온간단조 공정의 계면열전달계수 (Contact Heat Transfer Coefficient for Finite Element Analysis in Warm Forging Processes)

  • Heat transfer coefficients have great influence on finite element analysis results in elevated temperature forging processes. Experimentally calculated contact heat transfer coefficient is not suitable for one-time finite element analysis because analyzed temperature will be appeared to be too low. To get contact heat transfer coefficient for one-time finite element analysis, tool temperature in operation was measured with thermocouple and repeated finite element analysis was performed with experimentally calculated contact and cooling heat transfer coefficient. Surface temperature of active tool was obtained comparing measurement and analysis results. Contact heat transfer coefficient for one-time finite element analysis was achieved analyzing surface temperature between repeated finite element analysis and one-time finite element analysis results.

공개키 암호시스템의 처리속도향상을 위한 모듈러 승산기 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Modulus Multiplier Design for Speed up Throughput in the Public-key Cryptosystem)

  • 통신망 및 그 이외의 네트워크 환경의 발전은 사회적으로 중요한 문제를 발생시켰다. 이러한 문제점 중 가장 중요한 것이 네트워크 보안 문제이다. 보안과 관련된 문제점들은 해킹, 크랙킹과 같은 방법으로 반 보안 분야를 확장시키며 발전되었다. 새로운 암호 알고리즘의 발달 없이 해커나 크래커로부터 데이터를 보호하기 위해서는 기존과 같이 키의 길이를 증대하거나 처리 데이터의 양을 증대시키는 방법 밖에는 없다. 본 논문에서는 공개키 암호 알고리즘의 몽고메리 승산부에서 처리속도를 감소시키기 위한 M3 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 매트릭스 함수 M(·)과 룩업테이블을 사용하는 제안된 M3 알고리즘은 몽고메리 승산부의 반복 연산부를 선택적으로 수행하게 된다. 이러한 결과로 변형된 반복 변환 부분은 기존 몽고메리 승산기에 비하여 30%의 처리율 향상을 가져왔다. 제안된 몽고메리 승산 M3 알고리즘은 캐리 생성부의 어레이 배열과 가변 길이 오퍼랜드 감소로 인한 병목 현상을 줄일 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 제안된 M3 알고리즘을 공개키 암호시스템의 대표적인 시스템인 RSA에 적용하여 M3-RSA를 설계하였으며 설계 및 모의실험은 Synopsys ver 1999.10을 사용하였다. M3 알고리즘은 기존 승산알고리즘에 비하여 30%의 처리속도 증가를 보임으로서 크랙 및 처리율 향상에 영향이 많은 공개키 암호시스템에 적합하리라 사료된다.

  • The mechanically deboned chicken meat(MDCM) has several limits in using for in using for in processed meat products as a main material because of poor color and textural properties, chance of microbial contamination and lipid oxidation. There has been a growing interest all over world in the application of MDCM to the surimi process. The surimi made from MDCM contains a high concentration of myofibrillar protein since this processing involves repeated washing processes with an aqueous solution in order to remove heme pigments, fat and other undesirable substances. The quality of the surimi made from MDCM is affected by various processing factors, such as kinds of wash solution, ion strength, washing cycle, temperature, pH changes, composition, part of muscle, particle size, and rigor state etc. A number of researchers havee investigated the effect of the various washing conditions on the properties of surimi gels. A fuller information of all the factors affecting surimi processing and gel formation by heat-induced gelation has not been known yet.

온라인 사이트 상품 배치에 따른 시각정보처리가 소비자 주의에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Visual Information Processing of Online Product Display on Consumers' Attention)

  • Companies display the product information to the consumers in their online presences. As importance of online marketing activities are growing, most of the franchisers also uses the product images on their online sites to provide the vivid visual information of their merchandises. But the previous researches do not provide the rigorous understanding on the nature of how the consumers process the visual information. In this study, we explore the theoretical backgrounds of the visual information processing and set up the research proposition on the orders and directions of the online visitors' attentions. The visit data from experimental online shop for 81 days was analysed with repeated measure ANOVA. We found that the nature of visual information processing in the online environment is different from that of the ordinary text process. At the end of this study, implication and the limitations of the research were discussed.

  • Repeated $SiO_2$ and octadecyl silica gel (ODS) column chromatographies of the EtOAc fraction from Magnolia obovata fruits, 10 neolignans, named magnolol (1), honokiol (2), isoobovatol (3), isomagnolol (4), obovatol (5), obovatal (6), 9-methoxyobovatol (7), magnobovatol (8), obovaaldehyde (9), and 2-hydroxyobovaaldehyde (10) were isolated and identified. All isolated compounds were evaluated for in vitro cytotoxicity against seven human cancer cell lines.

  • Recently, it is gradually raised necessity that interface is measured accurately and managed in industrial circle and medical world. An Ultrasonic wave transmitted from a focused beam tranducer is being expected as a powerful tool for NDE of the delamination. The Ultrasonic NDE of the delamination is based on the form of the wave reflected from the interface. In this study results, automatically repeated discrimination analysis method can be devided in the category of all kinds of defects on semiconductor package, and also can be possible to have a sampling of partial delamination.

  • This paper presents a one cycle R&D project regarding the large inertia platform servo control system. The steps followed the rather orthodox procedure. A serial double rate-loop was closed with a position loop, and acceleration velocity anticipatory compensations were designed in the forward path. Some appropriate compensation devices were utilized for the signal processing as well as for the better control quality. Simulations and experimental tests were repeated, and satisfactory performances were observed. However, frequency domain uncertainties inherent to the large structures still remain as an expertise supported subject.

  • The Automation and Control Group at the University of Brasilia is developing an automatic welding station based on an industrial robot and a controllable welding machine. Several techniques were applied in order to improve the quality of the welding joints. This paper deals with the implementation of a laser-based computer vision system to guide the robotic manipulator during the welding process. Currently the robot is taught to follow a prescribed trajectory which is recorded a repeated over and over relying on the repeatability specification from the robot manufacturer. The objective of the computer vision system is monitoring the actual trajectory followed by the welding torch and to evaluate deviations from the desired trajectory. The position errors then being transfer to a control algorithm in order to actuate the robotic manipulator and cancel the trajectory errors. The computer vision systems consists of a CCD camera attached to the welding torch, a laser emitting diode circuit, a PC computer-based frame grabber card, and a computer vision algorithm. The laser circuit establishes a sharp luminous reference line which images are captured through the video camera. The raw image data is then digitized and stored in the frame grabber card for further processing using specifically written algorithms. These image-processing algorithms give the actual welding path, the relative position between the pieces and the required corrections. Two case studies are considered: the first is the joining of two flat metal pieces; and the second is concerned with joining a cylindrical-shape piece to a flat surface. An implementation of this computer vision system using parallel computer processing is being studied.

A Fast Ground Segmentation Method for 3D Point Cloud

  • In this study, we proposed a new approach to segment ground and nonground points gained from a 3D laser range sensor. The primary aim of this research was to provide a fast and effective method for ground segmentation. In each frame, we divide the point cloud into small groups. All threshold points and start-ground points in each group are then analyzed. To determine threshold points we depend on three features: gradient, lost threshold points, and abnormalities in the distance between the sensor and a particular threshold point. After a threshold point is determined, a start-ground point is then identified by considering the height difference between two consecutive points. All points from a start-ground point to the next threshold point are ground points. Other points are nonground. This process is then repeated until all points are labelled.

  • The injection-molded plastic parts have many surface defects: warpage, weldline, flowmark, zetting, scratching, shading and so on. As weldline was one of the major surface defects in the case of desktop monitor, warpage and surface shrinkage are the bigger problems of LCD monitor in the pursuit of light weight and thinner thickness of parts. Some measures to improve these defects were introduced in this paper. Based on these, the laboratory work to find out the optimum processing conditions and to get the best parts was repeated injection moulding try-out after reflecting these improvements. The defects of warpage and surface shrinkage was significantly improved after the improvements in the case of the 20.1 inch even if in the 15 and 17inch case the warpage size was a lttle over the allowed specification because of not taking the measure for parts design within the allowable limits from the required specification in the cause of cost down.
