토양의 유전율 특성을 고려한 정보통신설비용 수평접지전극의 임피던스 계산 (Numerical Calculation for Impedance of Horizontal Ground Electrode for Information and Communication Facilities with Considering Characteristics of Permittivity in Soil)

  • 정보통신설비용 접지전극의 임피던스는 접지전극이 매설되어 있는 토양의 전기적 특성과 밀접한 관계가 있다. 특히 인가된 전계의 주파수에 따른 토양의 유전율과 도전율 특성이 접지전극의 임피던스에 직접적으로 영향을 준다. 접지전극의 임피던스를 계산할 수 있는 상용프로그램은 유전율과 도전율을 수정하여 시뮬레이션하는 것이 불가능하기 때문에 전자계 이론을 적용한 프로그램을 MATLAB으로 구현하였다. 토양의 유전율은 유전완화 모델인 디바이(Debye)식을 적용하였으며, 도전율은 실험에서 얻어진 수식을 다른 논문에서 인용하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과의 신뢰성을 확인하기 위해서 실험계를 구성하여 접지전극의 임피던스를 측정하고, 시뮬레이션 결과와 서로 비교하였다. 그 결과, 토양의 유전율과 도전율 특성을 고려한 본 논문 결과가 고려하지 않은 상용프로그램(NEC) 결과 보다 측정값과 더욱 잘 일치하는 것을 확인하였다.

불순물 활성화 열처리가 MOS 캐패시터의 게이트 전극과 산화막의 특성에 미치는 효과 (Impacts of Dopant Activation Anneal on Characteristics of Gate Electrode and Thin Gate Oxide of MOS Capacitor)

  • MOS 캐패시터의 게이트 전극을 비정질 상태의 실리콘으로 형성하여 GOI(Gate Oxide Integrity)특성에 미치는 불순물 활성화 열처리의 효과를 조사하였다. LPCVD(Low Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition) 방법으로 증착한 비정질 실리콘 게이트 전극은 활성화 열처리에 의하여 다결정 실리콘 상태로 구조가 변화하며, 불순물 원자의 활성화가 충분히 이루어졌다. 또한, 비정질 상태의 게이트 전극은 커다란 압축 응력(compressive stress)을 가지지만, 활성화 열처리 온도가 700℃에서 900℃로 증가함에 따라서 응력이 완화되었고 게이트 전극의 저항도 감소하는 특성을 보였다. 또한 얇은 게이트 산화막의 신뢰성 및 산화막의 계면특성은 활성화 열처리 온도에 크게 의존하고 있었다. 900℃에서 활성화 열처리를 한 경우가 700℃에서 열처리한 경우보다 산화막내에서의 전하 포획 특성이 개선되었으며, 산화막의 신뢰성이 향상되었다. 특히, TDDB 방법으로 예측한 게이트 산화막의 수명은 700℃의 열처리에서는 3×10/sup 10/초였지만, 900℃에서의 열처리에서는 2×10/sup 12/초로 현저하게 개선되었다. 그리고, 산화막 계면에서의 계면 전하 밀도는 게이트의 응력 완화에 따라서 개선되었다.

횡방향 전자빔여기 XeCl 엑시머 레이저의 출력특성 (Output Ccharacteristics of XeCl Excimer Laser Excited by Transeverse-Electron-Beam)

  • XeCl 엑시머 레이저를 횡방향의 전자빔으로 여기하여 이의 출력특성을 조사하였다. 전자빔의 출력은 880kV, 21kA(70ns, FWHM)이며 전자빔의 전류밀도는 다이오드(A-K) 간격과 공진기 외부에 설치한 펄스자계코일(4.7kG)로 제어하였다. 레이저 매질에 주입되는 전자빔의 축적에너지는 35J(4기압)이다. 축적에너지는 Radcolor film의 감광면적과 압력상승법에 의해 측정한 가스매질의 상승압력으로부터 환산된 수치이며, 이 때의 여기체적은 $320cm^{3}$이었다. 레이저 가스의 혼합비율은 HCl/Xe/Ar=0.2/6.3/93.5%이고 총압력이 3기압일 때, 최대효율 1.7%를 얻었다. 이 때의 출력에너지, 특성에너지는 각각 0.52J, 1.7J/l이었다. 실험결과의 분석을 위해 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션코드를 완성하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 실험결과와 잘 부합하고 있음을 확인하였고 그 결과를 이용하여 XeCl의 형성채널, 완화채널, 308nm의 흡수채널을 이론적으로 설명하였다.

Muscle Function Path Analysis through Muscle Activity Analysis of Human Myofascial Meridians

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to perform a muscle function path analysis of muscle function on myofascial meridians. Method: Seven male students (mean age: $22{\pm}3.46years$; mean mass: $72.71{\pm}8.19kg$; mean height: $174{\pm}4.39cm$) without a history of musculoskeletal system symptoms or injuries were recruited for this study. The measurement muscle of the myofascial line was selected along with the muscle presented in "anatomy trains (Thomas W. Myers. 2014)", and the attachment of the surface EMG (Telemyo 2400T G2, USA) pad was determined according to "EMG analysis (Kim Tae Wan et al., 2013)". The subjects underwent maximum volumetric contraction of their fascia line end muscles three times in lying and standing postures and were subjected to the maximum number of contractions of the myofascial line muscle three times in the lying and standing postures. The sampling rate of the EMG signal was set to 1,000 Hz, and the bandwidth was 20 to 350 Hz. The activity of each muscle was quantitated using the Pearson correlation coefficient, and SPSS 22.0 was used for data analysis. Results: In myofascial meridians, a positive correlation in the myofascial connection and a negative correlation in the mechanical connection were observed. Conclusion: Muscles that show significant contract correlations with one another may be expected to be used as an effective clinical marker in muscle strengthening or relaxation therapy, and rehabilitative training. In this study, the correlation of total myofascial meridians may differ without consideration of functional posture. Future studies need to consider these points.

폴리실리콘 마이크로 액츄에이터의 열구동 특성분석 (Characterization of thermally driven polysilicon micro actuator)

  • A thermally driven polysilicon micro actuator has been fabricated using surface micromachining techniques. It consists of P-doped polysilicon as a structural layer and TEOS (tetracthylorthosilicate) as a sacrificial layer. The polysilicon was annealed for the relaxation of residual stress which is the main cause to its deformation such as bending and buckling. And the newly developed HF VPE (vapor phase etching) process was also used as an effective release method for the elimination of sacrificial TEOS layer. The thickneas of polysilicon is $2{\mu}m$ and the lengths of active and passive polysilicon cantilevers are $500{\mu}m$ and $260{\mu}m$, respectively. The actuation is incurred by die thermal expansion due to the current flow in the active polysilicon cantilever, which motion is amplified by lever mechanism. The moving distance of polysilicon micro actuator was experimentally conformed as large as $21{\mu}m$ at the input voltage level of 10V and 50Hz square wave. The actuating characteristics are investigated by simulating the phenomena of heat transfer and thermal expansion in the polysilicon layer. The displacement of actuator is analyzed to be proportional to the square of input voltage. These micro actuator technology can be utilized for the fabrication of MEMS (microelectromechanical system) such as micro relay, which requires large displacement or contact force but relatively slow response.

인지적 간호중재 (Cognitive Nursing Intervention)

  • Nursing as it is practiced and taught, historically has been viewed as natural science. There are new movements to create a paradigm of nursing in the human sciences. A natural science methodologies elicit quantitative data from observable phenomena and reveal causal relationships. Human science methodology is the study of Unitary Man's participative experience in a situation, the simultaneity paradigm. In a theory of nursing rooted in human science assumptions about man and health are synthesized, and the practice of nursing is continuously expanded through research. To find independent nursing interventions especially cognitive nursing intervention models it has been necessary to consult a multitude of journals and text sources for references, and no one nursing textbook can be used in help patients achieve nursing goals. The goals of nursing in the simultaneity paradigm focus on the quality of life from the person's perspective. Cognitive interventions based on the person's perspective were selected from those that colleagues deemed appropriate to nursing and those that were identified in the nursing literature. They were supportive nursing care, reminiscence, meditation, relaxation and imagery. Nurses have been reluctant to make diagnoses, implement actions, and assume responsibility for this actions and this is of concern but can be understood because nurses have had little exposure to action and lack an intervention armamentarium from with which to choose actions to achieve nursing goals. Efforts in nursing education and nursing service are required to remedy this problem. Nurses must be convinced of the challenge and excitement associated with autonomous functioning. It is a characteristic of the true professional. Traditionally, nursing has prescribed one method for handling a situation. Fundamental nursing texts usually only present one way to handle a situation, because alternative interventions to achieve a client goal may be available. Considerably more research is necessary before these can be prescribed. However, unless a first step is taken, progress will not be made. The quality of health care or nursing care is enhanced when nurses transform dilemas into commited action. This is apparent from widespread experiences of nurses.

PIV System for the Flow Pattern Anaysis of Artificial Organs ; Applied to the In Vitro Test of Artificial Heart Valves

  • The most serious problems related to the cardiovascular prothesis are thrombosis and hemolysis. It is known that the flow pattern of cardiovascular prostheses is highly correlated with thrombosis and hemolysis. Laser Doppler Anemometry (LDA) is a usual method to get flow pattern, which is difficult to operate and has narrow measure region. Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) can solve these problems. Because the flow speed of valve is too high to catch particles by CCD camera, high-speed camera (Hyspeed : Holland-Photonics) was used. The estimated maximum flow speed was 5m/sec and maximum trackable length is 0.5 cm, so the shutter speed was determined as 1000 frames per sec. Several image processing techniques (blurring, segmentation, morphology, etc) were used for the preprocessing. Particle tracking algorithm and 2-D interpolation technique which were necessary in making gridrized velocity pronto, were applied to this PIV program. By using Single-Pulse Multi-Frame particle tracking algorithm, some problems of PIV can be solved. To eliminate particles which penetrate the sheeted plane and to determine the direction of particle paths are these solving methods. 1-D relaxation fomula is modified to interpolate 2-D field. Parachute artificial heart valve which was developed by Seoul National University and Bjork-Shiely valve was testified. For each valve, different flow pattern, velocity profile, wall shear stress and mean velocity were obtained.

흰쥐의 위(胃) 배출능(排出能)에 대한 반하사심탕(半夏瀉心湯)의 효능(效能) (Effect of Banhasasimtang Granule on Gastric Emptying in Rats)

  • Backgrounds & Objectives: Banhasasimtang granule(BHSST) has been used for the treatment of functional dyspepsia regarded as one of the gastric dysmotility disease. but its mechanisms of action are not well known yet: So we investigated the effects of BHSST on gastric emptying and its mechanisms of action in rats. Methods: Gastric emptying was measured by glass beads(1mm in diameter) expelled from the stomach for 60 min after administration of normal saline(NS) or BHSST 31mg/kg or 93mg/kg in rats. And by the same method gastric emptying was measured after administration of NS or BHSST 93mg/kg in rats treated with atropine sulfate(1mg/kg, s.c.), quinpirol HCI(0.3mg/kg, i.p.), NAME(NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester, 75mg/kg, s.c.) or cisplatin(10mg/kg, i.p.) to make delayed gastric emptying. Results: BHSST 93mg/kg improved gastric emptying more than NS or BHSST 31mg/kg(p=0.016). Under the delayed gastric emptying, BHSST 93mg/kg improved gastric emptying in the group treated with NAME$(5.00{\pm}3.101\;vs\;9.00{\pm}3.51,\;p\;=0.046)$, but aggravated it With atropine sulfate$(5.71{\pm}3.45\;vs\;2.57{\pm}1.62,\;p\;=0.050)$ and cisplatin$(12.7{\pm}2.29\;vs\;8.57{\pm}5.06,\;p\;=0.072)$. Conclusions: BHSST improves the gastric emptying through cholinergic and 5-hydroxytryptamine 3 receptors. Especially it is effective to improve gastric emptying delayed by NAME. So we expect that it would be effective in functional dyspepsia with impaired reservoir functions such as gastric adaptive relaxation.

  • 광용적맥파(photoplethysmogram, PPG)는 심장의 수축과 이완으로 변화하는 혈액용적(blood volume)과 혈액내의 헤모글로빈에 흡수되는 빛의 양의 선형적 관계를 이용하여 신호를 획득하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 PPG 센서를 이용하여 질환 예측을 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 시스템은 PPG 센서를 이용하여 심박수의 변이를 살펴볼 수 있는 심박수 변이 분석과 이전 심박수와 이후 심박수를 구분지어 그래프로 표현하는 심박수 분포를 보여준다. 또한 심박수를 스펙트럼 분석하여 자율신경계 균형도, 가속도 맥파로부터 혈관 상태를 분석하여 심혈관 질환을 조기 예측하는 개인용 컴퓨터 기반의 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

결맞는 X-선 산란을 이용한 박막의 표면 거동 연구 (Coherent x-ray scattering to study dynamics in thin films)

  • 본 연구에서는 결맞는 x-선을 이용하여 표면의 거동 현상을 관찰할 수 있는 새로운 실험 방법인 x-선 상관 분광법(x-ray photon correlation spectroscopy)을 소개하고 이를 이용하여 측정한 고분자 박막에서의 거동 현상에 대한 결과를 보고하고자 한다. 이 방법은 파장이 짧은 x-선 영역에 동역학 광산란(dynamic light scattering) 원리를 적용하여 나노 스케일의 동역학 현상을 관찰할 수 있다. 또한 x-선 산란을 이용하므로 동역학 현상과 동시에 구조 특성을 측정할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 글래스 전이보다 높은 온도에서, 기판에 코팅된 고분자 박막의 표면 거동현상을 온도와 파수의 함수로 측정하였다. 박막의 두께가 두꺼울 때에는 점성이 높은 액체에서와 계산된 이론에서와 같은 표면 거동 현상이 관찰되었고, 얇은 박막에서는 갇힘 현상에 의한 효과를 관찰하였다.
