  • Modern house degraded by object of possession by industry and capitalistic development, and it is losing genuine meaning as order system to secure perpetuity of dwelling. Paradigm of space embodiment need first of all laying stress on human's life to overcome such modem dwelling crisis. In modern age Europe, Adolf Loos tried to embody residing space of human center within modernistic developing of technology, urbanization etc.. For such reason, Raumplan is worth reviewing. By treatise that research about Raumplan is many already presentation of the results of ones study do. But most discussions were limited by opinion which is 'Three-dimensional space plan techniques' that give attention to in physical characteristics of Raumplan, and by opinion which is 'Adolf Loos' criticism about culture with outside society. We reconsidered Raumplan in side of general paradigm of residing space embodiment that started from relevant resident's life in treatise that see as such reason. As a result, we knew that is near in residing space original target that Raumplan wishes to embody human's life to space, and this nowaday suitable candidate for marriage as excellent thanks for residing crisis conquest of done situation quote may.

  • 경제수준 및 주거수준 향상에 따른 생활양식의 변화로 공동주택 입주자의 가족 구성과 주거 선호도가 다변화되고 있다. 이에 따라 라이프 싸이클 및 라이프 스타일 만족을 위한 리모델링과 조기 재건축이 늘어나고 있으며, 공동주택 주거 계획의 핵심요소로써 오픈 하우징의 개념인 "가변성"이 강조되고 있다. 주거공간에 공간 가변성을 채택한 공동주택들은 점진적으로 증가하고 있지만, 구조 안정성, 경제성 및 거주자 사용성을 만족시키는 최적의 공간 가변형 복합구조시스템은 개발되지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존 공간 가변형 공동주택의 복합구조시스템 개발과정 및 특성을 분석하여 시스템 평가요소를 도출하고, 이것을 기준으로 각 시스템을 비교${\cdot}$분석하여 국내 실정에 맞는 모듈화된 시스템 개발을 위한 현행 가변형 구조시스템의 개선 방향을 제시하였다.

  • By population graying, elderly residing problem is risen by social problem. Specially, because residing is occupying many parts in psychological sentimentalize stability of elderly senescence, it is misgovernment that suitable countermeasure is pressing hereupon with governmental interest so that elderly age may can inhabit to suitable residing space. The purposes of this research used content analysis method about elderly residing support policy laying stress on data of elderly residing support policy connection literature, virtue research etc.. and research result is as following ; First, as elderly residing connection equipment is permitted by common people subject operation in government burden gradually in van abroad including our country, supply of elderly equipment is spreading. Second, support about elderly dependent is introducing house priority supply system to financial favors benefit and income tax exemption, aged parents supporter being increasing. Third, through reconstruction and so on of house, real elderly's ashes are developing by support policy. Also, is administering elderly residing support policy by total service that can support elderly aging in place.

함라마을 부농주거의 건축특성 연구 (The Study on the Architectural Characteristics of the Wealthy Farmhouses in Ham-Ra)

  • Ham-ra is a village that belongs to Ham-yuel Ri, Ik-san city and also known as the village where 4 millionaire modem age rich farmer households are residing in the center of the village. Originally, central point of the village was Gaeksa and Hyanggyo that is in Suodong, but early 1900s, rich farmers found new Places beside Suodong and built large-scale houses and around it, houses of tenant and commercial places were formed and became the new center of the village. Therefore, Ham-ra village shows well about the changes of the traditional village in the end of Chosun Dynasty aspect that of existent village space according to rich farmer's growth. Especially, the large scaled Korean traditional houses which were built newly in the year between 1917 to 1939 shows main road and Natural stream surrounding the village which are not found in any other village. 3 rich farmers (Lee Bae-won, Jo Hae-young, Kim An-gyun house) and Lee Jib-cheon's houses built a large scaled Sarang-chae and An-chae to compete and to show off there wealth. This residing imitated High-classe house yet accommodated social changes and through a voluntary experiment, is expressing modernity of Han-ok very well. Similarity and creativity in residing form appears well in buildings similar time and village. This research analyzed space composition change of the village and characteristic of Architecture who appear at modern process of typical farmer houses which make a strong resolution to Ham-ra hereupon.

아동실의 주거 환경 및 이용에 대한 실태 - 시설복지적 측면에서 본 아동공간에 관한 연구 ( I ) - (A study on the actual conditions of residing environment in children's room and it's utilization - A study on Children's Space from a Welfare viewpoint ( I ) -)

  • The purpose of this study are to investigate the actual conditions of residing environment in children's room and it's utilization. Further, basic for the guidence and the effective preparation of children's room and children's residing environment in addition willbe produce through grasping the actual conditions of them.The subjects of this study were 214 5th grade elementary school children living in Taegu. The analysis of the data was done through SPSS pc programs.The major findings of this study can be summarized as follow;1. The greater part of children had their own room, and they had the desk, the book case and the clothes chest in their room. But the numbers of children with the bed were few in comparison to those. And a large number of children wanted to have the bed and the computer in their room.2. There were significant differences in the actual conditions of residing environcent in children’s room according to the independent variables. For example, the existence of children's room was variable according to farther's job(0.1% level).3. The case of having their own room in the period of the lower grades in elemtary school dccupied the highest percentage. A lage number of children passed away time mostly in the women'a guarters. In the cleaner of children's room, the case of doing themselves occupied the highest rate as 51 percent.4. There were significant differences in the actual conditions of utilization in children's room according to the independent variables. For example, the period of separation from their parents was variable according to mother's educational level(5%), father's job(0.1%)and the numbers of room(1%).

  • 혼합유한요소법은 접지평면내의 구멍에 존재하는 마이크로스트립 패치 단일 및 병렬안테나의 전자파 산란과 복사성질의 특성화에 대해 제시되었다. 해석방법은 개구부상에서 전자장과 자유공간에서 R.C.S(Radar Cross Section)와 산란 전자장의 해에 대한 계통적 수식화를 위해 유한요소법과 경제적분법을 혼합한다. 제시된 방법은 유한요소법의 특성에 따라 손실 및 무손실 유전체 기판상에 존재하거나 박힌 단일 및 병렬 패치안테나에 적용할 수 있고, 또한 여러형태의 여기구조를 다룰 수 있다. 여러 수치적 결과들을 제시된 방법의 타당성, 효율성 그리고 가능성을 입증하기 위해 제시되었다

  • China which has 960km of domain area is one of the biggest countries in the world. Also China has a large population of 1,300,000,000 which are 25% of total world population and consist of 56 ethnic groups. In addition, History of China is immemorial and Confucianism of feudalistic and Taoism idea have effect on Chinese for a long time and architecture is influenced by them. Thus a large degree of variety, abundance, and uniqueness can be found in Chinese traditional dwelling. This research will be focusing on Sanapwon, a traditional housing in Beijing, which represents China's original and distinctive dwelling features. By looking at Sanapwon, we can learn the distinguishable characteristics of Chinese residential area and understand the concept of space. By looking closely at the worldly outlook, historical view, originality, and the spatial notion centered around human beings, many types of Sanapwon and its formation process have been examined Likewise indoor plane construction, and basic element of composition of space will help to study the whole of residing space.

  • Construction space of Japan suggests the factor of speculation to human and reveals tradition. The speculation can be embodied in the aspect of space and human's mental aspect is expressed as a main factor of tradition space of Japan. The purpose of this study is to research expression characteristic of speculation space, shown in the architecture of modem architect, Tadao Ando, who succeeds the concept. His works surveyed through research contain the emotion of nature and human, which are traditional factors of Japan. Moreover, it is reinterpreted by modem space, delivers its function of space and physical factor to user and grants value to activity and behavior of user residing in the space. Users recognize movement, create new meaning of space and accept physical barrier in the space. In conclusion, it can be said that the space of speculation is not a simple visual thing but a frame of visual structure, which is invented for embodiment. The factors show the Japanese architecture, real and contemplating one, which is positive in real life and allows experience. Through the conditions above, the researcher can find the meaning from the aspect that modem architecture of Japan is planned on the basis of concept of speculation.

  • This study researched that the remodeling was executed desirably in the side of deweller's household to the subject of ten apartment housings located in Gwang-ju, Jun-nam province. The study method was used the field study method and used in parallel with participant observation. As a result of the study, first, the problems of remodeling enforcement process are brought about standardized design, bad construction and the difficulty of solution in the defect occurrence. Second, By that request of the household is not reflected, the room except bedroom and the bathroom of inner room are low practical use degree. And wash space, garden space, assistant space of kitchen work were becoming hindrance factor of the residing environment because the use is irrational.

아파트에 설치된 경량칸막이 및 대피공간의 관리방안 모색 (The Efficient Management Plans for the Lightweight Partition Walls and Evacuation Space in Apartment Houses)

  • This study classified the study subjects as apartment residents and managers, and conducted the descriptive statistics of research questions related to the effectiveness of the lightweight partition walls and the evacuation space. This study also conducted T-test and Anova to find the different perceptions of the lightweight partition walls and the evacuation space, and the different perceptions of related laws according to the characteristics of the residents and managers. The findings and suggestions were as follows. Firstly, strengthening of the Senior Fire Safety Manager system to prevent the insolvency of fire safety management due to the affiliate. Secondly, implementing enhanced penalties in accordance with not implementing residents education, in order to prevent not smoothly delivering manager trained education to residents. Thirdly, adjusting hands-on training time according to the gender of the managers to supplement women's relatively low perceptions of lightweight partition. Fourthly, mandating evacuation guidance stickers on the evacuation space for residents to remove obstacles in the evacuation space. Finally, establishing regular residents education system in order to improve the awareness of the related laws for residents residing over 16th floors.
