  • In this paper, we consider possibility that the multiple errors occur in each testing stage. At present, software reliability modeling is considered as a part of software reliability quality assurance in software engineering. However they dealt with the software growth model for the single error debugging at each testing stage until now. Hence it is necessary to study software reliability with multiple errors debugging. Therefore we propose software reliability growth modeling and estimate the parameters in the proposed software reliability growth model for the multiple errors debugging at each testing stage.

  • Predicting fatigue life of rubber components is an important issue in design procedure for industrial trucks to assure the durability and reliability. Main considerations in designing rubber components against fatigue failure are the compounding technology, shape design, and manufacturing process. Among them the rubber compounding technology is one of the most critical factor to determine more than 50% of component's quality. This paper presents how to improve the durability and reliability of industrial rubber mount during its design, development and prototype testing. The data presented illustrates explicitly the prediction of reliability growth in the product development cycle. The application of these techniques is a part of the product assurance function that plays an important role in rubber components reliability improvement.

  • The market for used products is becoming more competitive and dealers of used products use warranty to promote sales as well as to provide assurance to customers. Offering warranty results in additional costs associated with warranty servicing. This cost can be reduced through actions such as overhaul and upgrade that improves the reliability of the item. This is worthwhile only if the cost of improvement is less than the reduction in the warranty servicing cost. This paper deals with two models to decide on the reliability improvement strategies for used items sold with FRW policy.

  • This paper proposes a method that combines diverse evidence relevant to the reliability to evaluate the reliability of complicated systems such as robots. In practice, reliability experts combine diverse evidences relevant to the reliability and infer the answers by using their own way that are mostly informal.   • Under development program for a complex system, the total system or major subsystems are tested to failure, system failure modes are analyzed, and design and engineering changes are made to eliminate these failure modes. If this TAAF(test-analyze-and-fix) process is continued, and modifications are made in a competent manner, then the system reliability increase. This paper presents the reliability growth theory and applies it to some subsystems during their development and initial production testing. The application of these techniques is a part of the product assurance function that plays an important role in product reliability improvement. In addition, the EN 50126 requires essentially reliability growth for RAM growth monitoring.

  • A Failure data from operating condition includes various failures. Reliability evaluation by operating condition is more correct than test condition. Additional, the evaluation result by operating condition is widely used for quality assurance, forecasting amount of manufacturing at EOL. To discover valuable things from the failure data, arrangement of the failure data and information technique to handle data is needed among many failure data. This paper introduces a reliability prediction program to solve this problem based on the failure. And new technologies for parameters estimation with method of Graphic-Wizard-Parameters-Estimation and Genetic Algorithm are introduced.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of the quality of Web-based legal information services and their significant influences on the user continuance intentions. Based on the main dimensions of the SERVQUAL, this study conceptualizes five dimensions of reliability, assurance, design, empathy, and responsiveness. It measures the level of expectation and satisfaction on the basis of these five dimensions. Regression analysis was conducted to extract and analyze the determinants of the service quality and the factors affecting continuous intention. The level of legal information service quality is superior in empathy, responsiveness, and design category, but it is relatively insufficient in reliability and assurance category. In the reliability category, the relevance of the search results was an issue. The problems related to the authority and information sources were recognized as important. Reliability implies that there is a relatively close relationship between empathy and responsiveness, and that it is necessary to improve the quality of contents such as empathy and responsiveness in order to increase reliability. In order to increase the ongoing use of legal information services in the future, it is more effective to make sure that assurance is top priority.

A Study on the Development of Service Quality Scale in Traditional Market for Big Data Analysis

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a measure of service quality in the traditional market by examining previous research on the service quality of the traditional market studied so far. After defining basic concepts through definition of traditional market and existing studies, 5 categories of configuration items for SERVQUAL measurement in traditional market were made up based on existing researches related to definition of service quality and service quality of traditional market. A survey was conducted on the items that fit the intention of this study and various statistical analyzes were conducted. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The reliability of the items was measured by the reliability test, and the predictability and accuracy of the items were examined. The validity of the measured variables was verified through confirmatory factor analysis. Reliability, empathy, responsiveness, certainty, and tangibility were the most important factors in this study. Responsiveness factors include communication, time reduction, real time, promptness. Assurance factors include the assurance of delivery, prompt answers, product knowledge items. Tangibility factors include, convenient device systems, location information, presence as a fact, and as a result, the latest modern items are adopted. The quality of service in the traditional market developed in this study was found to be good in reliability and validity test. Confirmatory factor analysis result using structural equation model also met the conformity index standard. If service satisfaction is measured based on this research, basic data can be presented to policy makers who implement policies on traditional markets to make the right decisions. In addition, it will be able to provide traditional market operators with operational strategy and marketing data. In the future, based on the traditional market service quality scale developed in this study, it is necessary to grasp the factors to be continuously managed to improve the service quality of the traditional market, user satisfaction, and intention to use.
