간호대학생을 위한 대인관계조화 프로그램의 효과 (Effects of an Interpersonal Relationship Harmony Program on Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an interpersonal relationship harmony program and to investigate the effect of interpersonal relationship harmony program on interpersonal relations, conflict resolution methods, interpersonal anxiety, salivary cortisol level for nursing students. Methods: The 8-week interpersonal relationship harmony program was developed based on interpersonal relationship harmony theory. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated using a quasi-experimental design. The participants were 58 third-year nursing students, 29 in the experimental group and 29 in the control group. Data were collected from July 5, 2014 to August 25, 2014 and analyzed through t-test. Results: The experimental group showed significantly higher post-test scores in interpersonal relationship harmony, interpersonal relationship ability, active conflict mitigation and significantly lower post-test scores in active conflict intensification, interpersonal relationship anxiety than those of the control group. Conclusion: The interpersonal relationship harmony program improved nursing students' interpersonal skills and conflict resolution methods and reduced interpersonal relationship anxiety through an integrated approach that covered the cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and physical aspects of harmony.

대학생의 애착과 주관적 안녕감과의 관계: 대인관계 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationship between Attachment and Subjective Well-Being: Focusing on Mediating Effects of Interpersonal Relationship)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of interpersonal relationship on the relationship between attachment and subjective well-being of university students. We conducted a survey on 336 university students in Andong-si and Cheongju-si. The data were analyzed by Pearson's productive correlation, hierarchical regression analysis and Sobel test. The results were as follows: First, affective well-being made an effect by avoidant attachment and anxiety attachment, and was more affected by interpersonal relationship than anxiety attachment including mediating variable of interpersonal relationship. Second, there was a significant effect in cognitive well-being only by anxiety attachment. Including mediating variables of interpersonal relationship, cognitive well-being affected by interpersonal relationship only. Third, interpersonal relationship mediated partially the relationship between attachment and affective well-being, and perfectly between attachment and cognitive well-being.

부부갈등이 청소년의 불안에 미치는 영향: 청소년 부모화의 매개적 역할 (Effect of Marital Conflict on Adolescent Anxiety: The Mediating Role of Parentification)

  • Objective: The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between marital conflict, parentification, and adolescent anxiety. Methods: The participants comprised 301 high school students from the Seoul province. They were asked to complete questionnaires that consisted of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, the Children's Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale, and the Filial Responsibility Scale-Youth. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. To analyze the collected data, SPSS 18.0 was used. Results: First, the content and resolution of marital conflict had an effect on both adolescent state anxiety and trait anxiety. Second, unfairness parentification had an effect on both adolescent state anxiety and trait anxiety. Third, the frequency of marital conflict had an effect on emotional parentification. Further, the intensity, content, and resolution of marital conflict had effect on unfairness parentification. Fourth, unfairness parentification played a partial mediating role in the relationship between the content of marital conflict and adolescent anxiety (state anxiety/trait anxiety). In addition, unfairness parentification played a complete mediating role in the relationship between the resolution of marital conflict and adolescent trait anxiety. Conclusion: These results indicate that parentification plays an important role in marital conflict and adolescent anxiety. In addition, this study also shows that marital conflict has an important effect on adolescent anxiety directly. Therefore, this study will be useful for developing both parental education and counseling programs for adolescents.

초등학생들의 또래관계와 부모관계가 자살생각에 미치는 영향의 융복합적 연구 : 불안의 매개효과 (A Convergence of Effects in Peer Relationship and Parental Relationship on Suicidal Ideation in Elementary School Students : The Mediating Effects of Anxiety)

  • 오늘날 심각하게 대두되고 있는 사회문제 중 하나는 자신의 생명을 스스로 파괴하는 자살이다. 특히 자살생각은 자살로 이어지고 연령도 낮어져 초등학생도 자살생각을 생각하고 있다는 연구들이 보고되고 있다. 이에 연구에서는 초등학생의 또래관계와 부모관계가 자살생각에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 있어 불안의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 초등학교 4-6학년에 재학 중인 273명을 대상으로 또래관계, 부모관계, 불안 및 자살생각에 대한 경로분석를 검증하였다. 주요 분석결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생들의 불안은 또래관계와 자살생각 간에 있어 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초등학들의 불안은 부모관계와 자살생각과의 관계에 있어 부분매개 하고 있다. 즉, 초등학교 고학년 학생의 자살생각을 낮추기 위해 불안요소를 감소시키기 위한 다양한 실천프로그램을 개발하여 현장에 적용하길 바란다.

직장인의 사회부과 완벽주의와 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 특성 불안과 소진의 이중매개효과 (The Double Mediating Effects of Trait Anxiety and Burnout in the Relationship between Socially Prescribed Perfectionism and Subjective Well-being of Employees)

  • 본 연구는 직장인의 사회부과 완벽주의가 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 특성 불안과 소진의 이중매개효과 검증을 하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 300명의 직장인을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 사회부과 완벽주의, 주관적 안녕감, 특성 불안, 소진을 측정하였고, 변인들의 영향 관계와 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 사용하였으며, Bootstrapping 방법을 활용하여 매개효과의 유의성을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회부과 완벽주의는 특성 불안, 소진과 유의한 정적 상관을, 주관적 안녕감과는 부적 상관을 나타났고, 특성 불안은 소진과 정적 상관을, 주관적 안녕감과는 부적 상관을 나타냈으며, 소진은 주관적 안녕감과 부적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 사회부과 완벽주의와 주관적 안녕감 간에 특성 불안과 소진이 각각 완전매개를 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 사회부과 완벽주의와 주관적 안녕감 간의 관계에서 특성 불안과 소진의 순차적 이중매개 효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 사회부과 완벽주의가 주관적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 심리적 기제를 밝힘으로써, 사회부과 완벽주의가 높은 사람의 주관적 안녕감을 향상시키기 위하여 완벽주의 그 자체를 다루기보다 과정 변인으로서 특성 불안과 소진을 다루는 것이 더욱 효과적일 수 있음을 시사한다.

이공계 대학 신입생들의 수학불안과 수학 학업 성취도와의 상관관계 (The relationship of mathematics anxiety and achievement in mathematics for college of engineering)

  • This study investigates the relationship of mathematics anxiety and achievement in college mathematics for engineering major freshman students. An revised and modified 30-item version of the Mathematics Anxiety Scale(MAS) was completed by 176 university engineering students enrolled in introductory calculus courses offered by the department of mathematics. Correlational analysis indicated complex interaction patterns between mathematics anxiety and mathematics achievement, depending on the level of anxiety. The results from this study confirm the negative correlation between mathematics anxiety and mathematics achievement in college mathematics for engineering major student, and also those support the claim that the relationships between mathematics anxiety and achievement have non-linear patterns.

대학생의 자기효능감과 자존감이 취업 불안감에 미치는 영향: 학업스트레스의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Influence of Self-Efficacy and Self-Esteem of the College Students on Employment Anxiety: Focus on the Moderating Effect of Academic Stress)

  • In this study, we examined the effects of self-efficacy and self-esteem on employment anxiety based on existing prior study and verified the moderating effect of academic stress between self-efficacy and employment anxiety, and moderating effect of academic stress between self-esteem and employment anxiety and the analysis result are as follows. The first result shows that self-efficacy and self-esteem negatively affect employment anxiety. Second, academic stress has not played a role of moderating in the relationship between self-efficacy and employment anxiety. As academic stress increases, employment anxiety increases. However, the regression analysis results confirmed that the academic stress can be an independent variable that explains employment anxiety. Finally, academic stress plays a role of moderating in the relationship between self-esteem and employment anxiety. This means that students with relatively high self-esteem are less likely to have employment anxiety than those who do not, and that increasing academic stress increases the employment anxiety of college students.

한국 성인초기 미혼남성의 원가족 요인이 불안을 매개로 낭만적 관계에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Family of Origin Factors on the Romantic Relationship through Anxiety Among the Unmarried Men of Early Adulthood in Korea)

  • This study examined the characteristics of the steady date and the influences of family of origin factors and anxiety on the romantic relationship among the unmarried men of early adulthood. Ninety men dating for more than 2 months responded the questionnaire regarding differentiation of family of origin, parents' marital intimacy, trait anxiety, couple intimacy, couple individuation, and the demographic questions. Using SPSS Win 10.0, ANOVA and regression were conducted. The results found that: 1)‘methods of introduction’ ‘frequency of dating per week’ and ‘military duty’ were significantly related to the couple intimacy; 2) the men's age was negatively related to the couple intimacy and positively related to the couple individuation; 3) differentiation of family of origin affected men's anxiety which in turn affected the couple intimacy. In couclusion, summary and the implication of this study were discussed.

학생들의 휴대폰 중독과 우울, 불안, 학교생활만족도와의 관계 (The Relationship among Cellular Phone Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, and School Life Satisfaction Perceived by Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship among cellular phone addiction, depression, anxiety, and school life satisfaction by examining 284 elementary school students, especially the fifth and sixth graders in Gyeonggi province. This study was done by dividing two groups with top 25 percent and the lowest 25 percent of group(addicts' group vs. non-addicts' group), and 144 out of 284 elementary school students were used for this study. According to the survey, it turned out that the significant variables to predict the addiction are school life satisfaction, learning, classroom setting, and school events, including the top variables of anxiety and depression. And a further point is that relationship satisfaction, anxiety, depression, physical setting, and class satisfaction show how much students are addicted to cellular phone. Finally, this paper suggests the limitation and efficiency of the study compared to previous studies.

The Effects of Student's Stress and Personal Relationship on Smart Phone Addiction

  • This Study is to test the causal relationships among university student's stress, personal relationships and psychological anxiety, and then suggest some theoretical and policy implications basing on the analytical results. For the purpose of this study, survey targeting on 416 university students was conducted. The analytical results of this study showed that psychological anxiety moderates the relation between the stress, personal relationship and smart phone addiction. This study suggested some implications basing on this analytical results.
