In recent years, countries such as USA, United Kingdom and Australia have begun to implement national policies in order to systematically manage and share research data produced through publicly funded research. However, Korea as of yet does not have a coordinated research data policy. The lack of infrastructure that supports the sharing and preserving research data results in the poor management and loss of valuable data produced from significant national R&D investments. The need for research data collection, management and sharing goes beyond the outcome assessment of national research: it facilitates the diffusion of research impact and economic development. There is a growing recognition that data sharing is an essential element of research ethics. This research investigates the relevant research data policies and methods of governance at the national level using a case study analysis. United Kingdom was selected as a case study target as it shows a wide variety of policy examples and instruments. In particular, this research focuses on the UK's national legal framework for research data sharing, analyzes the RCUK (Research Councils UK)'s data policies, activities at the seven research councils under RCUK as well as several supporting institutions. Based on the analyses, this research offers a national roadmap for better managing and sharing of research data in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of quality and satisfaction of mobile telecommunication service on the quality data sharing for mobile telecommunication service. Based on the theory of reasoned action(TRA), we proposed a research model that (1) service qualities significantly influence the service satisfaction and the attitude towards information sharing, (2) the attitude towards information sharing mediates between service satisfaction and the intention of information sharing, and (3) the intention of information sharing is affected by the service satisfaction and the attitude towards information sharing. Empirical analysis of mobile service users showed that the data quality of mobile communication services had a greater impact on satisfaction than voice quality. The service satisfaction had a positive effect on attitude towards information sharing and the intention of information sharing. Also, the attitude towards information sharing had a positive impact on the intention of information sharing. Based on this empirical study, we proposed a crowdsourcing as an alternative when quality data of mobile telecommunication service should be collected to improve telecommunication policy because by using collective intelligence of the crowdsourcing the government can gather more accurate and diverse data on mobile telecommunication service.

Purpose: This study examines the effect of distribution knowledge sharing on innovation ability using work ethic as a variable that strengthens this effect. Research design, data and methodology: This research was conducted on 283 auditors who work at the Small Public Accounting Firm (SPAF) in Indonesia. The research method used is a verification method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM. Results: The results of the tests that have been carried out show that distribution knowledge sharing has a significant effect on the auditor's innovation ability. Other test results show that work ethic has a significant effect on innovation ability and work ethic strengthens the effect of distribution knowledge sharing on auditors' innovation ability. Conclusions: Auditors in Indonesia have implemented distribution knowledge sharing activities optimally followed by a maximum work ethic to encourage high innovation abilities that will be able to create new methods and ideas that can be useful for clients. This research is expected to provide distribution knowledge to auditors to be able to improve their abilities, especially in the field of auditing to increase their competence as auditors.

This study develops a scale to measure the practice of consideration and sharing by adolescents. This data as an object of high school students in regards to items generated from the content validity test and preliminary study stage based on the consideration scale, literature review and expert for elementary school students on a 5-point Likert scale. The factor analysis of the collected data using SPSS 20.0 2 indicated the final fators. The three fanal factors designated by the measuring items are: 'practice of consideration and sharing', 'recognition of consideration and sharing', and 'self-recognition'. As a result of analyzing students' individual variables, this study found that family relationship satisfaction and school life satisfaction had positive relationship in self-recognition, recognition of consideration and sharing, practice of consideration and sharing, and total personality score. The measurement tools developed in this study, are expected to act as valid tools to develop a program that can increase the practice of consideration and sharing activities.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status and characteristics of research data sharing by domestic researchers by analyzing the data sharing mechanism and repository specified in DAS of papers authored by domestic researchers. To this end, in this study, papers of researchers belonging to domestic institutions published in PLOS ONE from 2014 to 2022 were selected as the subject of the study. First of all, the status of DAS's existence in the papers was identified, the types of data-sharing mechanisms were analyzed using precedent studies, and the trend of changes in each data-sharing mechanism over time was investigated. As a result, it was found that DAS was written in 99.6% of the target papers, and the types of data-sharing mechanisms were similar to international patterns, but preferred types were changing over time. Afterward, focusing on repositories among data sharing mechanisms, the number and ratio of repositories mentioned in DAS were identified, and the trend of changes in use of the five repositories mentioned a lot was analyzed in a time series. In addition, the presentation method, type, and validity of the data access point mentioned along with the repository were also investigated. It was confirmed that the top five frequently mentioned repositories account for 60% of all repository mentions, and the use of a repository dealing with data codes is increasing; in addition, it was found that most of the data access points presented with the repository were valid.

Social networking services (SNS) is an indispensable method in order to obtain information of the Internet participants. The study identified three variables of social media communication, sharing culture, and online trust in terms of social capital theory (SCT) and reviewed intention& behavior variables in terms of theory of planned behavior (TPB). The data were collected from 330 samples of SNS user, and were involved, and the research model uses AMOS to make confirmatory factor analysis. The findings confirmed our hypothesis that social media communication, sharing culture, and online trust affect individuals' behaviors to sharing information. This study emphasizes that not only social media communication but also sharing culture to SNS can stimulate information sharing. while previous research has predominately focused on personal cognition or social network, the study examines the integrated influence of communication, culture and trust on information sharing in SNS. In sum, by explicating the unique role of social capital, this paper aims at contributing to the continued development and success of SNS in general.

Recently, interests in the use of Sharing Bike is increasing in consideration of eco-friendly transportation and safety from viruses. As the technology for collecting and storing data is improved with the development of ICTs, research on mobility using the Sharing Bike Data is also actively progressing. Therefore, this paper analyzes the properties of Sharing Bike Data and cases of researches on it through literature review, and based on the results of the review, data of Eoulling, the Sharing Bike System of Sejong City is analyzed as a way to utilize Sharing Bike Data. Most of the selected literature used structured data, and analyzed it through statistical methods or data mining. Through data analysis, it identified the current status, found out problems of the Sharing Bike System, proposed a solution to solve them, developed plans to activate the use of Sharing Bike. This provides basic data for efficient management and operation plans for Sharing Bike System. Ultimately, it will be possible to explore ways to improve mobility in urban spaces by utilizing Sharing Bike Data.

Purpose: This study has three main purposes: first, to examine the effect of transactional leadership on knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. Second, to examine the effect of knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior. Third, to examine the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between transactional leadership and innovative work behavior. Research design, data and methodology: The quantitative method is considered appropriate for this study, and a questionnaire is used to collect data from a total of 107 employees who participated in the study. The SmartPLS-SEM version 3.0 is used to analyze data. Results: The results reveal that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing. However, transactional leadership directly has no significant effect on innovative work behavior. In addition, knowledge sharing positively and significantly affects innovative work behavior. This finding demonstrates that knowledge sharing becomes an essential mediator of transactional leadership and innovative work behavior in distribution market. Conclusions: This study makes a novel contribution by unboxing the limited understanding of the effect of transactional leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by knowledge sharing in the lens of social exchange theory. Also, this study highlights that transactional leader develops bonding and willingness among employees to share their knowledge to foster innovative work behavior.

As the market becomes increasingly globalized and competition among companies increases in severity, various specialized organizations are participating across the process plant lifecycle, including the stages of design, construction, operation and maintenance, and dismantlement, in order to ensure efficiency and elevate competitiveness. In this regard, it is an important technical issue to develop services or information systems for sharing process plant data among participating organizations. ISO 15926 is an international standard for integration of lifecycle data for process plants including oil and gas facilities. ISO 15926 Part 7, a part of the ISO 15926 standard, specifies an implementation method called a facade that uses Web Services and ontology technologies for constructing plant data repositories and related services, with the aim of sharing lifecycle data of process plants. This paper discusses the ISO 15926-based prototype facade implemented for storing equipment data of nuclear power plants and servicing the data to interested organizations.

This study explores the role of knowledge sharing between their social capital and performance in R&D setting. R&D environment is composed of experts from various domains with different backgrounds, such as technologies and experiences. Thus, increasing team social capital and enhancing knowledge sharing are critical for R&D performance. Social capital and Knowledge sharing are classified into two : Social capital and Knowledge sharing within/outside team. A empirical study was conducted at a research institute of large company that leads the advanced research and development of the domestic chemical industry. Data was collected 292 copies out of 500 copies (Response rate 58.4%). The result indicated that both social capital within and outside team had a positive effect on R&D Performance. Social capital within team had a significant impact on knowledge sharing within the team only, and social capital outside team had a significant effect on knowledge sharing outside the team only. Only knowledge sharing outside the team had a positive effect on R&D Performance and the mediating role of knowledge sharing was acquired for social capital outside team and R&D Performance only. From these key findings, this study suggests that, within the team, social capital alone can achieve results, but outside the team, it is necessary that not only social capital but also knowledge sharing are needed in order to achieve results.
