As the manufacturing capacity needs for large size LCD TV shifts very fast into next generation, equipment manufactures face more challenges in development of the systems which can accommodate productivity, reliability and high process quality requirements from the panel makers. AKT committed to continue its contribution to the growth of the LCD market by providing excellent PECVD products. The cost containment and performance improvement are key challenges for large size processing equipment development and this presentation discusses various challenges and AKT's solutions in developing large size PECVD equipment beyond Gen. 8.

Even if there are no causing factors such as car crash and road works, traffic congestion come from traffic growth on the road. In this case, estimation of traffic flow helps find the solution of traffic congestion problem. In this paper, we present a optimization model which used on traffic equilibrium problem and studied the problem of inverting shortest path sets for complex traffic system. And we also develop pivotal decomposition algorithm for reliability function of complex traffic system. Several examples are illustrated.

This study investigated technological and managerial barriers in technology startups through a survey of 151 companies, yielding 118 responses (78.1% response rate). Factor and multivariate analyses identified two distinct barriers: technological and managerial. Reliability analysis validated the measurement tool. Using MANCOVA, 12 hypotheses were tested, incorporating six independent variables. Results revealed significant disparities in technological and managerial barriers based on establishment type, commercialization goals, growth stage, and commercialization stage, with 5 hypotheses supported. This study highlights the crucial role of these variables in understanding barriers within technology-based startups.

This study focuses on influencing factors of TAM on personality, subjective norm and then examines the relationship between influencing factors such as KMS usage and system performance. The survey was collected from KMS users by e-mail and on-line questionnaire. Finally, 206 questionnaires were chosen for the analysis of data. It was analyzed by SPSS and AMOS for the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results were as follows. First, subjective norm is found to be especially important to KMS usage. Second, Extraversion positively moderated the relationship between subjective norm and perceived usefulness. Third, KMS usage is significant to personal performance such as knowledge growth, decision making and the ability of problem solving. This study proposed that the usage of Knowledge Management System positively contributes to the improvement of personal performance.

The paper assesses the innovative performance and challenges that a small innovative country like Sweden faces in an era of intense global competition. We contrast innovative performance with similar countries in Europe as well as discus the reliability and validity of indicators used to shape policy development. The conclusion from the analysis shows that available input-output indicators must be used with some caution. Even if the supply and quality of indicators has increased for policy analysis, they still lack precision and validity to make broad claims about the innovative performance of companies and nations. It is argued that understanding knowledge flows (rather than simple input-output metrics) are a key to understand innovation processes for small countries at the innovation frontier; subsequently, small countries will have to abandon failed policy orthodoxies in order to cope with future policy challenges.

This study aims to provide basic data to increase the happiness of college students by verifying whether a growth mindset moderates the mediating effect of teachers' autonomy support for students in the relationship between academic achievement and happiness. The survey subjects were intentionally sampled from 396 engineering students attending a university in Guangzhou who performed a business practice project. The questionnaire method was used to collect data, and the collected data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ Win. 27.0 and PROCESS macro 4.2. The applied statistical techniques were frequency, reliability, correlation, and moderated mediation effect analysis. The research results are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between academic achievement, teachers' autonomy support, growth mindset, and happiness. Second, a growth mindset played a role in increasing the impact of academic achievement on happiness through teachers' autonomy support. Therefore, it was confirmed that a growth mindset increases the mediating effect of teachers' autonomy support in the relationship between academic achievement and happiness. Based on the research results, measures to improve the happiness of college students were suggested.

This study aims to determine whether happiness and hope mediate in the relationship between growth mindset and academic achievement among Chinese college students. Data were collected through a survey targeting 337 college students purposively sampled at a university in Guangdong, China. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2. The statistical methods applied were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and dual mediation effect analysis. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, growth mindset, happiness, hope, and academic achievement all showed significant positive correlations. Second, college students' happiness and hope double mediated the relationship between a growth mindset and academic achievement. Based on these results, this study proposed a plan to utilize not only a growth mindset but also happiness and hope to improve the academic achievement of college students.

The fracture toughness, $J_{IC}$ of high frequency electric resistance welded steel pipe for smooth and side-grooved CT specimen was evaluated by unloading compliance method. The crack growth, .${\delta}a$ was obtained from the equation of Donald and Saxena & Hudak, and $J_{IC}$ was determined from the curve of J-${\delta}a$ relations. The crack growth on the experiment using unloading compliance method is underestimated as compared with ${\delta}a$ measured directly by the SEM, so the reliability of $J_{IC}$ from saxena & Hudak equation is large than that from Donald. The $J_{IC}$ value of side-grooved CT Specimen is estimated less than that of smooth, and this is the effect of the side-groove, the shear-lip of crack tip and the reduction of crack tunnelling phenomena.

Purpose - There have been not enough studies on the ways customer Moment of Truth(MOT) activities are structured along with consumption chain and their influences as well as the relative influences of service quality at Moment of Truth on customer performance. Therefore, customer service needs needed at Moment of Truth may differ depending on whether these distribution services are at introduction-growth stages or maturity-decline stage already, but there is no study which illustrates this. Research design, data, and methodology - This study selects VoIP and IPTV as the household telecommunication and distribution services at introduction-growth stages as well as high speed internet and wire telephone as those at maturity-decline stages. Then it identifies which experiences that customers have at Moment of Truth by each service as well as the influences related to what the customers consider as important. Results - As the result of demonstration with the target of 858 respondents, customers' experiences and requests differ at Moment of Truth. For service quality, what takes the positive roles in customer performance includes corporeality and certainty for the services at introduction-growth stages as well as reliability, sympathy, and mutuality for those at maturity-decline stages. Conclusions - Implications of these results as well as further directions for study are suggested.

The reliability of the solder joint is affected by type and extent of the interfacial reaction between solder and substrates. Therefore, understanding of intermetallic compounds produced by soldering in electronic packaging is essential. In-based alloys have been favored bonding devices that demand low soldering temperatures. For photonic and fiber optics packaging, m-based solders have become increasingly attractive as a soldering material candidate due to its ductility. In the present work, the interfacial reactions between indium solder and bare Cu Substrate are investigated. For the identification of intermetallic compounds, both Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) and X-Ray Diffraction(XRD) were employed. Experimental results showed that the intermetallic compounds, such as Cu$_{11}$In$_{9}$ was observed for bare Cu substrate. Additionally, the growth rate of these intermetallic compounds was increased with the reaction temperature and time. We found that the growth of the intermetallic compound follows the parabolic law, which indicates that the growth is diffusion-controlled.d.
