중환자부 시설기준 수립을 위한 가이드라인 조사·분석연구 - 미국, 영국, 호주 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on the Architectural Design Guideline for Intensive Care Unit - Focused on Cases of The US, The UK and Australia)

  • Purpose: At the moment, There is a facility standard for intensive care units on the Korea medical services Act. However, the contents of regulation are so limited and difficult to apply. Therefore, it is necessary to draw up the guideline to complement the regulation for efficient operation of intensive care units. This study aims to suggest basic data for guideline of intensive care units. Methods: 2 Methods have been used in this paper. 1) Comparative analysis between the national regulation of Korea with the design standard of the United States America, the United Kingdom and Australia. 2) A literature survey about operation method for intensive care unit, focused on materials published in intensive care medicine society of each country. Results: In comparison with guideline of abroad cases, additional supplement are required, with regard to item such as operation environment, size, nursing manpower ratio, bed space area, space program of intensive care units for healing environment. Implications: This study is a basic research for guideline of intensive care unit, and need to be followed by further study using various perspectives and methods.

교육부 고시 개정이 대학 현장실습학기제에 미치는 영향: 대학 현장실습 운영자의 인식을 중심으로 (Effects of the Amendment of Regulation of Ministry of Education and Co-op: Focusing on the Perception of University Co-op Operators)

  • On July 6, 2021, the Ministry of Education revised and announced the operating regulations of the undergraduate co-op with the aim of protecting students rights and student-centered operation based on mutual benefits for students and institutions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze universities' perceptions against the amendment of regulation of the Ministry of Education's into universities/college, regions. According to a survey of 75 KACE, we found that colleges are more difficult than universities in terms of administrative work, company participation, reduced opportunities for co-op, and managing participating companies. Next, most of the regional differences in difficulties were not significant, and only the decline in company participation rate was more difficult in Daegyoung/Gangwon/Chungcheong/Jeju than in the metropolitan area. Finally, policy directions such as the differential application of practical support expenses according to the size of the company, tax benefits for institutions, and clarification of the concept of job training were presented.

광주광역시 원도심 중심상업지역의 블록 특성 및 유형화 (Classification and characteristic of Central Commercial Area Block Development, Gwang-ju)

  • The purpose of this study is to categorize Commercial area by identifying characteristics of blocks and coding them in order to segment use zoning in Commercial area. The study was conducted as follows. Data from building register, cadastral map, statistics annual report are utilized to identify the physical environment of the block. four types used as code under the physical environment classification code which are classification code of physical environment, detail usage, volume ratio, and height type are set, and combine the classification codes sorted by the four types of code. Through the physical environment classification codes, there are currently 37 different block characteristics of the Old downtown Commercial area. Diversity is not reflected. There are only Central commercial area of regulations in Old downtown commercial areas that are uniformly managed. For the renewal, management and development that can occur in the near future, it is necessary to segment of use district in the commercial area. Consider the current situation and future development direction for the management of sustainable commercial areas. Management is required using physical environment classification codes. It is meaningful that it can be maintained, managed and developed in accordance with the characteristics of each block.

CG 시뮬레이션을 이용한 단독주택지 도시설계지침별 공간구성의 선호도 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Preferences for Spatial Composition by Urban Design Guidelines of Detached Housing Areas Using CG Simulation)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate preferences for spatial composition by urban design guidelines of detached housing areas using CG simulation, with the aim of contributing to the improvement and management of residential townscapes. The list of urban design guidelines for detached housing areas was derived from an analysis of urban design guidelines and landscape regulations from the U.S.A, Japan, and Korea. These guidelines comprise building guidelines, landscape guidelines, street guidelines, and sign guidelines. Through the preferences revealed by CG simulation, an optimum presentation method for the urban design guidelines was determined. Based on the results of preferences, an appropriate management system and regulation standards were proposed. In conclusion, the efforts carried out on the study and legislation of a management system and regulation standards for the urban design guideline will accomplish the amenity of residential environments.

김해시 본산공단 주변지역의 환경대기 중 주요 악취물질의 농도 특성에 관한 연구 (Odorous Compound Concentration Levels in Bon-San Industrial Area and Its Surrounding Regions)

  • In this study, the characteristic of offensive major odorous compound from the Bon-San industrial complex in Gimhae were determined by analytical methods of Gas Chromatography, High Performance Liquid Chromatography and UV/VIS Spectrophotometer. The kind of major odorous compounds examined acetaldehyde, sulfur compounds, ammonia and styrene. The concentration of all odorous compounds at 3 sampling points of industrial complex were lower than those of regulation standard levels of the industrial complex in Korea. The mean concentration of hydrogen sulfide was 0.0235 ppm at sampling point 2, it was higher than other sampling point. Complex odors was lower than regulation standard levels of the industrial complex in Korea.

  • One of the first constitutional challenges to congressional legislation in the area of school health came in 1967. The action of Ministry of Education for the school health program is within school health act constituted 20 Articles and its regulation of 14 Articles. This study was reviewed the school health act and its regulation for the development of school health program. The data were collected by 14 Boards of Education from November 1986 to January, 1987. The results of this study were identified the articles needss to change such as the articles with regard to health education activity, physical assessment activity, criteria of school health environment, control of communicable disease, First-Aid and clinic management by School nurses.

콘크리트에 매입된 기초접지극의 크기 및 설치방법에 관한 고찰 (A Consideration of Volume and Installation Method of Concrete-Embedded Foundation Earthed an Electrode)

  • IEC standards do not require to limit the earthing resistance of the concrete-embedded foundation earthing electrode which is installed to a specific value. However, in Korea the value of $5{\Omega}$ and below applies to the earthing resistance for a domestic customer whose receiving voltage is 22.9kV. This paper calculates the minimum area and volume of the concrete-embedded foundation earthing electrode in order to obtain a specific value of the earthing resistance when the electrode of the building's lightning protection system and that of its power system are interconnected. It also suggested the most appropriate method of installing the foundation earthing electrode, taking the electric characteristics of concrete into account.

  • This study examines and analyzes view hindrance factors of high-storied apartment houses at small town like 'Eup' where county office locates and it is found that hindrance factors include designation of residential area and height, length and form of main building. On recognition of view, most subjects of research considered high-storied apartment houses hindered urban view and its regulation is needed. Apartment houses at small cities become main factors of hindering urban view because they were located randomly regardless of scale of city and surrounding situation, but there is no measure to control it. Accordingly, view control through enaction of regulations is urgently needed with establishment of guidelines such as height of large buildings including high-storied apartment houses, length of main building, location and regulation of exterior design.

수도권 대학병원의 적정 주차대수 산정을 위한 기초적 연구 (A Basic Study for Calculating Appropriate Number of Parking Lots at University Hospital in Metropolitan Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose reasonable standards related to securing the number of parking lots of university hospital in Korea. High proportion of visitors use their cars in order to receive consultation and treatment from doctors and feel the shortage of parking capacity of hospital, resulting to the low satisfaction level in using hospital. Of course, every hospital meets the parking regulation of the government. Therefore it is necessary to consider another parking demand factors besides the parking regulation of the government in order to secure proper number of parking lots in hospital. This study proposes number of hospital beds, vicinity of public transportation, number of doctors and staffs of hospital, and peak time parking demand as the parking demand factors.

브레즐튼 신생아 행동평가법을 이용한 일지역 신생아들의 행동 특성에 관한 연구 (Behavioral Characteristics of Local Korean Neonates by Brazelton′s NBAS)

  • This study assessed behavioral characteristics of 73 normal neonates in Daegu area using the NBAS. Being one of few studies on this topic, the study is to document and to accumulate data on the neonatal behaviors of Korean babies. Overall scores were at moderate levels in 6 behavioral clusters including Habituation, Social Interactive, Motor System, State Organization, and State Regulation. Autonomic Stability showed relative stableness. Scores of Orientation were higher in neonates of working mothers and rural mothers. Neonates of mothers with no abortion history have higher scores in Motor System and State Organization. Score of State Organization was higher in neonates of mothers with no habitual use of amenity during their pregnancy. Scores of Habituation and State Organization, as well as scores of Motor System with State Organization, State Regulation and Autonomic Stability were positively correlated. Scores of Habituation and State Organization indicate that babies are agreeable and even tameable that is advantageous for attachment to caregiver.
