Nowaday, statistical data with coherence, accuracy and timeliness are necessary to government, company and research center for decision making or research. In other words, the importance of statistical data quality is steadily increasing. Thus, in this paper, we suggest necessity of measuring customer satisfaction with NSO products for enhancing quality. And we construct measurement scale for measuring customer satisfaction based on the statistical quality indicators. Also we advise use of structural equation model in relation analysis for statistic quality elevation.

On-Line Shopping mall is becoming important strategic environment that decide corporation's competitive advantages because of that can achieve quality of customer service and offer speed elevation through both-way communication effectively. Accordingly, as interest about electronic commerce rises, various research had been gone. But, most researches are applying off-line market's quality of service measurement tool just as it is doing not consider special quality of internet. Consider and prescribe by system quality, and saw that thing with grasp relation with customer satisfaction along with qualify of service is important for factor that environmental element influences in customer satisfaction as existing commercial transaction in this research hereupon. That is, wished to present quality strategy necessary to examine whether some quality factor of system quality and quality of service affects more customer satisfaction, and satisfy various customer's needs accordingly after ermine whether it are switching and some relation that search purchase alteration availability of market that is different from loyalty which recommend internet shopping mall to another person who is system quality factor and quality of service factor and customer satisfaction factor actively.

The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship among personality characteristics, hope and quality of life(QOL) of breast cancer patients. The subjects of the study were the 113 breast cancer patients treated at 3 university hospitals in Daegu and Busan from June 1 to Sep. 30, 2003. Personality characteristics was measured by using Personality Inventory(NEO-PI), hope measured by using Nowotny's Hope Scale, and QOL by using a questionnaire developed by Ro(1988). Data were analyzed with SPSS program by frequency, range, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients. The findings of this survey indicate 1) The mean personality characteristics item score was 2.64, hope was 2.78, and QOL was 3.19. It appeared that there was a slightly negative tendency about personality characteristics, hope and QOL of breast cancer patients. 2) There was a significant difference between personality characteristics, hope and QOL according to demographic factor. 3) There was a positive correlation between personality characteristics and hope(r=.49), hope and QOL(r=.377). Among subitem of hope and QOL especially confident, possibility of future, active participation, inner motivation and self esteem were positively correlated with personality characteristics especially extroversion, openness and conscientiousness. 4) There was a negative correlation between neuroticism and relation with neighbor(r=-.452), neuroticism and relation with family(r=-.344). It was found that personality characteristics, hope and QOL were essential concept for qualitive care of breast cancer patients and there were negative correlation with neuroticism toward relation with neighbor and relation with family. This study suggests that there would be further study to find out the importance and relationship among personality characteristics, hope and QOL of breast cancer patients.

In this study, we examined the quality of water and the kinds of algae and insects the Oksukchon river along the length between Kwannung and the Han river during winter. Also examined is the relation between the quality of water and the flesh water plants in several significant points along the Oksukchon river between Kwannung and the Han river. We dicovered that the gradual pollution of the quality of water in places near villages and towns resutled in a considerable change of life in water. The present quality of water shows a remarkable difference from the limnoligical report of the winter of the year 1960 which we previously reported, and a considerable change in kinds of fish and water plant since then were noticed.

It has been reported that the cancer patient's quality of life is influenced by the perceived health state, self-esteem, health locus of control, social support, whether there is a pain or not, the stage of a disease, the period of a disease, etc, and however, there has been scarcely the research into the fact at home whose cultural and social backgrounds are entire1y different from those of American and European Countries. Accordingly, the author of this thesis performed this study. considering that it is necessary to know the relations between the health locus of control which make it possible to predict the object's behavior related to health and to make plans to induce the object or patient into sound behavior and the quality of life which is closely related to the cancer patient's health, emotion, society, economy, etc. on the whole. This study, a cross-sectional one, includes 135 subjects of $in{\cdot}out$ patients registered at Y University Hospital whose age are more than 20 years, From these patients, data were collected for two weeks through the questionnaire which content concerns about the quality of life and the health locus of control. All the collected data were processed and analyzed through Student's t-test, ANOVA, and the calculation of Pearson Correlation Coefficient, using the SAS program 1. It appeared that the disposition of health locus of control was mostly inclined to the disposition of powerful other health locus of control($28.37{\pm}4.24$), then inclined to internal health locus of control($27.03{\pm}4.17$), and next to chance health locus of control($19.71{\pm}4.97$) By the way. the disposition of powerful other health locus of control appeared a tittle bit higher than internal health locus of control 2. The degree of the quality of life appeared to be 137.54 points in the average of total points and 3.11 in the average evaluation mark. It appeared that the quality of life was most significantly influenced by a factor of 'relations with neighbors' and least significantly influenced by factors of physical conditions and functions. 3. It appeared that the relation between the disposition of health locus of control and the quality of life has nothing to do with the relation between internal health locus of control and the quality of life(r=.1446, P>.05) and also with the relation between the disposition of powerful other health locus of control(r=.0385, P>.05). In conclusion, in the study it has been found out that there is no correlation between the health locus of control and the quality of life, and however it is sound to induce the cancer patient to internal health locus of control. Therefore, it is necessary that under the special circumstances, the cancer patient's behavior should be predicted, thereby inducing the patient to the sound change of his or her behavior. Also in order that the patient enjoys his or her life satisfactorily while living, It is deemed that some kind of multilateral meditation in health and treatment is necessary so that the patient can feel the relief of pain, better health, etc.

This study examines the level of port service quality based on $Gr{\ddot{o}}nroos$(1984)'s Two-Dimensional Model: we investigated service-environment quality and service-delivery quality, and added service-product quality as a process quality. This study focused on a service user like a llner, forwarder, shipper, or a logistics firm using port service in the Port of Busan. We investigated relationships among the following vairables: service quality, customer satisfaction and port image; we also analyzed the path coefficients using Smart-PLS 3.0. The results and suggestions of this study are summarized as follows. First, all of the service quality variables influenced customer satisfaction but service-delivery quality didn't have an impact on port image. Secondly, there is correlation between customer satisfaction and port image; customer satisfaction had a positive effect with port image. Lastly, customer satisfaction and port image influenced the Relation Continuity Intention.

The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between meat quality attributes and the changes of sarcoplasmic protein acetylation and myofibrillar protein acetylation in lamb longissimus thoracis et lumborum muscles at different postmortem phases. Protein acetylation, color, pH, shear force, myofibril fragmentation index and cooking loss were measured. The total level of acetylated sarcoplasmic proteins showed a negative relation with pH, a positive relation with a^*, b^* and cooking loss at the pre-rigor phase. Sarcoplasmic proteins acetylation affected postmortem pH by regulating glycolysis, which in turn affects color and cooking loss. The total level of acetylated myofibrillar proteins showed a positive relation with shear force at the pre-rigor phase. Myofibrillar proteins acetylation affected meat tenderness by regulating muscle contraction. This study indicated that acetylation played a regulatory role of meat color, water-holding capacity, and tenderization process at early postmortem.

This study is prepared to provide fundamental data for constructing learning system to reinforce learning facilitation and improve learning effect for adult college students by testing the medium effect of learning motivation in the relation of social support, service quality of university education, and learning engagement. For this objective, A survey was conducted with 573 adult college students attending 2-to-3-year colleges and universities located in Daegu metropolitan City and Gyeongsangbuk-do. The analyzed research results are as follows. First, learning motivation had partial medium effect in the relation of social support and learning engagement. Second, learning motivation seemed to have complete medium effect in the relation of service quality of university education and learning engagement. The above research results suggest that continuous development and efforts are needed to establish various support systems and improve educational services in order to increase adult college students' immersion in learning.
