본 연구는 미시적 관점에서 해상부분에 대한 부산항 컨테이너화물 처리에 따른 부산지역 경제기여도를 분석할 수 있는 업종별 원단위(TEU당 발생비용)를 산정하였다. 이를 위해 12개 업종의 매출액 및 거래실적 등을 파악하기 위하여 업체 인터넷 및 설문조사를 실시하였다. 컨테이너화물과 관련되는 해상부분 업종들에 대한 전체 TEU당 원단위는 238,230원/TEU으로 산정되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 컨테이너 처리 관련 해상부분의 업종별 TEU당 원단위는 새로운 지표로서 부산항의 컨테이너 화물 처리에 따른 부산 지역경제 기여도 분석에 활용할 수 있다.

Recently SW is the key industry which leads the HW industry and service industry, but market size of SW is only 0.9% of GDP. It is necessary systematic and strategic support to create new SW market through SW convergence and to secure the global competitiveness. This paper deals with some strategic suggestions for progress of SW industry in company with regional economy. We survey and analyze the many SW support projects by government and take professional advice from some specialists of regional information industry promotion agency. We draw 10 strategic suggestions for support of SW industry. Also we analyze the relative importance of 10 strategic suggestions by AHP analysis.

The purpose of this study is to establish the identity of Kangwon Land as an integrated resort and to suggest the future directions for sustainability. In addition, we will explore strategies for revitalizing the local economy and promoting local coexistence by diagnosing social awareness in order to coexist with the local economy. We examined the internal and external environment of Kangwon Land and investigated regional awareness and win-win strategies for Kangwon Land. Also, we analyzed various strategies and business activities that Kangwon Land is carrying out. In order for Kangwon Land to pursue sustainable growth as a global complex resort, it needs to establish (1) new trend management generating new demand that reflects global trends, (2) strategies to build regional tourism clusters, (3) a global network through global investment and partnership, (4) various CSR and regional cooperation strategies, and (5) CI(Corporate Image) improvement strategies.

This paper analyzes the comparative advantages and development prospects of the China (Anhui) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Based on a SWOT analysis method, this study finds that the Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone has a set of comparative advantages, including location advantage, rich resources, industrial transformation and new industries, technological innovation capabilities, new patterns for development, and policy support. In recent years, by leveraging its key resources, Anhui Province has been committed to developing an open economy. Furthermore, its economic vitality has increased significantly under preferential policies such as the Belt and Road Initiative, the China-Europe International Freight Shuttle, and the Yangtze River Economic Belt Development Plan. As a result, the total foreign trade has continued to grow. The findings of this study highlight that the comparative advantages are of great significance to the development of the Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone, which helped expand the scope and openness of the regional economy and foreign investment. However, to achieve the development objectives of the Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone as planned, these comparative advantages must be developed and converted into a set of sustainable competitive advantages for the regional economy. Therefore, a few development suggestions are put forward.

우리나라 중소기업 CEO의 연령은 평균 58.8세로 기업승계 지원과 관련된 논의가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 기업승계가 국가경제 및 지역경제활성화 정도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 자료의 신뢰성 확보를 위해 중소기업 통계 DB가 가장 많이 구축되어있는 중소기업지원사업통합관리시스템과 한국기업데이터 DB를 활용하였는데, 이 부분이 기존 연구와의 가장 차별화된 부분이다. 업력별 경영성과를 보면, 장수기업이 신생기업보다 매출액은 2배 이상, 종업원 수는 3배, 자산은 2배, 영업이익은 2배 이상의 높은 성과를 보여주고 있어 국가경제 전반에 미치는 기여도가 상당함을 알 수 있다. 2008년부터 2020년까지 중소기업을 대상으로 SAS의 Stepwise 옵션을 활용하여 매출액과 종업원 수, 영업이익 등 변수 간 회귀분석을 통해 분석한 결과 비수도권이 수도권보다 종업원 수, 자산, 차입금, 임차료 등에서 좋은 성과를 보여주고 있다. 이는 장수기업이 지역경제활성화에 크게 기여있다는 정책적 함의도 나타나 장수기업의 기업승계 지원정책 마련이 필요하다.

본 연구는 박근혜 정부의 국정운영 패러다임인 '창조경제'의 측면에서 대구와 경북지역의 지방과학기술정책의 문제점과 개선방안을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 창조경제의 패러다임은 연구개발활동에서 지역의 경제 산업적 여건에 기초하여 관련 주체들과 환경 간의 상호작용이 활발하게 이루어지는 생태계 구축이 필요하고, 그런 결과가 일자리 창출 등 경제 사회적 효과로 연결되어야 함을 요구하고 있어 기업과 다른 기관들이 상호적 학습에 체계적으로 관계되는 것을 의미하는 지역혁신체제의 구축과 깊은 관련이 있다. 하지만, 대구경북 과학기술정책의 현실은 지역혁신체제의 조건을 형성하는 데 있어 상당한 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 지나친 중앙정부 사업 유치로 지방수요 반영의 어려움, 미래 기초연구역량 강화와 관련된 사업의 높은 비중, 평가 및 조정 등과 관련된 사업 부족, 기업지원기관의 경험과 운영경비 부족 등의 문제점으로 인해 많은 예산을 투자한다고 하더라도 지역혁신체제 구축에서의 정책의 역할은 높지 않을 수 있다. 따라서 자체사업의 확대를 통한 지역혁신체제의 자주성 강화, 시스템적 사고로의 전환을 통한 조정 및 연계기능 강화, 혁신체제 구축을 위한 소프트한 사업의 확대, 기업지원기관 및 연구 지원기관의 안정성 강화 등의 노력이 필요하다.

이 논문은 경북 동해안 지역금융시장을 분석하고 있다. 분석결과에 따르면 신용협동기구는 지역의 영세기업의 금융제약을 완화하기 위해 충분한 노력을 기울이지 않고 있다. 많은 논의는 신용협동기구가 지역에 밀착된 경영을 통해 자신의 경쟁력을 강화하고 나아가 안정적인 성장을 도모해야 한다고 제안한다. 그러나 현재 그들은 차입자의 사적인 정보를 획득하기 위한 노력을 충분히 기울이고 있지 않은 채, 신용평점제도와 담보에 의존하여 자금을 운용하고 있다. 이 자체 그들의 취약한 경쟁력의 근저에 놓여있는 문제이다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 신용협동기구는 지역사회개발에 적극 참여해야 한다. 다른 한편 정부도 이들의 육성에 힘을 기울여야 한다. 이들의 기능이 활성화될 때 지역금융시장의 효율성이 제고되고 지역경제도 순조롭게 성장할 수 있을 것이다.

The informal economy is a large part of the urban economy. The informal economy accounts for about half of Pakistan's GDP. This research examined nine different areas of Rawalpindi's Central Business District's business sector (CBD). A survey of 404 respondents from 16 CBD marketplaces enables a comprehensive examination of who works in the informal and formal economic sectors, how much they earn, their goals, perception of their job, and their degree of similarity to the rest of the working population. Furthermore, the statistics illustrate the pro-cyclical connections between the informal economic sector and the formal economy. The Multinomial Logistic Regression (MLR) technique is used for the analysis. The MLR results indicated the informal economic sector holds positive relation with earning members in a family, business expertise, average business sale, and negative relation with education level, satisfaction with government tax policies, household expense, and average investment in the business. From a resilience standpoint, governance is considered an intentional collective action to preserve a stable system condition. Hence, the current study recommends tax reforms and government institution reorganization to mobilize the informal sector and make effective institutional governance.

This paper reviews the development of Uruguay Round of GATT talks and forecasts its effect on regional agriculture particularly concerning Chungnarn provincial agriculture. Since agriculture is composed of main industry for Chungnam economy, as imports of cheap agricultural products increase, domestic price of farm products will rapidly decrease so that it might discourage domestic production and have severe adverse consequences in regional farm economy. To cope with agricultural trade liberalization, directions which regional agriculture should pursue are suggested as follows; 1) to establish the integrated rural development strategy so as to improve living conditions in rural area equivalent to urban area, 2) to adjust the agricultural institute system facing diversification of farming type, 3) to encourage commercialized farmers in order to maintain adequate farm income, 4) to increase R&D investment on comparatively advanced technology compared with other regions, 5) to foster farmers' organization and to rear young farmers to protect family farms.

Ecomuseums come into close relationship with resident and community. Progress of heritage concept brings on the change of valuation standard in heritage, that life style of residents become most important element of cultural heritage. The change of display method has caused the generation of various experience programs in ecomuseum which are display and education based on participation of visitors and residents. Ecomuseums in Europe during progress have conceptual peculiarities by themes to keep the cultural identity and protect folk culture in regional community. 'Europe Ecomuseum Network' seriously affected by social change and development is new alternative to promote regional identity and cultural exchange among Europe countries. People participation with all residents is decisive factor to promote identity and attachment in native place, as well as collaboration with residents, experts, administrators and NGO is one factor for sustainable development and the realization of ecomuseum, activation of regional economy, and also is the root of efforts to protect and activate regional community.
