월성1호기의 경우 운전원이 중수증기 회수계통 현장 검사(Survey)에 약 3시간 정도를 소요하고 있으며, 자료의 분석과 수집을 위해 각 기기 제어반(Panel)에 기록계(Recorder)를 설치하여 기록된 기록지를 통해서 작업해야 만 한다. 이처럼 기존 설비의 경우 운전원은 많은 시간과 작업 부담을 갖고 운전하게 될 뿐만 아니라 다른 계통을 점검하는데 필요한 많은 시간을 얻기가 어려운 형편이다. 그러나 PLC SYSTEM 내의 한 부분인 공정감시제어를 위한 MMI(Man Machine Interface) SOFTWARE를 사용하여 조사할 경우 약 3분이면 중수증기회수 전 계통을 점검할 수 있고, 경향감시(Trend) 기능을 사용하면 기록계 설치 없이도 과거나 현재의 변화 추이 및 문제점 분석은 물론 계통 결함 발생시 발생되는 경보기능으로 운전원의 신속한 인지가 가능하게 된다.

In this study, thickness 40mm glulams were composed of thickness 5mm, 10mm Quercus laminas and Pinus koraiensis laminas to study on the effect of load variation on transition of neutral axis of laminated veneer lumber(LVL). The transition of neutral axis was examined by strain variation, which was checked by strain gauge. amplifier, recorder, and strain meter. The elasticity of glulam was estimated by E = $\Sigma(E_i\;I_ i)$/I and this estimated elasticity values were compared with the elasticity values of glulam in bending. The result obtained can be summarized as follows: 1. The location of neutral axis of glulam was effected by glulam composition methods 2. The neutral axis did not shift by load variation within proportional limit. 3. The estimated elasticity of glulam by E = $\Sigma(E_i\;I_ i)$/I showed much lower value than the elasticity of glulam in bending.

In this paper, we propose "SenseMessenger" as a novel interaction method to capture and play tactile sense to let users feel enhanced sense experience. To improve this, we reconstructed the process of making cocktail to be digitalized for reinforcing the quality of user's experience, and designed cup-shaped devices, Sense Messenger, which is consist of Sense-recorder, Sense-player, and Sense-table. And, using these devices with common users, we discussed future applications.

This paper deals with the development of RACOM(Radar Signal Detecting ＆ Processing Computer). RACOM is a radar display system specially designed for radar scan conversion, signal processing and PCI radar image display. RACOM contains two components； i )RSP(Radar Signal Processor) board which is a PCI based board for receiving video, trigger, heading & bearing signals from radar scanner ＆ tranceiver units and processing these signals to generate high resolution radar image, and ⅱ）Applications which perform ordinary radar display functions such as EBL, VRM and so on. Since RACOM is designed to meet a wide variety of specifications(type of output signal from tranceiver unit), to record radar images and to distribute those images in real time to everywhere in a networked environment, it can be applicable to AIS(Automatic Identification System) and VDR(Voyage Data Recorder).

송전선로에서 발생하는 고장의 대부분은 낙뢰에 의한 상-대지간 섬락이나 외물접촉, 혹은 애자련의 오손에 의한 절연파괴 등이 대부분이다. 그리고 대분의 고장은 큰 고장전류를 흘리게 되어 보호계전기가 동작하여 고장구간을 신속하게 분리하게 된다. 그러나, 본 고장사례는 매우 희귀한 고장 사례로서, 고저항 아크 지락에 의하여 발생하는 과도회복전압(TRV: Transient Recovery Voltage)이 애자련에 섬락을 일으킨 경우이다. 본 연구에서는 EMTP (Electro-Magnetic Transient Program)를 이용하여 고저항 지락시 아크의 단속에 의하여 과도회복전압이 발생할 가능성이 있음을 보였으며, 고장기록장치(Fault Recorder)에 나타난 파형 기록과의 유사성을 확인하였다. 또한, 고저항 지락에 의하여 직류분이 초기에 방전됨으로써 고장전류 파형에 직류분 오프셋이 나타나지 않게 됨을 밝혔다.

This paper describes the standard system for calibrating pulse generator of partial discharge(PD) and its uncertainty. The system is consisted of digital pulse generator, digital recorder and evaluation software. The uncertainty requirement of calibrator charge is less than $\pm$ (0.1pC + 0.03q) and that of pulse duration is less than $\pm$ 10 %. The system can generate various kind of calibration pulses such as single pulse, double pulses, oscillation pulse, long-duration pulse, random pulses and evaluate their uncertainty.

Accelerated degradation is concerned with models and data analyses for degradation of product performance over time at overstress and design conditions. Although there have been numerous studies with accelerated degradation theory in reliability, very few actually apply to parametric statistical analyses. This paper shows how to analyze degradation data, provides tests for how well the assumptions hold. Reel sensors, a sort of photointerrupters in home VCR, hive been tested, and least-square analyses are used to illustrate our approach. Tests for linearity of the performance-time relationship, dependence of the lognormal distribution, and the standard deviation on time are performed. The mean life of tested sensors is assessed at about 414,000 hours, and the Arrhenius activation energy of this reaction is concluded to be 0.39 eV as results.

Pass-by noises of various trains were recorded by binaural recorder. The measured noises were evaluated using a sound pressure level and psychoacoustic metrics objectively. To analyze a binaural effect on annoyance that can be caused by train noise, auditory experiments were performed. Through the experiments, the annoyance differences between monaural and binaural train noises, the annoyance differences due to measurement angle and the annoyance differences due to kinds of train and measurement distance were determined. A correlation analysis was conducted to determine which index can affect the annoyance more strongly. As the result, a maximum rate of change of sharpness difference between left and right channels was proposed to predict the annoyance.

This paper examines a significant example of accumulation of technology in post war Japan - the development process of the videocasstte recorder (VCR) for home use, and the dynamic evolution process of the mass market. The purpose of analyzing the Japanese home VCR industry is to clarify how and why only the Japanese makers had succeeded in developing home VCR and dominated. the global mass market and to make clear the dynamic process of industrial evolution. This study found out the following facts; 1) Japanese inter-firm interactions in the VCR have been carried out by the structure of "the competition and cooperation among the engaged players" form the initial stage, to growing, and maturing stage. 2) The process of competition and cooperation produced the revolutionary innovation through a continuous systematic development process in the R&D phase. 3) The process of competition and cooperation accelerated the speed of technological progress and the rapid growth of the industry in the growing and maturing stage.

The purpose of this study is leading to reduce the setup time and cost of the ground telemetry system for FA-50 program. And using the accumulated experience during T-50 and TA-50 development period, remove the risk of development and construct the optimal ground telemetry system for FA-50. For this study, collect the ground telemetry data of the T-50/TA-50, analyze the data and problems and then suggest the optimal telemetry ground system for FA-50.
