IT 기술의 급속한 발전과 보급에 힘입어 미래의 의료형태인 IT 융합 헬스케어 서비스 기술은 많은 변화가 이루어지고 있다. 특히, IT 기술이 헬스케어와 융합되면서 사용자의 민감한 의료정보가 유출되고 사용자 프라이버시가 침해되는 문제가 발생되면서 그에 따른 대비책이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 유헬스케어 환경에서 사용자의 프라이버시를 보호하기 위해서 환자의 ID 정보를 사용자 상태 및 접근 레벨에 따라 통합/분할 관리할 수 있는 유헬스케어 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 모델은 실 환경에서 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 사용자 신분확인, 병원 권한확인, 진료기록 접근제어, 환자진단 등의 기능으로 구분한다. 또한, 사용자의 ID가 중앙의 서버에서 통합 관리되는 동시에 병원간 공유되는 사용자의 정보에 대한 프라이버시를 보호하기 위해서 사용자의 보안 레벨 및 권한에 따라 사용자의 ID를 병원에 분할 적용하여 제 3자에 의한 사용자의 프라이버시 침해 및 의료정보 유출을 예방한다.

의료 정보화는 정보기술 발전과 사회환경의 변화와 더불어 양질의 진료와 고객관리 및 경영효율화의 필요성으로 1990년부터 처방전달시스템(OCS)을 도입하면서부터 시작되었다. 의료계의 정보화는 빠른 속도로 발전하고 있으며, 원격진료 시스템 도입과 각종 U-Health Care 관련 제품 및 의료 서비스 등 유비쿼터스 환경으로 새로운 변화를 맞고 있다. 최근 의료계와 정부는 병원에 발생하는 모든 진료기록을 디지털화 하여 관리하는 전자의무기록(EMR)에 관심을 가지게 되었다. 특히 환자 진료데이터 기록은 계속적인 진료관리와 치료 내용을 기록한 것으로 매우 중요하며, 대형 의료기관을 중심으로 EMR시스템 도입이 늘고 있다. EMR시스템은 진료 중 발생한 환자의 진료정보를 전산화함으로써 고객서비스 향상, 대기시간 단축, 진료의 질 향상, 진료정보의 다양한 활용, 정확한 진료, 비용 절감, 진료부서 및 진료 지원부서 등의 업무효율화를 가져와 병원의 경쟁력을 확보하게 한다.

Xiaohongshu is called China's Instagram and is leading overseas product purchases and culture sharing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between Xiaohongshu service quality, emotional response perceived by users, and adhesion to confirm the impact on Xiaohongshu's adhesion at a time when non-face-to-face activities due to COVID-19 have increased. This study distributed and collected questionnaires from October 1st to October 7th, 2021, targeting 210 online shopping mall users. The research results were derived from a total of 206 questionnaires, excluding 4 questionnaires such as omission of record contents, and the causal relationship of the existing PAD model was attempted to be reported by revising and supplementing the existing PAD model. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that design among service quality had a positive effect only on ventilation during the user's emotional response. Second, it was confirmed that information among service quality had a positive effect on pleasure and ventilation among users' emotional responses. Third, it was found that security among service quality had a positive effect on pleasure among users' emotional responses. Finally, it was found that pleasure and ventilation had a positive effect on adhesion in the user's emotional response. Based on this result, it is expected that it will be used for operation on other online platforms than the plan for the development of Xiaohongshu.

In March 2000, gray mold was found on day lily (Hemerocallis fulva L.) in Korea. Among the symptoms observed was blight or early rot with chlorotic halo of the leaves. All the isolates obtained from the lesions of the diseased plant parts were identified as Botrytis elliptica, based on the morphological characteristics of conidia. Conidia that formed on conidiogenous cells were not in chains, hyaline to pale brown, unicellular, ellipsoidal to obovate with a single hilum at the base, entirely verruculose, and 21-31 x 12-$23\mu\textrm{m}$ in size. Pathogenicity of the fungus was established by artificial inoculation on day lily plants. This is the first record of gray mold on day lily caused by B. elliptica in Korea.

국내 원자력발전소 가압경수로 및 가압중수로에 대한 가동중검사 수행 동안 초음파 검사로 검출된 결함을 ASME 코드에서 기술한 center line beam 방법과 CSA 코드에서 기술한 6 dB drop 방법을 이용한 결함의 깊이 방향 크기 및 길이를 측정 비교 분석하므로서 두 방법을 정확히 이해하고 결함 평가에 대한 신뢰성 향상 및 원전의 건전성을 확보하고자 한다.

Bluetooth low energy (BLE) beacon is an actively push-to-broadcast electronic signal and can be used for object identification. This paper uses such beacon-based identification and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies for the elder health management service system to simplify the user interfaces and steps for preventive elder care. In the proposed system, an elder's family member, caregiver, or medical worker can conveniently and quickly record daily health management information. Besides, through the statistics and analysis of the data on the back end of the system, it is helpful for the elderly to refer to the data of daily care management and future management trends. Similarly, it is also an essential reference data for system maintenance and the new preventive health care services development.

EMR(전자의무기록)이란 일반적으로 진료정보를 서면이 아닌 데이터 저장장치에 저장하는 것을 말한다. 이러한 EMR은 서면작성 시 문제점이던 서류보관, 배열, 공간확보등의 문제를 해결할 수 있고, 고객에 대한 다량의 정보를 이용하여 맞춤형 진료를 가능하게 하여 병원측에는 관리비용의 감소 및 업무 효율성 증대를 가져온다. 또한 고객의 입장에서는 양질의 의료서비스를 제공받을 수 있다. 이러한 장점 때문에 1990년대 이후 각 병원 및 의원에서 EMR이 급속도로 도입되며 현재 활용되고 있다. 하지만, 현재 사용중인 건강검진 시스템의 경우 EMR과 별도로 건강검진에 사용되는 서식지를 서면으로 작성하여 보관하고 있다. 서면으로 보관하는 이유는 여러가지가 있을 수 있으나, 병원에서 사용중인 EMR은 진료기록만을, 건강검진 시스템은 건강검진과 관련된 로직만을 수행하는 각각의 단위프로그램(unit program)으로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 이유로 건강검진 시스템에서 서면보관이 불가피 하였던 것으로 판단되며 이를 해소하기 위해 건강검진시스템에 EMR 기능을 적용하여 보다 효율적인 건강검진 솔루션 운영이 가능하게 될 것으로 기대한다.

Objectives: This study is to identify the effects of utilizing a telemedicine service system on patients with hypertension at home in rural areas. Methods: The study was designed to be a retrospective case-control study. The subjects of this study were 152patients with hypertension who were managed by community health practitioner posts; using telemedicine service system group (n=76), usual care group (n=76). The data was collected through EMR (electric medical record) from September to December, 2013, and analyzed by descriptive statistics of $x^2$/t-test and ANCOVA. Results: The analysis showed that telemedicine service system was an effective way to deal with body weight (F=4.723, p=.031) and BMI (F=5.225, p=.024). Conclusions: This study provides evidence for utilizing the telemedicine service system based on information technology as intervention method in the hypertension management.

Since the proportion of elderly citizens is increasing every year, the social interest is increasing for the health and the safety of the elderly. The nursing home is continually being created to care for more elderly people. However, the quality of service is not enough due to the lack of elderly caregivers. Elderly care and management services are being studied to replace the shortage of caregivers. Existing research for the implementation of an automatic care system has a high initial system cost. Furthermore, it lacks the ability to store and manage large amounts of data. In this paper, we propose a system that manages a large amount of data continuously generated through CCTV and provides a streaming service with a high level of quality-of-service (QoS) to users with collected video. Through the proposed system, it is possible to record and manage the behavioral information of the elderly occurring in the nursing home together with the video. In addition, according to the user's request, it has built a service that streams the video and behavioral information according to the date and time in real-time.

건강의 질을 높이고 효율적인 건강전달체계를 마련하기 위해서, 전자건강기록시스템은 건강서비스를 제공하는 의료기관에서 중요하다. 그러나 국내 의료기관에서 현재 운용되는 시스템은 데이터 검색 및 처리를 위해서 분산 환경의 독립적인 소프트웨어 인터페이스를 사용하고 있다. 이로 인해, 새로운 시스템과의 연계시 각각의 인터페이스 모듈을 구입하거나 개발하는데 추가적인 비용 및 복잡성이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 가정간호서비스를 서비스지향아키텍처기반으로 구현 한 후 평가를 수행하였다. 서비스 시나리오를 근간으로 프로세스 모델링과 비즈니스 요구사항을 정의하였으며, 서비스 설계를 위해서 다섯 가지의 검증 항목을 기준으로 17개의 후보 서비스를 도출하였다. 최종 서비스 도출을 위해 서비스리트머스테스트(service litmus test) 기법을 사용하여 7개의 서비스를 선정하였다. SOA 기반의 정보시스템은 비즈니스 프로세스 개선으로 환자 대기시간을 단축하는 효과가 있었다. 결론적으로, 병원정보 시스템이 소비자의 다양한 요구사항에 유연하게 대응하기 위해서는 상호운용성, 재사용성, 유지보수 등이 탁월한 SOA 기술적용을 고려하여야 한다.
