The Eco-performance assessment program was developed as part of Eco-performance management for buildings at the national level in developed countries. Cases of domestic Green Building Certification(GBC) system was developed but these program's destination of Eco-performance management for buildings needs systematic management by the limited GBC. Generally in the construction industry, Eco-performance management of Building Life-cycle is required. Therefore this paper develop the creation of Eco-performance information and management process, those are from design and maintenance management phases, through suggest the development of a information management for Eco-performance management of buildings. In addition, it makes to decrease the reproduction of information unnecessarily by analyzation of the related association between the information of facilities objects and Eco-performance management. Finally, study the previous reaserch and suggest the BIM by the method of information management and this paper purpose the development of web-based Eco BIM object library management system.

In a very competitive construction business environment there is a need to measure and manage business performance across a wider spectrum of business success criteria. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Triple Bottom Line (TBL) reporting concepts are emerging as champions in the race for sustainable business success. The construction business organisations are often judged based on their financial performance as well as wider performance. This paper aims at developing a universally accepted tool for assessing contractors' wider business performance in the construction industry. A prototype of web-based business performance measurement system has been developed to help contractors assess their own performance aimed at uplifting their performance. The consultants/clients can also use the tool to measure contractors' performance in a value-based contractor selection. The system was developed based on the research conducted among 63 senior construction professionals and therefore further research with the participation of a large number of managers across different countries and also an upgrade of the system will be required.

This study addresses the analytic models for estimating the capacity and performance of the multi-carrierCDMA system where several carriers would be assigned to a single cell to accommodate the required trafficdemand. Two key features of the multi-carrier CDMA system, carrier selections of new calls and inter-camerhard handoffs, are accommodated in the models, Computation experiments are conducted to show the effectiveness of the proposed model.

An important objective of pull-based production control is to achieve synchronized and smooth production flow in a multi-stage system that is subject to uncertainty. To our knowledge, previous research has not generated a performance measure that captures this objective of pull-based probased production control system. This performance material with respect to the instant when the operation is required. We examine the issue of asynchronous waste in a two-stage kanban control system.

In wireless communication system using 2.4GHz radio link, data rate varies with time due to interferences, which causes the performance degradation. Therefore, effective transmission methods are required to obtain better performance according to varying data rate. This paper proposes a novel method that increases the data rate, as well as the influence of different loop-filter bandwidths on the performance of the PLL. Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective because it can achieve higher throughput in various data rate.

The technology and performance of the world-largest 54-inch LCD TV using PVA mode have been introduced from two points of view: one is to manufacture large-size panels, the other is to improve electro-optical performance required for multimedia applications. Current ongoing research activities that have been explored include new stitching design, one drop filling with column spacer, response time less than one frame rate, color performance and light efficiency enhancement.

A 24 channel L1 C/A-code GPS attitude-finding receiver is designed and implemented. The performance of developed receiver is evaluated under the various environments. The results show that the performances from land and maritime test are almost same in the calm lake. And it follows the expected performance derived from an analysis. It is expected that the developed receiver can be used in not only maritime applications but also land and air applications where the heading is required.

The computation scheme of simulating gas turbine transient behavior was developed. The basic principles of this scheme and main input data required are described. Calculation results are presented in terms of whole operating regime of the cycle. The influence of main initial parameters such as starting engine power, moment of inertia of the rotor, fuel supplying schedule etc. on performance characteristics of has turbine during transient operation is studied In addition, bleeding air influence on transient behavior was also considered For validation of the developed code, comparison of present calculation with that of measurement data of the experimental data for the range of operating period studied.

ISDN AO/DI provides efficient communication. It dynamically allocates channels for bandwidth, which is key component for packet data communication. In this paper, we analyze performance improvement of ISDN AO/DI system with buffering scheme and compare with AO/DI system without buffering scheme. From the simulation of AO/DI with buffering scheme, we see that the required bandwidth is less than of the AO/DI system without buffering scheme.

According to the computerization of railway signalling system, necessity of communication protocol for interface between these equipments is increasing. Therefore the research on communication protocol structure that is required according to computerization trend of these signalling goes. In our research the existed protocol currently used was analyzed, and the simulation modeling for performance analysis is deduced. Based on this simulation model the performance analysis and comparison is carried out, and also validation test is executed about new suggested protocol.
