기술창업에 대한 관심이 증가하며, 기술창업 활성화를 위한 다양한 정책이 제시되고 있다. 기술창업에 대한 높은 기대 속에 이를 장려하기 위한 정책적/양적 폭이 확대되고 있으며, 현장의 목소리를 반영하여 질적으로도 수준을 제고한 정책이 마련되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 여전히 정부의 계획 및 지원 방향이 창업 이후에만 집중되고 있다는 한계를 드러내고 있다. 따라서 이를 보완하여 창업 이전 시점에 포커스를 맞춘 정책과 프로그램 마련이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 실제 창업이 이뤄지기 앞 단계에서, 교육 프로그램으로서 창업의 성공 가능성을 높이기 위한 방안으로 예비창업지원 프로그램 도입을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 중요도-만족도 분석 및 다중회귀방법을 활용하여 분석을 수행하여, 예비창업지원 프로그램 도입의 근거를 제시하였다. 먼저, 갭 분석 및 중요도-만족도 간 검증을 수행한 뒤 각각을 사분면에 위치시켜 유형화하였다. 다음으로 다중회귀분석을 통해 세부 프로그램이 예비창업지원 프로그램 전반의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과 자금을 제외한 나머지 네 개 프로그램은 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 주며, 각 세부 프로그램의 영향력을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 분석을 바탕으로 예비창업지원 프로그램의 실효성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이를 종합하여 향후의 프로그램 강화를 위한 방법을 제안하였다. 결론적으로 예비창업지원 프로그램 도입은 창업 성공을 촉진하는 기제로 작용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

이 연구의 목적은 CIPP 평가모형의 상황, 투입, 과정, 산출적 국면에 따라 특성화고 취업역량강화 프로그램의 질 관리 및 개선을 위한 의사결정에 도움이 되는 평가지표를 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰과 전문가 의견조사를 통하여 특성화고 취업역량강화 프로그램 평가지표를 설계하였다. 또한, 이를 타당화하기 위하여 특성화고 취업담당 교사 및 교육관련 전문가 15명을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 델파이 설문 자료 결과를 통해 내용타당도인 CVR 값과 합의도, 수렴도를 통해 의견 일치 정도를 분석하였고, 수정 보완의 과정을 거쳐 최종 평가준거 및 평가지표를 확정하였다. 그 결과 개발된 평가준거는 총 7개로 요구분석, 목표설정, 실행계획, 수행내용, 프로그램 활동, 프로그램 관리 및 평가, 프로그램 성과이고, 평가준거 별 평가지표는 총 41개로 구성되었다. 최종 확정된 평가지표는 특성화고 현장에서 취업역량강화 프로그램 관련 이해관계자에게 활용됨으로써 특성화고의 취업역량강화 활동의 질적 향상과 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper presents the various application programs for the Distribution Automation System (DAS) of the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO)'s distribution system. These programs are developed to allow for optimal operation in the areas of feeder automation, relay coordination, loss minimization and so on. They are single line diagram auto creation programs for the feeder, service restoration program, protection coordination program, data error detection program, and optimal network reconfiguration program. The details of these programs are presented for validity and effectiveness.

This paper describes a measurement & verification scheme for the high efferent lighting program in Demand Side Management (DSM), which was Introduced in the beginning of the 1980's in Korea With the dramatic changes in the circumstance of power industry in Korea. It is required the reviewing for the existing process of DSM programs and the development of the new process methods/standards on the evaluation of DSM programs. To design an accurate evaluation scheme for the high efficient lighting program. In this paper, we develop an evaluation prototype for the high efficient lighting program using measurements and stipulated factors. The proposed scheme is tested by practical measurements and modified stipulated factors Results from the case studios show the proposed scheme could provide the practical performance evaluation results with promising accuracy.

The purpose of this research is to identify the overall operation status of the marine program, which operates in the Department attempted, in various qualities and operational programs consisting of lecturers derives the problem, and to the policy proposal accordingly. In order to complete the purpose, to analyzed based on the status of marine programs of the Marine Training Center Chungcheong Cluster of three Education Offices from 2014 until the first half of 2016. In addition to direct visit the scene to confirm the status of the data collected through field surveys and interviews were officials confirm the validity of the data, and also to obtain additional study. The production of waste concrete is increased continuously by urban renewal, reconstruction, remodeling, and so on. So the positive use of recycled aggregate concrete is needed. Research for recycled aggregate concrete that use recycled aggregate from the mid-80s to solve environmental problem of aggregate insufficiency and waste concrete is consisting vigorously. However, specifications and mix design about waste concrete's use are evading use of recycled aggregate concrete yet in spot being not taken a triangular position. Therefore. it analyze existing research data for recycled aggregate concrete collection to develop strength estimate program in this research. Recycled aggregate concrete's strength estimate program if specifications and mix design about recycled aggregate concrete are taken a triangular position to foundation recycled aggregate concrete's practical use to increase judge.

This research aims at the provision for all of the basic data upon the arrangement of organization and allocation which include the details of required spaces and adequate area in the design of Multipurpose Senior Centers. This analyzed research is to be proposed for Multipurpose Senior Center in various local areas in the city, it aims to clarify the existing condition in the operation of each organizational required space. Further more this research examines their relationship between the facilities available and the population use of the local elderly age. Consequently, the Daejeon Multipurpose Senior Center, including participation in the program and the very high frequency of use of the room entails a smooth progress of the program, improves the quality of space and based on the initial design is fully reflected in the step.

The COMS flight software is implemented by ADA language and the high level application program language (APL). The APL is used to implement the Interpreted Program (IP) functions which are running on the processor. The IP functions have been developed for the payload management and monitoring with the automatic on-board operational procedure. The IP allows an easier re-programming if necessary. The ground can load or unload IP separately from ADA code in the RAM flight software. The uploaded IP is interpreted and executed by the Interpreted Program Environment (IPE) which is one of the functions implemented in the RAM flight software. In this paper, we introduce the IP and IPE function.

Sunspots usually appear in a group which can be classified by certain morphological criteria. In this study we examine the moments which are statistical parameters computed by summing over every pixels of contours, in order to quantify the morphological characteristics of a sunspot group. The moments can be additional characteristics to the sunspot group classification such as McIntosh classification. We are developing a program for image processing, detection of contours and computation of the moments using continuum images from SOHO/MDI. We apply the program to count the sunspot numbers from 303 continuum images in 2003. The sunspot numbers obtained by the program are compared with those by SIDC. The comparison shows that they have a good correlation (r=89%). We are extending this application to automatic sunspot classification (e.g., McIntosh classification) and flare forecasting.
