  • The purpose of this research is on the identification of the effects of perceived interactivity formed by the electronic collaborative referral system on the organizational loyalty. Two channels through which the effects proceeded were investigated. One is the "system channel" which consists of "interactivity of the inter-organizational system ${\rightarrow}$ intention of using the system ${\rightarrow}$ organization loyalty" (hypothesis 1, 2), that is the channel which anticipates that a better understanding on the interactivity of the inter-organizational system makes the intention of the using the system strong, and this strong intention results the higher organization loyalty. The other is "organization channel" which consists of "interactivity of the inter-organizational system ${\rightarrow}$ perceived interactivity on the counterpart ${\rightarrow}$ perceived relation benefits with the counterpart ${\rightarrow}$ organization loyalty" (hypothesis 3, 4, 5). The channel means that as the perceived interactivity of users on the inter-organizational system becomes greater, the perceived interactivity with the counterpart is increasing. And this makes the users feel that more benefits can be obtained by the relationship with system providing organization, and finally makes the organization loyalty that is the intention to maintain the relationship greater. The corroborative evidence data confirm the two channels are obtained by questing on the electronic referral system of Samsung Medical Center to the doctors of the first and second collaborated hospitals or clinics, and by analyzing statistically. The verification result for the "system channel" showed that as the perception on the interactivity of inter-organizational system was increasing, the intention for consistent using increased(support hypothesis 1), and then the organization loyalty that is the relationship maintaining indication by using the referral system also increased(support hypothesis 2). And the confirmation result for the "organization channel" indicated that the perceptive interactivity on the counterpart increased as the understanding on the interactivity of inter-organizational system increased(support hypothesis 3), consecutively, with the intuitive relation benefits increase with the counterpart(support hypothesis 4) the organization loyalty means the intention to maintain the relationship was confirmed to increase(support hypothesis 5). These results demonstrate that when the perceived interactivity in using many systems at the collaboration between organizations is increasing, the positive image on the systems creates the consistent system using intention, and the positive image increases the wants for preserving the relationship with counter organization. In addition, the perceived interactivity of inter-organizational system users affects directly on the perceived interactivity of the counter organization, so the important role of inter-organizational system in promoting the interactivity between cooperative counterparts was recognized. And the perceived interactivity on the counter organization become greater, the influence on the perceived benefits from cooperation is positive. Therefore, the perceived interactivity by using inter-organizational system was confirmed as a prerequisite for the continuous relationship.

  • In the 21st century of information systems, the amount of information resources are ever increasing and the role of information searching system is becoming criticalto easily acquire required information from the web. Generally, it requires the user to have enough pre-knowledge and superior capabilities to identify keywords of information to effectively search the web. However, most of the users undertake searching of the information without holding enough pre-knowledge and spend a lot of time associating key words which are related to their required information. Furthermore, many search engines support the keywords searching system but this only provides collection of similar words, and do not provide the user with exact relational search information with the keywords. Therefore this research report proposes a method of offering expanded user relationship search keywords by analyzing user query patterns to provide the user a system, which conveniently support their searching of the information.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the specific and empirical contents in terms of first-married stepmother about her stress and efforts to adapt to her stepfamily. This studies relied on the qualitative research method in order to approach stepmother's subjective experience. There were 6 stepmother respondents who were 6 first-marrieds living in Seoul or Kyoungki area. The data was collected by in-depth personal interview.‘Open coding process’, a part of grounded theory procedures were used to analyzed the data. The major findings can be summarized as follows: 1. When focused o stressors, the stress of stepmothers were categorized into 4 categories. Those were the following: 1 When focused on stressors, the stress of stepmothers were categorized into 4 categories. Those were the following: (1) Stepmother's own problem such as stepmother' identity problem; (2) Problems within stepfamily such as problems about relations with husbands, stepchildren, and her own children; (3) Problems of stepmother family's kin such as relational problems with former spouses, in-laws, and her parent; (4) Problems of social relationship such as isolation and alienation in social relationship and neighbors' prejudice about stepmother. 2. In overcoming stress from stepfamily life and adapting to it, 4 categories were identified as important. Contents of 4 categories were such like this: (1) Stepmother's own efforts - (a) give a positive meaning to marriage or remarriage (b) flexible personality (c) situation-accepting attitude (d) exclusive management of household income (e) job (f) perseverance for time to adaptation; (2) Positive feedback within stepfamily - (a) supportive husband (b) sense of unity as a couple (c) psychological reward from stepchildren (d) existence of stepmother's own child (e) behavior for family solidarity (f) family-centered religious life; (3) Stepfamily's relationship with former spouses such as breakdown in relationship with ex-wives or ex-husbands; (4) Support from stepmothers' kin and people in social network with stepmothers. It was concluded that to reduce stress and to help adapt to stepfamily, stepmother should make an effort, and that her stepfamily and her kin should cooperate and support. • This study aims to identify grammatical relations (GRs) in Korean sentences. The key task is to find the GRs in sentences in terms of such GR categories as subject, object, and adverbial. To overcome this problem, we are fared with the many ambiguities. We propose a statistical model, which resolves the grammatical relational ambiguity first, and then finds correct noun phrases (NPs) arguments of given verb phrases (VP) by using the probabilities of the GRs given NPs and VPs in sentences. The proposed model uses the characteristics of the Korean language such as distance, no-crossing and case property. We attempt to estimate the probabilities of GR given an NP and a VP with Support Vector Machines (SVM) classifiers. Through an experiment with a tree and GR tagged corpus for training the model, we achieved an overall accuracy of $84.8\%,\;94.1\%,\;and\;84.8\%$ in identifying subject, object, and adverbial relations in sentences, respectively.

  • As being the advanced analytics indispensable on big data for agile decision-making and tactical planning in enterprises, distributed processing platforms, such as Hadoop and Spark which distribute and handle the large volume of data on multiple nodes, receive great attention in the field. In Spark platform stack, Spark SQL unveiled recently to make Spark able to support distributed processing framework based on SQL. However, Spark SQL cannot effectively handle advanced analytics that involves machine learning and graph processing in terms of iterative tasks and task allocations. Motivated by these issues, this paper proposes the design of SQL-based big data optimal processing engine and processing framework to support advanced analytics in Spark environments. Big data optimal processing engines copes with complex SQL queries that involves multiple parameters and join, aggregation and sorting operations in distributed/parallel manner and the proposing framework optimizes machine learning process in terms of relational operations.

  • This study aimed to investigate music and imagery (MI) experiences in group settings using a qualitative case study approach. For this purpose, a focus group interview was conducted with four professional music therapists, who participated in peer MI group sessions without a therapist. Data collected from the interview were analyzed by qualitative data analysis procedures. Results demonstrated that successful group music experiences in the early stages, such as sharing and selecting music together within the group or experiencing group support, leaded to developing trust towards music and the group in participants. Moreover, the trust built upon such basis was shown to facilitate expansions in emotional experiences, imageries, relational aspects, and music resources, which led to new personal insights. In addition, the participants recognized the supportive nature of the group played a role of encouraging participants to challenge new experiences during MI experiences. The results suggest that group as a therapeutic factor can promote expansive emotional experiences and insights. Furthermore, the findings may provide implications for music psychotherapy applications in group settings.

  • It is very important to measure the displacement of a structure to evaluate the safety of the structure. This study shows a methodology to measure the displacement to determine the stability of a structure when it is damaged by loads. The methodology used Moiré's phenomenon and was verified through experiments. The experiments utilized pipes to simulate the pipe supports in the construction site and measured the vertical displacement of the Moiré interference patterns according to the horizontal displacement of the pipes. Experiments confirmed that the linear relationship between horizontal displacement of pipes and vertical displacement of Moiré patterns and derive a relational expression. In conclusion, the methodology presented in this work allows us to simultaneously measure a number of vertical members' displacements regardless of distance and determine the safety of the structure.
