This research aims to discuss the impact of on regional development as a place brand and glocal heritage. Based on understanding of the changes and influences of local heritages in the globalization era as a key component of place branding, this study explores how is used to develop a place branding strategy for Lijiang. The research methods are both a literature review and a field research related to Lijiang and its culture. Also, the resources from news, internet, and YouTube are used to analyze the impact of . The performance has been attracting tourists from both Chineses and foreigners and contributed to increase the economic profits of local tourism industry as one of the representative identities of Lijiang. Also, in the process of preservation and recreation of cultural heritages of Lijiang such as , the participation of local residents and on-going interactions between the residents and global tourists highly influence on a transition from place marketing to place branding. By applying local cultural heritages to place branding strategies, the regional values of Lijiang strengthen its place identity from a place of preserving a minority's heritage to that of flourishing cultural exchanges and hybridization from the world.

Carcinosarcoma is the group of neoplasms possessing both carcinomatous parenchyma and sarcomatous stroma. These tumors are relatively uncommon and may arise in variable organs. In this case, a 62-year-old male patient was admitted to our department due to left chest pain and general weakness of three months duration. The chest x-ray revealed egg-sized, relatively well defined lobulated soft tissue mass in left paracardiac area. Left lower lobectomy was performed under the preoperative impression of lung cancer. Pathologic examination of the resected lung revealed carcinosarcoma without regional lymph node metastasis. Patient is doing well at present without any chemotherapy.

A change of social environment based on digital information technology has decreased the disparity of regional cultures by exchanging & consuming contemporary information & culture freely. After 1995, when local autonomous entity system was established, the local autonomous bodies competed with one another in developing the regional society with its' own resources, human powers & cultures, independently of the central government. In the competitive system, a local government is getting itself distinguished from each other in the cultural & regional properties, and brands the region with its unique events, public relations(PR) & development strategies. The environment for advertisement has changed rapidly under the spontaneous system of regional brand and competition, which means the changes of creative standard in the field of advertisement. An in-depth advertising creativity with induced impression & trust is one of the most important aspects of the advertisement to become persuasive to the public effectively. This demand has had public advertisements changed rapidly and the change of regional system's advertisements has started already. This study focuses on analyzing the status of Local Government's commercials on TV, and presenting an effective method for improving it.

A 45-year-old male was admitted to Department of Thoracic Surgery, Korea University Hospital with the chief complaints of cough and high fever of two months duration. His chest roentgenogram revealed homogenous ill-defined increased density in right lower lung, and bronchogram showed the abrupt cut-off sign of the proximal portion of the right intermediate bronchus. Preoperative evaluation of this patient revealed no contraindication of the pulmonary surgery. So Radical Right pneumonectomy was performed under the preoperative impression of lung cancer. And post-operative course was uneventful. Pathologic examination of the resected lung revealed Carcinosarcoma without regional lymphnode metastasis.

The Periplus of the Erythraean Sea is a Roman period guide to trade and navigation in the Indian Ocean. Justly famous for offering a contemporary and descriptive account of early Indian Ocean trade, the work has been subject to and a point of departure for numerous studies. Its extensive influence on scholarship is, however, also problematic, as it reflects the limited information and cultural and personal bias of its unknown author. Arguably this might have led scholars to overemphasise so-called western or Roman participation in early Indian Ocean trade. Network analysis allows us to map, visualize and measure interconnectedness in the Periplus Maris Erythraei. Many of these connections are not explicitly mentioned in the text, but by connecting not only places with places, but also products with places that export and import them, we get a partly different impression of Indian Ocean trade from that conventionally gathered from the Periplus. It allows us to ask questions about the relationship between coastal cabotage and transoceanic shipping, to identify regional trading circuits, and unexpected centres of long-distance exchange.

The purpose of this study is to understand the character of concerned local area through using roadside space that is space for daily experience of citizen as target, extracting symbolic image reconsidering the historical and cultural character and clarifying the local identity on the basis of it. Through applying image of local symbolism and future-oriented roadside to street furniture, I tried to express local symbolism and through composing symbolic roadside of local that can be newly recognized as unique street, I tried to give a local symbolism and compose active roadside environment. Through providing basic material and actual design example, this paper tried to activate characterized local culture. As the method to approach design of symbolic roadside, the researcher divided local symbolic image into present local image and future-oriented image through selecting the roadside that historical element is lost and urbanization is achieved as target. The researcher characterized local roadside, using street furniture as symbolic tool of future-oriented roadside on the basis of symbolic image extracted from image evaluation testing. This paper has the meaning to suggest one direction for extracting symbolism when organizing distinguished roadside through applying symbolic image to roadside environmental facility, helping for of local resident's sense of place, his self-esteem and love for his hometown and public authority's establishing and promoting the policy concerned to the context of this paper.

A case of pneumocytoma(so-called sclerosing hemangioma) with regional Iymph node metastasis is reported. A round lesion in the right hilar region was incidentally found in a 29-year-old man. He underwent right upper lobectomy and Iymph nodes dissection with preoperative impression of bronchogenic adenocarcinoma. The tumor was well circumscribed with characteristic histological feature of sclerosing hemangioma. Several Iymph nodes contained metastatic deposits of proliferating pale cells with formation of glandular spaces. A Ithough pneu ocytoma is said to be benign, quite rare cases apparently show metastatic potential.

Luis Barragan's Architecture has creative feature that Mexican environment and traditional culture were complete by color. Thus the color of his work makes our emotions rich and colorful. He said "My architecture is autobiographical..." at speech in Pritz price. As we can see in his architectural philosophy that sentimental architecture is important than theorical system, his works are impression of empirical factor with intuition. "Color is a complement to the architecture. It serve to enlarge or reduce a space. It's also useful for adding that touch of magic a place needs", stated Barragan. During his process of shaping space, Barragan drew on color in the same way as an architectural component, according it a spatial funtion and expressive vale. he allied it with light, deeming it a crucial vehical for conveying the emotive attributes a site. The capacity of color to express sensitivity and sensuality within an architecture space is liked to its psycho-physiological qualities. In this kind of view, color featyre in Barragan's work is one of the most important tools to realize sentimental architecture, not only is result of the Mexican regional color. As a result, make focus on analyzing various meaning of the color in Barragan's architecture like poetic and habitable structure.

A changed image that they feel through makeup manipulates impression by linking with cultural standards and will be able to direct a variety of makeup images. Makeup in modern society has been expanding into the area of prevention of diseases and health of skin due to the development of cosmetics and has beautifully changed a face into a someone else's face due to the development of makeup technique. Also, assuming that motivation of makeup act of men and women is related to sexual instincts, I tried to analyze what kind of association the gender roles and the function of makeup required by the society has with age and regional and social background. In particular, I tried to explain that makeup act of men not only represents cognitive change of gender roles that have been perceived differently in modern society but has been adopted by men for the pure purpose in a socially equitable competition.

Objectives: Executive dysfunction including working memory deficit has been suggested to be one of the major neuropsychological etiologies of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The purpose of this study was to investigate the augmentative effects of Cogmed working memory training on the symptoms and neurocognitive functions in medicated children and adolescents with ADHD. Methods: Twenty-five children with ADHD, aged 7 to 19 years, taking ADHD medication participated in this study. The participants were trained for 5 weeks with a commercially available and computerized working memory program ($Cogmed^{(R)}$) without any changes to their medication. The Korean version of the ADHD Rating Scale, Clinical Global Impression Scale, and Comprehensive Attention Test were administered before training and 4 weeks and 7 months after training, respectively. Results: After completing the training, the clinical symptoms and function, rated by the parents and clinician, were improved. In addition, the level of commission errors was significantly reduced in the selective attention (visual/auditory) task, sustained attention to response task, and flanker task. The untrained visuospatial short-term memory and working memory were also improved. These effects were still observed 7 months after the training. Conclusion: Cogmed working memory training can be a promising training option for the additional improvement of the symptoms and deficits in working memory and response inhibition in medicated children with ADHD.
