The market of public-private partnership (PPP) projects has reduced from 9.4 trillion won in 2007 to 4.5 trillion won in 2012. However, the need of PPP projects is brought up by a massive down scale of government financial business. Previous studies regarding PPP projects mostly evaluate profitability from the financial perspective or analyze risk factors as a whole. Although PPP projects generally have complex structure involving diverse stakeholders, such as contractor, financial investor, and special purpose company (SPC) operators, existing studies have rarely considered the different viewpoints of PPP project stakeholders. Therefore, purpose of this study is to develop a structural equation model (SEM) considering the diverse stakeholders of PPP projects. To this end, the authors first reviewed the organizational structure of PPP projects. Next, the identification of the factors affecting project profitability are done via comprehensive literature reviews. After that, we conducted in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys to reflect stakeholders' perspectives (contractors, financial investors, and SPC operators). As a result, a SEM model is developed to analyze direct and indirect effect on the PPP project performances. Finally, using the analysis results, relevant implications and directions for improvements are discussed. The prediction of the business performance of contractor, financial investor, and SPC operator is expect to be possible through the model developed and supports the strategy deduction that is appropriate for the participants.
Purpose - The aim of this study is to investigate the benefit-sharing activities. They affect contract renewal intention between franchisers and franchisees that are linked through a contract with the intention of building their relationship from the level based on dynamic trust. This study will show a new approach on qualitative growth and consolidation of competitive power and may well be able to suggest practical ways to strengthen directions in the field of franchise industries. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, based on literature review, we separated logistical-supporting activities and non-logistical-supporting activities from benefit-sharing activities. We modeled how benefit-sharing activities influence contract renewal intention of franchisees by dynamic trust. In particular, considering the possibility of trading concepts and characteristics of trust between providers opportunistic behaviors was defined as variables, depending on the situation and dynamic characters reveal their relationship trust concept. That is, dynamic trust having the possibility of changing depending on opportunistic risks and interdependencies by Lewis & Weigert(1985, 2012) was classified into transitional-based trust, calculated based trust, relational-based trust and balance-based on trust. The total of 104 samples from domestic franchisees being with franchisees were collected by using a structural composed questionnaire. Results - The results are as following. Benefit-sharing activities in logistical supporting activities appeared to affect the multidimensional concept of transitional trust, calculated based on trust, relationship-based trust and balance based on trust dynamic trust with all-defined impact. Non-logistical supporting activities appeared to affect significantly the positive (+) to the dynamic trust concept except transitional trust. Lewis & Weigert(1985; 2012) have proposed a dynamic confidence calculated from relations within-based trust relationship based on trust appears to affect the significant positive (+) to the balance-based confidence transactions confidence mechanism of the system side in the verified relationship. Finally, a relationship based on trust and confidence in the balance based on the Influence of dynamic renewed confidence showed significantly affect the positive(+). In particular, the balance based trust showed the acts as a mediating factors between relational trust and confidence and renew calculated. Conclusion - From the above these results, the significance from this study is as following. First, the proposed activity is to share and validate the approach by identifying the potential in the relationship from the contract with building dynamic trust, and one of the ways from the franchise headquarters and affiliated merchants mutual growth through win-win cooperation in sharing activities. Next, the dynamic segmentation confidence to suggest the possibility can be broken down over the validity and reliability test for each concept. In addition, by identifying the relationship between the dynamic level of confidence granular multi-dimensional concept, to determine the level of trust with a dynamic relationship between risk and interdependencies can be possible in franchise industries. In order to maintain and develop their mutual relationship, franchise industries should propose confidence-building steps to promote their quality improvement.
This study has investigated the status and overview of design characteristics of customized shoes, which receives much recognition at domestic and overseas markets. Based on the market research on current consumer lifestyle and needs of the custom-shoes(which is an abbreviation of customized shoes), this study has provided its development directions, views and demands. The design types of custom-shoes have been broadly divide into two: firstly 'style centered custom-shoes'; secondly 'function centered custom-shoes'. Style centered custom-shoes are specifically divided into 3 types; first, formal custom-shoes; second, sports and casual custom-shoes; and lastly, bespoke shoes. Function centered custom-shoes design refers to enhancing the function of personal soleprint which has to be designed by delicately detailed insole and outsole, rather than alignment of exterior parts of the shoes. These are used in professional sports shoes and also include orthopedics footwear and grafted footwear for people who have disabled on foot. Custom footwear market has been highly expanded and has entered value-added market according to increasing interest in foot health and shopping trends on shoes buying like taking shoes as personal expression in accordance with a variety of places and situations. In the near future, custom-shoes can be produced in a couple of days due to the technological advance of 3D scanners and 3D printers. This phenomenon will wants more demands of specific shoes experts such as custom-design consultants or shoes fitting experts, who can overcome limitations of online custom-shoes stores.
This study aims to examine effects of service authenticity and service quality on the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in mediation of customer trust in financial investment company. This research model was validated by the statistical tool of SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 using survey data collected from the experienced of financial investment company. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, service process authenticity has a significant effect with customer satisfaction and customer oriented authenticity has a significant effect with customer satisfaction in mediation of customer trust. Second, service quality(tangibility, reliability, assurance, empathy, except responsiveness) has a positive effect(empathy is the highest of all) with customer satisfaction and the importance of service authenticity and service quality can be confirmed from customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Third, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty as well as trust and satisfaction have significant effects between them, but there have no significance between trust and loyalty. Finally, this study suggests directions of marketing strategy through build up trust in a strong relationship with the existing loyal customer in financial investment company.
Psychotherapy supervision has long been regarded as a crucial component of psychotherapy education. Supervisory role is very important in supervision outcomes but the absence of and need for supervisor's education and training have continued to be emphasized. Supervisor's education and training can be used to better prepare and strengthen new professionals who serve in the supervisory role. This study reviewed on the literatures of supervisor's education and training, psychotherapy supervisor's development, and core competencies in supervision. As a result of this study, it introduced what supervisor should be trained. There were supervisor identity, ability to build supervisory relationship/alliance, ability to provide effective and summative feedback, knowledge of professional supervision and value of commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth. Also consensus has converged on the superordinate value of now crucial components in educating and training supervisors: didactic instruction and experiential practice. In conclusion, I discussed what should be considered in Korean supervisor's education and training and future research directions.
OCB(organizational citizenship behavior) is a employee behavior that goes above and beyond the call of duty, that is discretionary and not explicitly recognized by the employing organization's formal reward system, and that contributes to organizational effectiveness. In a word, OCB has great potential as a organizational slack. As such, researchers have been showing great interest in the antecedents of OCB, and as a result, now we can meet so many antecedents of OCB from individual level variables to group or organizational level variables that are said to be important in explaining OCB. Additionally each of these variables is known to have its own sound logic and statistically significant effect on OCB. However the results of these studies are so fragmented that researchers have a great difficulty in drawing some meaningful or coherent conclusions. In this context, we try to applicate Q-methodology to find more coherent way of explaining the motives of OCB, and briefly speaking, we find four types of the motives of OCB, that is norm-based, instrumentality-based, trait-based, and avoidance-based type. Among these the last avoidance-based type is especially interesting, because we can't find any remarks on this type in the previous studies. The paper ends with suggestions for future research directions. We expect that these suggestions could be a foundation on which more developed and coherent OCB theories stand. We don't see this approach supplanting earlier efforts; rather we believe this can offer more detailed explanation in addition to those provided by other approaches.

Objectives : This study aims to review the actual use of acupuncture manipulation in clinical trials and to discuss the directions of studies, to be conducted in the future. Methods : Through five search engines, clinical trial papers were collected, which had involved the use of acupuncture treatment since 2001 when STRICTA was published. The selected papers were classified based on whether acupuncture manipulation and De-Qi were stated. The comparison status of domestic and foreign, status by year, target diseases, and therapeutic interventions were also investigated. Results : 54 % domestic and 69 % foreign papers mentioned acupuncture manipulation or De-Qi. Among them, acupuncture manipulation was used in 40 % domestic and 53 % foreign papers. There was no significant difference around 2010 when the revised edition of STRICTA was published. The use of acupuncture manipulation was the highest in studies that targeted musculoskeletal disorders. Besides that, the use of acupuncture manipulation was higher in cases where acupuncture was used for therapeutic interventions than it was for basic manipulation or combination therapy. Conclusion : Compared to the importance of acupuncture manipulation and De-Qi, there was actually a smaller number of papers that clearly suggested information on acupuncture manipulation and De-Qi. The reason is considered to be a lack of studies to establish the mechanism and effectiveness of each acupuncture manipulation method and studies that objectified the amount of stimulation incurred by the acupuncture manipulation methods. It is necessary to properly utilize acupuncture manipulation by actively conducting these studies.
This study analyzed key success factors of Korean car-sharing enterprises, Socar and Greencar, and the responsive strategies of Korean car-manufacturing company, Hyundai Motor Group, in the face of emerging sharing economy under the specific economic and regulatory system in Korea. The outcomes of the analysis are as follows. 'Timely market entry' in early startup phase and 'use of external resources' in early growth phase were key success factors common to both Socar and Greencar. However, the differences in the eventual business directions of the two companies also resulted in different key success factors in the expansion phase of their business. For Socar which focused on maintaining its independence and the external growth of B2C business, customer relation marketing and sufficient capital raising were key success factors. For Greencar which became a part of a business group and focused on improving the efficiency of business operations, timely market entry (B2B market) was key success factor. The use of external resources and cooperation with large corporations emerged as key success factors common to both companies in the rapid growth phase. The responsive strategies of the Hyundai Motor Group were collaboration, investment and direct management of DeliveryCar. The short-term goal of the responsive strategy was the operation of test-bed in collaboration with car-sharing company while the mid/long term goal was planning new mobility services by utilizing collected data. Securing opportunities for early market dominance for autonomous car industry was also found to be an important goal.

The utilization of the achievements derived from the national R & D project is a key task of the science and technology industry policy that should lead the national economic growth by enhancing the investment efficiency of the national R&D. Although Korea has implemented various programs supporting technology transfer, commercialization, Performance is not sufficient. One of several causes may include inflexibility of a small or medium-sized company Priority System. This study is exploratory research on the directions for improving the current a small or medium-sized company Priority System. Results: First, Because the current SMEs Priority System contributes positively to enhancing SMEs R&D capability, We have to keep the system in principle. However, it is necessary to improve the direction of giving the strategic flexibility of the system so that the system is not operated formally. First, it is appropriate to make an exceptional contract with a person other than a small or medium-sized company, if a small and medium-sized company is not suitable for a technology execution contract due to the nature of technology. Second, it is desirable to consider the fulfillment of the obligations of this system when "sufficient efforts" are made to find a technical user.
Neutron single crystal and powder diffraction techniques have been applied to the structure analysis of yttria-stabilized zirconium, Z $r_{0.73}$$Y_{0.27}$$O_{1.87}$., prepared by the skull-melting method. The crystal structure has been determined to be cubic symmetry, space group Fm/equation omitted/ with a=5.155(2)$\AA$, V=136.99(5)$\AA$, Z=4, and R(F)=5.65%, $\omega$R(I)=10.57% for 70 integrated intensities of Bragg Peaks observed from single crystal of Z $r_{0.73}$$Y_{0.27}$$O_{1.87}$. The stabilizer atoms randomly occupy the zirconium sites and there are displacements of oxygen atoms with amplitudes of $\Delta$/a~0.033 and 0.11 along <110> and <100> directions from the ideal positions of the fluorite structure, respectively. There are no significant differences in crystallographic data between the single crystal and powder studies. Diffraction pattern after Rietveld refinement, using neutron powder data, has shown the evidence of a tetragonal impurity phase, or a slight tetragonal distortion.
