또래관계에 대한 자기평가편향과 주관적 안녕감, 대인행동의 관계: 적정한계선 가설의 검증 (How self-estimation bias in peer relationship relates to subjective well-being and to interpersonal behaviors: Testing the optimal margin hypothesis)

  • 본 연구는 실제 또래관계에 비해 자신의 또래관계를 긍정적으로 편향되게 지각하는 경향이 주관적 안녕감 및 기본심리욕구 지지적인 대인행동과 어떠한 관계가 있는지 규명하는데 목적이 있었다. 특히 긍정적 착각의 적정한계선 가설을 검증하기 위해 자기평가편향이 이들 변인과 곡선관계가 있는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 초등학교 5, 6학년 346명을 대상으로 또래관계에 한정된 영역특수적 자기평가와 그에 상응하는 객관적 또래관계 지표인 내향중심성을 준거로 자기평가편향을 측정하였다. 연구결과, 또래관계에 대한 자기평가편향은 남학생에 비해 여학생에게서 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 자기평가편향은 부정정서와 유의미한 정적 곡선관계, 관계성지지 대인행동과 유의미한 부적 곡선관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 긍정적 착각의 적정한계선 가설이 의미하는 바와 같이, 긍정적 자기평가편향이 높을수록 부정정서는 낮고 대인관계에서 타인의 관계성 욕구를 지지하는 대인행동을 많이 하지만, 자기평가편향이 적정 수준을 넘어서면 오히려 부정정서는 높아지고 관계성 지지행동은 더 이상 증가하지 않음을 의미한다. 그러나 긍정정서, 유능성지지 대인행동, 자율성지지 대인행동에 대해 정적 선형관계를 나타낸바, 긍정적 착각의 적정한계선 가설이 모든 결과변인에 해당하는 것은 아니었다. 연구의 의의 및 후속연구를 위한 제언이 논의되었다.

소비자의 감각추구경향 의복구매욕구와 의복구매행동의 관계연구 (Relationships among the Consumer's Sensation Seeking Tendency, Needs of Clothing Purchase and Clothing Purchase Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among the consumer's sensation seeking tendency needs of clothing purchase and clothing purchase behavior. The date were obtained from 461 female university students career women and housewives using questionnaire. Consumers were classified into low and high sensation seeking tendency groups. These two groups showed partially significant difference in the needs of clothing purchase. Consumers with higher sensation seeking tendency had higher tendency of impulse buying. And they were likely to show the pleasure dimension of needs of clothing purchase and the pleasure seeking and the time seeking factors of shopping behavior Also they had higher purchase frequency of clothing than those who had lower sensation seeking tendency. Consumers with lower sensation seeking tendency placed more importance on the utilitarian dimension of the needs of clothing purchase and the price and quality of products in shopping.

입원환자와 간호사의 간호요구도 비교연구 (Comparison of Nursing Needs as Perceived by Admitted Patients and Nurses in a General Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study was done to compare the perceived nursing needs as reported by admitted patients and nurses in a general hospital. Method: The participants were 194 patients and 183 nurses in a general hospital in Seoul. The instruments were constructed based on a prior study review and revised after a pilot study with 3 patients. The questionnaire for nursing needs included questions on physical, therapeutic, emotional, educational and socioeconomic domains. Data were collected between February 29 and March 26 for patients and between February 19 and 26, 2002 for nurses. The data were analyzed with frequencies, percentiles, means and t-test. Results: The results were as follow: 1. The total score for perceived nursing needs by nurses was higher than that reported by patients except for socioeconomic needs. 2. There were significant differences between patients and nurses only in the emotional domain (t=3.50, p=.001). 3. The highest score was for therapeutic needs and the next was for educational needs. 4. Relatively higher scored items were for comfort care, prevention of nosocomial infections, immediate treatment, monitoring health condition, kindness, and explanation of tests and treatments. Conclusion: Nurses generally understand patients' nursing needs but have to be more interested in patients' needs in order to prevent nosocomial infections, to provide care in a good relationship with the doctors and to encourage the patients.

고등학생의 성교육 요구도 (The Needs of Sexuality Education in High School Students)

  • In an attempt to measure the needs of sexuality education according to sex. grade. type of school. this study was carried out. For this study, the questionnaires were given to 600 students of 4 high-schools in Seoul from March to April. 1999. Students never being received sexuality education were 32.5%. Even though in students being received sex education, the answer of being very instructive was only 2.2%. The needs of sexuality education in boy-student was high in sexual behavior and relationship domain as compared with the girl-student, especially high in masturbation and sexual dysfunction. In girl-student, the needs of sexuality education were high in abortion. sexual damage. In third-grade, the needs of sexuality education were high in personal skill domain as compared with the first and second-grade. And the second-grade's needs were high in sexual behavior domain. In academic school students, the needs of sexuality education were high in sexual behavior and sexual health domain as compared with vocational school. In conclusion, a variety of systematic sex education programs suitable for each characteristic of adolescence should be in need of being developed to the base on the sex educational needs of the students.

기본심리욕구와 주관적 웰빙 간의 관계에서 투지의 매개효과: 한국과 중국 청소년 비교 연구 (Mediating Effect of Grit in the Relationship between Basic Psychological Needs and Subjective Well-being: Comparative Study of Korean and Chinese Adolescents)

  • 본 연구는 한국과 중국 청소년들의 기본심리욕구와 주관적 웰빙 간의 관계에서 투지의 매개효과를 분석하기 위해 수행하였다. 연구대상자는 한국과 중국 청소년 각각 150명씩 총 300명이었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 한국 청소년들은 기본심리욕구의 자율성이 유의하게 높았고, 중국 청소년들은 유능성이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 기본심리욕구와 투지 및 주관적 웰빙 간에 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 셋째, 기본심리욕구가 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 직접효과는 한국 청소년들이 중국 청소년들보다 더 강한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기본심리욕구가 투지를 통해 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 간접효과는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 다섯째, 투지의 매개효과는 중국 청소년들이 한국 청소년들보다 더 강한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 중심으로 청소년들의 주관적 웰빙을 증진시키기 위한 투지의 중요성을 논의하고, 한국 청소년들의 유능성 증진과 중국 청소년들의 자율성 증진을 위한 접근 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

  • 본 연구는 헬스 참가자들의 참여정도에 따른 운동 욕구, 운동 몰입, 운동 중독간의 관계를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 연구대상은 2014년 인천에 위치한 10곳의 헬스클럽에서 3개월 이상 참여한 20세 이상의 성인을 대상으로 연구자가 편리할 때 편리한 장소에서 임의로 표본을 추출하는 방법인 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 총 151부를 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 통계처리 하였다. 이와 같은 연구방법과 자료 분석을 통해 본 연구에서 나타난 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 헬스 참가자의 참여정도에 따라 운동 욕구, 운동 몰입, 운동 중독에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 운동 욕구는 운동 몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 운동욕구는 운동중독에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 운동 몰입은 운동 중독에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다.

한국 노동시장 불안정성과 미충족 치과의료의 관련성: 고용과 소득 불안정성을 중심으로 (The relationship between precarious work and unmet dental care needs in South Korea: focus on job and income insecurity)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to analyze the accessibility of dental care services among individuals with precarious employment in South Korea. Methods: We used the $9^{th}$ wave of the Korean Health Panel data (2015) and included 7,736 wage and non-wage earners in our study. We determined precariousness in the labor market as a combination of employment relationship and job income, and categorized individuals based on this into the following four groups: Group A comprising those who report job and income security, Group B comprising those who experience job insecurity alone, Group C comprising those who report a stable job but low income, and Group D comprising those who experience both job and income insecurity. Accessibility to dental care services was determined by experience of unmet dental care needs and unmet dental care needs caused primarily by financial burden. Logistic regression analyses were used to assess the effect of precarious work on access to dental care services. Results: Individuals with job insecurity (Group B; OR=1.445; 95% CI=1.22-1.70) and both job and income insecurity (Group D; OR=1.899; 95% CI=1.61-2.24) were more likely to have unmet needs than the comparison group. Both groups B and D were also 2.048 (95% CI=1.57-2.66) times and 4.435 (95% CI =3.46-5.68) times more likely, respectively, to have unmet dental care needs caused by financial burden. Education status, health insurance, and health status were all also effective factors influencing unmet dental care needs. Conclusions: Unstable employment and low income resulted in diminished access to dental care services. Therefore, governments should consider health policy solutions to reduce barriers preventing individuals with employment and income instability from accessing adequate dental care.

Linking Consumer Needs and Engagement Dimensions with Social Media Brand Pages to Brand Attachment Formation Process

  • This study investigates the influence of consumer needs pertaining to brand social media pages on the consumer brand attachment formation process. We collected 278 valid responses from females who have experienced the food brands' social media pages. Following the data analysis, we developed the results as follows. First, we examined the significant influence of attachment to brand social media page needs and socialization needs on consumer content consumption engagement and content contribution engagement on brand social media pages. Then we determined that consumer engagement significantly influenced consumer brand attachment. Finally, we found consumer consumption engagement exerted a significant mediation effect on the relationship between consumer needs and brand attachment. Based on the results, we outlined the potential theoretical and marketing strategy implications of this research.

항공사 기내서비스품질, 고객가치, 관계유지의도의 영향 관계 -상위클래스 이용 승객을 대상으로- (A Study on the Effect Between Cabin Service Quality, Customer Value and Relationship Retention Intention in Airline -Focus on the upper-class seats customers-)

  • 본 연구는 항공기 상위클래스를 이용하는 고객의 기내서비스에 대한 서비스품질과 고객가치 및 관계유지의도와의 영향 관계를 규명하고자 함에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기내서비스품질을 물적 서비스품질과 인적 서비스품질요인으로 선정하였고 고객가치를 매개변수로 종속변수인 관계유지의도간의 인과관계를 나타내는 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하였다. 분석결과, 항공기 상위클래스 물적 서비스품질요인과 인적 서비스품질요인 모두 고객가치와 관계유지의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 상위클래스 서비스품질에 대한 고객의 가치는 관계유지의도에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 해당 항공사와 지속적인 관계를 유지할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 의해 항공기 상위클래스를 이용하는 상용고객의 로열티 확보와 선호도 등을 파악하여 고객이 특별함을 느끼게 하는 서비스전략이 필요하며 항공사는 조직의 내부점검과 고객감동의 가치실현을 위해 승무원 서비스교육에 투자와 정성이 요구된다.

The Relationship between Unmet Healthcare Needs Due to Financial Reasons and the Experience of Catastrophic Health Expenditures

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the association between unmet healthcare needs due to financial reasons and catastrophic health expenditures. Methods: This study used secondary data from the 2014~2015 Korean Health Panel survey. The subjects of this study were 21,495 people aged 20 or older, and of them, there were 16,227 people aged 20 to 64 and 5,268 people aged 65 or older, which were surveyed between 2014 and 2015. The association between unmet healthcare needs due to financial reasons and catastrophic health expenditures was analyzed through logistic regression. Results: In 2015, 1.7% of people aged 20~64 years and 7.9% of those aged 65 or older experienced unmet healthcare needs due to financial reasons. In the 20~64 age group, people who repeatedly experienced catastrophic health expenditures (=10%,=20%) were less likely to experience unmet healthcare needs due to financial reasons than those who did not experience catastrophic health expenditures for two years (OR=0.50, OR=0.41). However, in the 65-or-older group, people who repeatedly experienced catastrophic health expenditures (=20%) were more likely to experience unmet healthcare needs due to financial reasons than those who did not experience catastrophic health expenditures for two years (OR=1.68). Conclusion: A greater percentage of the elderly repeatedly faced both catastrophic health expenditures and unmet healthcare needs due to financial reasons compared to the non-elderly.
