비스품질은 SERVQUAL의 5가지 요인으로 하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 개인 특성으로 컴퓨터와 인터넷뱅킹에 대한 자기효능, 인터넷뱅킹의 특성으로는 적합성, 반응성, 복잡성, 위험성, 그리고 서비스품질 요인에서는 신뢰성과 공감성이 사용자 저항에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수로 파악되었다.

Effects of surface-roughness and -oxidation of REBCO conductor on turn-to-turn contact resistance

  • The electrical/thermal stabilities and magnetic field controllability of a no-insulation (NI) high-temperature superconducting magnet are characterized by contact resistance between turn-to-turn layers, and the contact resistance characteristics are determined by properties of conductor surface and winding tension. In order to accurately predict the electromagnetic characteristics of the NI coil in a design stage, it is necessary to control the contact resistance characteristics within the design target parameters. In this paper, the contact resistance and critical current characteristics of a rare-earth barium copper oxide (REBCO) conductor were measured to analyze the effects of surface treatment conditions (roughness and oxidation level) of the copper stabilizer layer in REBCO conductor. The test samples with different surface roughness and oxidation levels were fabricated and conductor surface analysis was performed using scanning electron microscope, alpha step surface profiler and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. Moreover, the contact resistance and critical current characteristics of the samples were measured using the four-terminal method in a liquid nitrogen impregnated cooling environment. Compared with as-received REBCO conductor sample, the contact resistance values of the REBCO conductors, which were post-treated by the scratch and oxidation of the surface of the copper stabilizer layer, tended to increase, and the critical current values were decreased under certain roughness and oxidation conditions.

마그네슘 금속연료전지의 출력특성에 관한 연구 (A Study of Power Output Characteristics for the Magnesium Metal Fuel Cell)

  • The electric power output characteristics of magnesium fuel cell were investigated with regard to internal resistance. A equivalent circuit with the series-connected three internal resistance was introduced to analyze of the response to change of power. The power output analysis was employed in order to investigate the effect of internal resistances for the electrolyte concentration, air electrode area, Mg electrode area and distance between the electrodes. It was confirmed that internal resistance is generated by the electrolyte, air electrode and metal electrode, then those Internal resistances had a significant effect on the power output decrease. The power output was a maximum when the load resistance maches the internal resistance of the magnesium fuel cell. The fuel efficiency was only 50% at maximum power output. Higher fuel efficiency was achieved when the load resistance is greater than the internal resistance.

  • The characteristics of the resistance phenotypes of Bacillus subtilis having ermk and its terminator region mutants were determined. Wild type ermK(pEC101) and pECMT109(methylase SD-region mutant) showed typical inducible resistance phenotype. pECMF1(terminator1 region mutant) and pECMT2(terminator2 region mutant) showed constitutive resistance to Kitasamycin but inducible resistance to tylosin. In contrast, pECMT3(terminator1 and terminator2 double mutant) and pECMT309(terminator1, terminator2 and methylase SD region triple mutant) showed constitutive resistance both to kitasamycin and tylosin.

확산증폭기에 의한 전압안정 부저항회로의 구성에 대하여 (A Study on Composition of VSNR Circuit by Operational Amplifier)

  • 연산증폭기를 이용한 전압안정부저항회로를 제안하였으며, 전입력전압범위에 걸쳐서 회로를 해석하였다. 부저항영역에서 이 v-i특성이 2가지 구분된 요인에 의해서 이루어짐을 밝혔고, 이 개념에 의해서 역 v-i특성의 꼭지점을 해석하였다. 제안된 회로를 실험하여 얻은 입력 v-i특성의 직선성은 대단히 양호하였으며, 이들의 부저항치는 전압범위 ±1∼±5V에서 -86∼833Ω였다. 그리고 전입력전압범위에서 v-i특성을 검토했다. A voltage-stable negative resistance circuit with operational amplifier is proposed, and circuit analysis is given all the input voltage range. The behavior of the v-i characteristics in the nogative resistance region is devided into two causes, and top points in the input v-i characteristics of the circuit is analyzed with them. Experimental results of the v-i characteristics of the proposed circuit has a good linearity in the negative region with negative resistance, -86Ω∼-833Ω for the input voltage, ± 1∼± 5 colts. The v-i characteristics of the circuit in all the input voltage range is discussed.

방염도료의 방염성능 및 발연특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Flame Resistance Performance and Smoking Characteristics of the Flame-Resistant Paint)

  • 방염도료의 주성분 및 특성에 따른 방염성능과 발연특성에 대하여 알아보기 위하여 국내에 유통되어지는 17종의 방염도료를 MDF에 방염처리하여 45도 연소실험과 연기밀도실험을 실시하였다. 45도 연소실험 결과 주성분별로는 아크릴 수지를 주성분으로 한 방염도료의 방염성능이 가장 우수한 것으로 평가되어지며 유성방염도료 보다는 수성방염도료의 방염성능이 우수한 것으로 나타났고 또한 무광방염도료보다 유광방염도료의 방염성능이 더 우수한 것으로 평가되었다. 연기밀도실험을 통한 발연특성은 아크릴 수지를 주성분으로 한 시료에서 연기밀도가 상대적으로 낮게 측정되었으며 특성별로는 수성방염도료를 처리한 시료들에서 유성방염도료를 칠한 시료보다 연기밀도가 낮게 측정되었다.

선외기 추진장치의 저항특성 및 항주자세에 대한 실험 연구 (An Experimental Study on Hull Resistance Characteristics and Attitude by an Outboard Propulsion System)

  • The planing hull is characterized by a large change in the posture according to the speed, and the shape of the propeller varies, so that the hull resistance varies greatly depending on the propeller used. Especially, the Savitsky system, which is widely used for estimating the resistance of planing hull, does not consider the characteristics of these propeller and ship bottom spray rails. In this paper, in order to investigate the difference in resistance characteristics between the propeller and the bottom of the propeller of 6m and 12m class propeller using propeller such as outboard or stern drive, A comparative test was conducted on resistance and attitude posture changes in the Circulating Water Channel of Institute of Medium & Small Shipbuilding. As a result of comparison test, it was confirmed that there is a clear difference in the attitude change due to the presence of the bottom floor spray rail and the change in resistance characteristics due to the installation of the propeller. However, attitude change with the propeller was found to be insignificant.

예방적 유지보수를 위한 소수성 저점도 AP 표면처리재 개발 (The Development of the Hydrophobic - Low Viscosity Filling Material for the Surface Treatment for Pavement Preventive Maintenance)

  • PURPOSES : Surface treatment is a favorable method in the pavement preventive maintenance. This study (Part I) aimed to develop the low viscosity filling material for waterproof characteristics and high penetrable and weather resistance, and a series of companion study (Part II) presents the coating characteristics and performance analysis using field and lab tests. METHODS : Hydrophobic characteristics of the advanced surface treatment material are observed and measured the filling depth and the permeability for sand and asphalt pavement specimen using the water absorption test and permeability test, X-RAY CT test. Color difference for the weather resistance using ultraviolet ray accelerated weathering test is compared with asphalt pavement specimens. RESULTS : The developed material shows the decreased water absorption and increased impermeable effect because of the hydrophobic characteristics. It is found that the filling depth is about 6mm and weather resistance is better than asphalt pavement specimen. CONCLUSIONS : The advanced hydrophobic - low viscosity filling treatment material is developed in this study (Part I) to improve the waterproof characteristics and high filling capacity and weather resistance for the pavement preventive maintenance.
