  • The paper aims to examine the relationship of emotional intelligence on the project success, the causal relationship between emotional intelligence and project success, and also investigate the influence of emotional intelligence and the mediating role of transformational leadership as well as the moderating effect of organization commitment on the relationship between emotional intelligence and project success. Cross sessional research is applied to collect the data in this study. By applying quantitative research and survey question, the study collects 325 respondents who are the project managers. Snow-ball sampling method is used to distribute the questionnaires by face to face survey (68% of respondents) and online survey (32% of respondents). The collected data is analyzing by applying partial least square (PLS-SEM) via software SmartPLS 3.0.The result shows that the emotional intelligence and the transformational leadership making the project even more successful as the mediation actor. Furthermore, the project commitment also has the moderator effect between transformational leadership and project success. With the result of study, project managers should be aware of the importance of emotional intelligence and their commitment to the ability to manage projects successfully. A successful project is a combination of many actors, the most critical actor is the leader of the project.

  • Due to the development of modern technology and the enlargement of industrial scale, the scale of many projects is expanding and the complexity is also increasing. Individual management of existing projects cannot effectively manage projects in this trend, and it is necessary to systematically manage the entire process from initiation to completion. Accordingly, the need for integrated management and life cycle management that can efficiently manage the entire project is emerging, and for this, a systematic project management system is also required. PMS enables efficient project management by linking business processes such as resource, schedule, scope, and output management of a project with separately separated infrastructure accordingly. In this paper, a research model was proposed to manage the project from the perspective of implementing integrated management and life cycle management, especially during R&D project execution, and to prove the mediating role between PMS and R&D project performance for this purpose. The proposed research model will be able to help companies and organizations that feel the need to implement integrated management and life cycle management and are preparing to build a PMS-type system or that have already been established to efficiently perform project management.

  • The RF system for PEFP 20MeV proton linear accelerator is described. The RF system for 3MeV RFQ was already installed and operated to drive the RFQ. The klystron was tested up to 600kW itself and operated up to 350kW routinely. The HPRF dummy load was stabilized with the change of the coolant. Preparation of 20MeV DTL HPRF test has been completed. LCP and PLC system for klystron power supply was already prepared. Voltage fluctuation was measured during klystron test. Voltage control feedback loop seems to be re-adjusted.

  • RF plasma and aerosol nano process were developedfor a volume production of nanoscale phosphors. R, G, and B PDP phosphors were synthesized and the characteristics were optimized through the proprietary power treatments. PL intensities were confirmed to be enhanced up to 70% of that of present commercial phosphors.

  • Now, on the developing COMS(Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite) has solar panel on the South panel only. Therefore, the wheel off-loading has to be performed periodically to reduce a induced momentum energy by a asymmetric solar panel. One of two East/West station keeping maneuver to correct simultaneously longitude and eccentricity, orbit corrections may be performed during one of the two wheel off-loading manoeuvres per day to get enough observation time for meteorological and ocean sensor. In this paper, we applied a linearized orbit maneuver equation to acquire maneuver time and delta-V. Nonlinear simulation for the station keeping is performed and compared with general station keeping strategy for fuel reduction.

  • The high power RF system for the PEFP 20MeV proton accelerator composed of the 3MeV RFQ and the 20MeV DTL has been installed. The klystron for the RFQ was tested up to 600kW and operated routinely to drive the RFQ in a pulse mode operation. The klystron for the DTL which consists of 4 tanks was tested up to 800kW in pulse mode operation. The pulse width and repetition rate was 50${\mu}s$ and 1Hz respectively. The high power RF system has been operated to drive each accelerating structure and will be used to accelerate 20MeV proton beam.
