The Consultation about Energy Use Plan is prescribed by the Energy Use Rationalization Act. This study calculated the Standard Data for Energy Use Plan of Industry Complex by the 9th Korean Standard Industrial Classification Divisions so that the energy demand reflecting the industrial technology change and characteristics of Manufacturing Divisions would predict. To achieve this aim, analysis on thousands of data in Energy Consumption Report Forms reported from industries which annual consumption of energy exceeds 2,000toe from 2009 to 2010 was carried out. The results showed that calculated overall mean fuel basic unit decrease, electricity basic unit increase and energy basic unit increase compared to that of the Notification No. 2002-130 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, therefore it means that heat source of energy facilities transferred from fuel to electricity. Also resultingly suggests that the related notification, code etc. are amended as soon as possible.

Citrus scab symptoms were observed on leaves of trifoliate orange (Poncirus trifoliata) in open field of Citrus Research Institute, National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science. Typical scab pustules were formed and they were elevated protuberances form and light brown to grey. The pathogens were isolated from the symptomatic leaves and then were identified to Elsinoë fawcettii by morphological characteristics, pathogenicity and PCR assay. The morphological characteristics of colonies formed very slow-growing, pulvinate, or raised and deeply fissured, gummy to mucoid or tomentose colonies on potato dextrose agar medium. The pathogens were pathogenic to leaves of Satsuma mandarin, lemon, sour orange and grapefruit with typical scab symptoms. In PCR assay, specific amplified of products of 717 bp with Efaw-1 and 384 bp with Efaw-2 were observed from trifoliate isolates and E. fawcettii as reference but not from E. australis. This is first report of trifoliate orange being positive for citrus scab disease.

Condylar fractures account for one-third of all mandibular fractures. There are many surgical methods for the open reduction of condylar fractures, such as the transoral, submandibular, preauricular, and retromandibular approaches. Two patients suffering from condylar fractures, a 45-year-old man and a 25-year-old man, were admitted to our hospital. Both patients' condylar fractures were positioned too high for us to use the transoral approach. Therefore, we employed the retromandibular method to expedite the approach to the fracture site and minimize the size of the incision. After the surgical procedures in both cases, we experienced complications in the form of parotid gland fistulae, which rarely result from the retromandibular approach. A combination of botulinum toxin injection and amitriptyline medication was effective for the management of these parotid gland fistulae. Here, we report these two cases and offer a review of the literature on this article.

Purpose: This case report discusses the effect of a root submergence technique on preserving the periodontal tissue at the pontic site of fixed dental prostheses in the maxillary anterior aesthetic zone. Methods: Teeth with less than ideal structural support for fixed retainer abutments were decoronated at the crestal bone level. After soft tissue closure, the final fixed dental prostheses were placed with the pontics over the submerged root area. Radiographic and clinical observations at the pontic sites were documented. Results: The submerged roots at the pontic sites preserved the surrounding periodontium without any periapical pathology. The gingival contour at the pontic site was maintained in harmony with those of the adjacent teeth, as well as the overall form of the arch. Conclusions: The results of this clinical report indicate that a root submergence technique can be successfully applied in pontic site development with fixed dental prostheses, especially in the maxillary anterior esthetic zone.

The peripheral odontogenic fibroma (WHO type) is a relatively rare and characteristically benign and unencapsulated, exophytic gingival mass of fibrous connective. Odontogenic epithelium is found within the gingival mass, but usually appears to playa minor role when compared to the fibrous component. The connective tissue is ranged from markedly cellular to relatively acellular and well collagenized. but the connective tissue in this case report appears less cellular. Peripheral odontogenic fibroma must be differentiated histologically from peripheral ossifying fibroma, Peripheral cemental epithelial odontogenic tumor and Peripheral ameloblastoma. The author reports the following conclusions after clinical and radiological examination, excisional biopsy and reviewing literatures. 1. Peripheral odontogenic fibroma is rare lesion and frequently occurs in interdental papila as a form of fibroblastic connective tissue including odontogenic epithelium within the lesion. 2. Peripheral odontogenic fibroma must be differentially diagnosed with Peripheral ossifying fibroma by including less cellular connective tissue, odontogenic epithelium and dysplastic dentin 3. Treatment consists of surgical excision including removal of alveolar bone which is eroded under the lesion

항문회음부 결핵은 드문 폐외결핵의 형태로 때때로 농양을 형성할 수도 있다. 저자들은 회음부에서 촉지되는 종괴로 시행한 자기공명영상에서 T1강조 자기공명영상에서 저신호 강도, T2강조 자기공명영상에서 고신호 강도 그리고 확산강조영상에서 확산 제한을 보인 항문회음부 결핵성 농양 1예를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하고자 한다.

Recently. the herbal industry has expanded into the herbal dietary supplements industry, the herbal cosmetics industry, etc. But still the main form of herbal drug usage is water extraction- packaging after herb preparation in private clinics. There was no report or data of investigations about industrial herbal preparations. To search for a better plan of herbal drug improvement and popularization. we surveyed the present state of Korean herbal preparation production. We made an industrial herbal preparation list, investigated the total amount of production, the chief items of manufacture. names of prescriptions each item is based on. scales of each production company, etc., and report on them on this article.

There are various modalities in the treatment of facial asymmetry, but in severe case with TMD by actively growing deformed condyle, the treatment choice is removing the condyle growth center and TMD symptom such as click or muscular discomfort. In our one case, the patient was complain of facial asymmetry. There are severe deformed condyle head with bird-head fashion and enlarged mandibular ramus and body vertically about 18 mm, overgrowthed Rt. mandible body horizontally about 20 mm. She had intermittent Lt. TMJ clicking and muscular discomfort. The author diagnosed it as Lt. hemimandibular hyper-plasia & R, hemimandibular elongation, a combination form with TMD. the condyle was in active growing state in scintigraphic analysis. So we extirpated the deformed condyle by intrasoral sagittal split ramus osteotomy and reshaped the condyle and mandibular distal fragment extraorally. The distal fragment was readapted in glenoid fossa and fixated. In Rt. mandibular body area, autogenous onlay bone graft on the inferior border of mandible was performed to correct the asymmetry. The clicking and facial asymmetry was corrected and we report this results with other literature findings.

Calcifying cystic odontogenic tumor (CCOT) is defined as an odontogenic cyst-like benign neoplasm that characteristically contains several ghost cells, ameloblastoma-like epithelium, and occasional calcification. Ghost cell odontogenic carcinoma (GCOC), a malignant form of CCOT, is an exceptionally rare malignant tumor. In this report, we present a case of a 53-year-old man whose chief complaint was a solitary mass on the right mandible area. The mass was completely removed through an extraoral surgical approach and reconstructive surgery was performed in two phases.

The cultural industry is treated as the sunrise industry in modern society. It has taken an increasing role in promoting the economic growth. Due to this, this paper attempts to explore the dynamic relationship between cultural industry and the economic growth. On the grounds of Cobb-Douglas production function, the cultural industry is regarded as a determinant such as the labor input and the capital input to impact the economic growth. Meanwhile, the quarterly datum form 2000-Q1 to 2017-Q4 are employed to perform an empirical analysis via the vector error correction model. The GDP is treated as an independent variable. The input of capital, the input of labor and the total input of cultural industry are treated as dependent variables. Furthermore, a menu of statistical approaches such as the co-integration test and the impulse response function will be used to testify the dynamic relationship between cultural industry and economic growth. Via the Johansen co-integration test, the results report that the cultural industry has a obviously positive effect on economic growth. Through the vector error correction estimation, the results also report that the cultural industry also has a significantly positive effect on economic growth, but less than that of the Johansen co-integration test. This paper provides a view that the cultural industry is a kind of a determinant to promote the economic growth. Therefore, the China's government should pay much attention to the cultural industry construction.
