Recently, necessities of steel form for reinforced concrete beam and girder have been emphasized in building structures for the reduction of the construction period and the labor cost. SY Beam was developed for the these purposes and is roll-formed using thin steel plate. On this research, we tried to evaluate and verify the performance and behavior of SY Beam under construction loading stage as like pouring in situ concrete. For the standard shape of SY beam, structural modelling with various steel thicknesses has carried out using MIDAS GEN program. From results of modelling, the width and height of SY Beam were determined 600mm and 400mm respectively. For 3 SY Beams, the loading experiment was performed to measure vertical and horizontal displacement under stacking sand, concrete block, and bundle of rebar. As a result, the vertical deflection showed a tendency to decrease as the thickness increased. In the horizontal displacement, the trend according to the thickness was not clearly observed. From the evaluation on the loading experiment, it is considered that the SY Beam can secure both workability and structural safety. In particular, the SY Beam(1.2mm) hardly generates horizontal displacement, so it has excellent load-bearing capacity. So, we judged that the SY Beam with 1.2mm steel plate has excellent performance and consider to be immediately commercially available.

This study investigated the oral health knowledge and educational needs of adults by life cycle. We aimed to provide basic data for developing oral health education plans for well -aging. The survey was conducted online and through mobiles by Gallup Korea during February 2021. A total of 319 adults over the age of 19 were surveyed. The study aimed at investigating the general characteristics, the quality of life-related to oral health, knowledge of oral health, and the need for well-aging education. The PASW Statistics ver 18.0 statistical program was used for data analysis. The analysis of the data suggests that prevention was the highest priority among all age groups. Furthermore, there was a difference in the perceived educational need among different age groups. The cause of the youth, the treatment of the middle-aged and the elderly were significantly related to oral and systemic disease. The need for education related to oral diseases was ranked in the order of aches, bad breath, periodontal diseases, and tooth discoloration. For information, the subjects reached out to the internet, dental and medical institutions, and public health centers. The teaching methods experienced by those surveyed included lectures combined with experience, videos, and expert lectures. We believe that this study can be used to develop an education plan that reflects the needs of the subjects when conducting life cycle education for well-aging.
Purpose: As the internet use of teenagers become more common, the need for research on the relationship between the internet and youth depression has emerged. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between internet use and adolescent depression. Methods: The subjects of this study were youth attending elementary($6^{th}$ grade), middle($2^{nd}$ grade), and high schools($2^{nd}$ grade) belonging to the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education. Depression was assessed using the BDI depression scale. Internet functions were classified into 10 categories, and the degree of use by Internet functions was examined. The most frequently used Internet sites were surveyed. Univariate analysis using $X^2$ test and multivariate analysis using logistic regression analysis were conducted to find out the difference of internet and smartphone media function on depression according to elementary, middle and high school students. Results: Depression was higher of 13.2 times for students who use online transactions (goods purchase), 0.07 times for students who use 'bulletin board' activities in elementary students. Depression was higher of 1.55 times for those who use online transactions (purchasing goods), and 2.3 times for those who use adult sites for middle school students. Depression was higher of 2.1 times when using e-mail and 1.9 times when using other information retrieval for high school students. Conclusion: It is necessary to consider characteristics of internet utilizing pattern by school class in policy regulation and prevention program to reduce youth depression.
The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of generativity and ego-integration on the relationship between leisure activity experience and life satisfaction after retirement, and to clarify the structural relationship between variables. In this study, SPSS for window 21.0 program r and AMOS 18.0 were used. First, correlation analysis was performed among the main variables to investigate the relationship between variables. Next, confirmatory factor analysis and fit of hypothesis model were confirmed. Finally, the bootstrapping procedure was conducted to verify the significance of the indirect effect. The main results of this study are as follows. First, leisure activity experience, life satisfaction, generativity and ego-integration were statistically correlated. Second, in the research model, there was a double-mediated effect of the generativity and ego-integration in the married couple's leisure experience and life satisfaction after retirement. The indirect effect that affects life satisfaction was found to be greater through mediation. This study has limitations in collecting data on retirees who have retirement experience or retired husbands who have. The reason for this is that there is a difference in the sense of life satisfaction between the couple and their spouse, and the significance of the path between the variables may also differ. Therefore, the follow-up study suggests the necessity of analyzing only the couple.
This study is to analyze the effect of job relatedness of content in learning, job stress and organization communication on turnover intention and to examine whether the job satisfaction has a mediating effect by using HCCP 2013 panel data. The data was analyzed through Windows SPSS 23.0 program. Major findings of the study were as follows. First, It has significant result that job relatedness of content in learning, job stress and organization communication affects turnover intention. Second, job satisfaction mediates between job relatedness of content in learning and turnover intention. The job relatedness of content in learning level is higher, the turnover intention will be lower through mediating job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction is also significant effect between job stress and turnover intention. Although the job stress gets higher, the turnover intention can be lower because of job satisfaction. Finally, the relationship between organization communication and turnover intention is mediated by job satisfaction. Therefore, the company should prepare employee's turnover intention to control through this study.
This study examined the process of admission selection of vocational high schools and meister high schools and how the process have been utilized by schools to select appropriate students and by students to make decisions for application in consideration of their interests, aptitudes, and career paths. To address the purpose of this study, Focus Group Interviews(FGI) were conducted with three groups of participants: vocational high schools and meister high schools teachers, high school freshmen' parents, and middle school teachers who had many students advanced to vocational and meister high schools. The findings indicated that during the promotion process, schools made efforts to attract students with higher GAP and provided information mainly regarding employment rate instead of curriculum or program of majors. Since schools usually visited middle schools where higher GPA students were, not all students had balanced opportunities of high school promotions and enough information about majors. For the application process, the schools placed a high value on scholastic performance while students applied high schools considering their interests, aptitudes, and career paths. In terms of admission type and criteria, the high school teachers reported no big differences between special admission and general admission while students took advantage from the special admission process which was less competitive than general admission. Based on the findings, a number of suggestions were made in order to improve the process of admission selection of vocational high schools and meister high schools.
The purpose of this study was to develop curriculum framework for entrepreneurship development for adolescents. In order to achieve this goal, we studied and developed entrepreneurship semantics, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education contents. This study was developed through Delphi survey. The results of this study were as follows. First, the meaning of entrepreneurship is Innovative mind-set to create true value by experience into life in order to pursue 'self full-filling life' as the organizer of life. Second, the nature of entrepreneurship education for youth is that entrepreneurship education aims to find and solve new problems through self-management to young people who will lead the future, and to create dynamic challenges and creative changes to create innovative values. Leadership skills, challenging spirit, and ability to solve practical problems'.
