This paper describes a article how to protect from illegal indiscriminate copy of digital broadcasting content using DRM and CCI. With the start of terrestrial / satellite digital broadcast and the preparation of Digital Cable broadcast, we can view HD digital contents through the various channel. Also we can record, play, redistribute digital contents in PVR. The protection of Digital Contents Right became of the important issue to protect CopyRight. In this paper, we implement a manager that prevents indiscriminate digital contents redistribution of the digital broadcast contents. For protection of Digital contents Right, we use BF(Broadcast Flag) and CCI (Copy Control Information) which we can control viewing or copy digital contents with.

This study presents a contents model designed for business records that require long-term preservation. The contents model is based on the PREMIS(Preservation Metadata: Implementation Strategies) data model and the ISAD(G)(General International Standard Archival Description). The study selected the record collection of "the records of the overseas petroleum business and oil field development of A company located in B country." This collection requires permanent preservations by the nation and even beyond. It was attempted to establish the concepts of intellectual objects in the PREMIS data model to apply the PREMIS data model to the business records specifically. In other words, the study established the principles for differentiation of the classes in the record contents and the hierarchy structure, and the hierarchy model was developed for business records contents to derive the business records model based on those principles.

This study presents how to vitalize the record management of the provinces by investigating the current issues and by identifying the universality and the distinctiveness of the record management in local agencies. However, it only deals with the system of the record management, focusing on the history of the provinces. Although the related projects conducted by the provinces of Korea consist of various types, including publishing the local history, creating the activities of local cultural institutes, and collecting and organizing the historical records, these have not been active in many regions with insignificant achievements. In this regard, local self-governing bodies need to actively fulfill the duty of the management not only for the administrative archives but also for the historical archives by aggressively interpreting the associated parts suggested by the Act on the Management of Public Archives. Ultimately, it is proper to integrate theses two functions. Moreover, an effective collection is the core part of the record management of history. Therefore, a 'committee' with experts should provide in-depth views from planning to post-processing stages. Meanwhile, a consensus on the importance and the necessity of the historical archive management between owners and concerned parties should be formed during the collection process. In conclusion, each local autonomous entity should make sure of the active record management of history through establishing their own mid to long-term development plans, securing experts in archive management, as well as providing the service for record contents.

As a result of reenforcement of livestock industry licensing and livestock related vehicle registration system, pig farm are mandatory for setting stop bar before pig farm entrance and maintaining the records of inlet and outlet to and from pig farm. Also, the first step to the pig farm biosecurity is the control of entrance human, vehicles, animals and the related records including entrance and sterilization. In this study, the pig farm entrance control system using RFID technology and web-server system was developed. For human entrance, contact type RFID reading system(13.56MHz) was developed. And the 900MHz RFID system was used to detect vehicle entrance. The test result shows that system actuating, recognition, saving records to the web server was successful. Then, the full system of human entrance recording unit, vehicle entrance recording unit, entrance control system, human sterilizing booth containing a tablet for inputting visitor's record and sterilization record was tested. The records were wrote to web server DB through the data management web-program. Performance test shows the entrance control and data management in server was successfully operated.

Compared to penetration of Electronic Medical Record(EMR) system, Healthcare Information Exchange(HIE) has been less active in South Korea. The aim of this study is to explore medical law newly legislated to introduce HIE through the nation. The important insights are that the medical institutions exchange the patient's healthcare information based on the consent of the patient, and it is expected to be set up and managed the medical record exchange support system by the government and a consignment organization. In addition, the certification program for standardization and interoperability on the EMR system would be conducted. Nevertheless, continued policy developments and researches for the promotion of HIE will be urgently needed such as the education for the vendors and developers, developments of the certification programs and the incentive payment programs and the public relations.

In ubiquitous geographic information environment, the users are provided with geographic information anywhere and any time on their needs by any types of devices and communication media. The unique location ID, ePosition, is a new technology to support UBGI environment, using a logical location ID instead of physical location of a point of interest. Domain names of plural ePosition servers, where location information with its ePosition is stored, needs to be registered in DNS for some service through Internet. For better ePosition service of the type of public service like email service, a set of DNS resource records can be newly defined. This paper suggests a new DNS resource record EPO for implementation of the ePosition service through Internet.

Recently, healthy life has become an issue in an aging society, and the number of people who have been interested in continuous health care for better life is increasing. In this paper, we implemented a personalized recommendation systm to provide convenient healthcare management for user. The PHR (Personal Health Record) of user could be stored in the server along with health related information such as lifestyle, disease, and physical condition. The users could be classified into similar clusters according to the PHR profile in order to provide healthcare contents to the users who had similar PHR profile. K-Means clustering was applied to generate clusters based on PHR profile and ACDT(Ant Colony Decision Tree) algorithm was used to provide personalised recommendation of health information stored in knowledge base. The app system developed in this paper is useful for users to perform healthcare themselves by providing information on serious diseases and lifestyle habits to be improved according to the clusters classified by PHR profile.

The purpose of this study were to examine the high school teachers' and parents' perceptions on the evaluation criteria and standard of the school record-focused selection system, and to provide basic data on the development of college admission systems in order to measure student competencies more fairly and accurately. To this end, 102 high school teachers and 68 parents with high school children nationwide were surveyed online. The online questionnaire was produced based on the student screening criteria of J university and consisted largely of the following three areas: 'document evaluation', 'interview evaluation', and 'demographic survey'. The results are as follows. First, both teachers and parents said that the school record-focused selection system is a college admission format that can contribute to the activation of the 2015 revised curriculum. Second, both teachers and parents responded that personality, aptitude and potential are all important factors in document evaluation and interview evaluation. Third, school record-focused selection systems should continue to be maintained in order to promote the 2015 revised curriculum, but securing fairness in the admission process should precede that. Based on the results of the study, suggestions were made in order to improve the college admission system.

This study sought to measure the influence of HIMs' work environment changes on job stress, and to explore measures for improving job satisfaction among them. A total of 275 hospital HIMs' were surveyed using a structured questionnaire. Significant job stress impact variables were sorted out using a simple linear regression analysis. Then, through multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity was tested. Significant impact factors were identified from among the control variables, and job stress impact was measured. The survey revealed that in public hospitals where the EMR system has been implemented for a longer period, depression scores in HIMs' were increased. HIMs' job stress level was found to be affected by the following factors: computerization of their working environment, experience of depression, unemployment, and manpower reduction, as well as, their lifestyles, including leisure activities. The results of this study suggest that HIMs' job stress can be reduced through work environment improvement and improvement of their personal lifestyle habits.

A Serials Union Catalog is an essential Bibliographic Control tool for integrated and shared the serials information which is scattered to the domestic libraries. It provides reliable informations about serials to user through creating optimized catalogs and holding informations. It is important of the consistency of the bibliographic record and the record's duplication ratio is an important criterion about Database Quality Assessment. This paper checks bibliographic data elements and proposes the duplicate detection process to improve union catalog quality for minimizing duplicate detection.
