  • This study as a demand of reconstruction allows the longevity of the multi complex, analyze the problems and solutions for a long term maintenance planning scheme, and how to save contingency fund to utilize. The major role of the multi complex housing market reflects Positively on our valuable society, provides a better life of environment on top of longevity and for the superior living duality. For a achievement and improvement existing long term maintenance Plan and contingency fund system should be considered as follows. First, shall be expanded more units of house as smaller group. Second, advice from expert shall be reconsidered, eliminated, and protected reorganizing an informal reconstruction planning comparatively legal procedure must be renegotiated and pursued. Third, the fund which saved for the contingency has to clarified as tax free item by government. It's not only mistreated as a limitation of personal asset but also treated as national source Despite of rather compulsive and constructive method must be noticed by whoever owns for, more positive follows, promotion and directing must be able to guide its understanding and adherence of importance and inevitability.

  • Caustic bums of the upper aerodigestive tract continue to be a significant clinical problem. Wide -field pharyngoesophagectomy is commonly performed as treatment for malignancies of the hypopharynx. A total laryngectomy is often necessary at the time of this procedure because of the anatomical proximity of the cancer or because of the likely compromise of swallowing postoperatively. When preservation of the larynx is attempted, aspirations after surgery frequently require a second-stage laryngectomy. And various flaps are using for reconstruction of esophageal defect. The choice of reconstruction is depended to the patient's status. A 54-year-old women whose symptom was severe dysphagia and X-ray revealed laryngopharyngeal stricuture. She had attempted suicide by swallowing lye liquids 32 years ago. She has entire laryngopharyngeal and esophageal stricutures. Total laryngectomy was performed and reconstruction of theesophagus was carried out with unusual reversed-gastric tube formation. Hence, we report this case with the review of literaturefor proper management in the future.

Treatment of Severe Blepharoptosis after Blow Out Fracture (안와 파열골절 후 발생한 중증 안검하수의 치료)

  • Purpose: Blepharoptosis can result from either congenital or acquired causes. Blow out fracture or facial bone fracture including blow out fracture can be one of the causes. Authors experienced 3 cases of severe blepharoptosis after blow out fracture treated only with observation after reduction of associated fracture. Methods: Reconstruction of orbital wall was conducted on all cases diagnosed as blow out fracture using 3 dimensional computed tomography, and conservative treatment was done on accompanying severe blepharoptosis. Results: At the time of injury, all cases showed severe blepharoptosis requiring frontalis muscle transfer for correction. But blepharoptosis was recovered in an average of 18 weeks without any surgical procedure except reconstruction of orbital wall. Conclusion: Once Blepharoptosis occurred after blow out fracture, thorough evaluation must be done at first. If definitive cause of blepahroptisis cannot be found as authors' cases, injury of oculomotor nerve may result in blepharoptosis. So, as for blepharoptosis after blow out fracture, conservative treatment following reconstruction of fractured orbital wall can be one of good management.

  • This study is on the trend of real estate market using text mining and big data. The data were collected through internet news posted on Naver from August 2016 to August 2017. As a result of TF-IDF analysis, the frequency was high in the order of housing, sale, household, real estate market, and region. Many words related to policies such as loan, government, countermeasures, and regulations were extracted, and the region - related words appeared the most frequently in Seoul. The combination of the words related to the region showed that the frequencies of 'Seoul - Gangnam', 'Seoul - Metropolitan area', 'Gangnam - reconstruction' and 'Seoul - reconstruction' appeared frequently. It can be seen that the people's interest and expectation about the reconstruction of Gangnam area is high.

A Study on the Trade Law Conformity of Korean Shipping Policies (우리나라 주요 해운정책의 통상법적 합치성 분석 연구)

  • This study conducted a conformity review of Korean shipping industry policy and suggested that the Korean five-year shipping reconstruction policy has not violated the WTO (World Trade Organization) trade law agreement yet. In order to investigate the latest Korean shipping policy, domestic and foreign reports were reviewed, and after that, the WTO's published data and domestic and foreign journals were analyzed. Through this process, this study tried to review the conformity of trade laws by major Korean shipping policies. The shipping industry is a representative service industry, and subsidies for this are not subject to WTO-level regulation in principle. The purpose of Korean shipping industry policy is to support the shipping industry, a type of service industry, and even if the ship-building and manufacturing industries (shipper) indirectly spread benefits in the process, this is unintentional or private-level support. That is, this study concluded that It is understood that Korea's five-year shipping reconstruction policy does not violate the WTO trade law agreement.

Image reconstruction algorithm for momentum dependent muon scattering tomography

  • Nondestructive radiography using cosmic ray muons has been used for decades to monitor nuclear reactor and spent nuclear fuel storage. Because nuclear fuel assemblies are highly dense and large, typical radiation probes such as x-rays cannot penetrate these target imaging objects. Although cosmic ray muons are highly penetrative for nuclear fuels as a result of their relatively high energy, the wide application of muon tomography is limited because of naturally low cosmic ray muon flux. This work presents a new image reconstruction algorithm to maximize the utility of cosmic ray muon in tomography applications. Muon momentum information is used to improve imaging resolution, as well as muon scattering angle. In this work, a new convolution was introduced known as M-value, which is a mathematical integration of two measured quantities: scattering angle and momentum. It captures the objects' quantity and density in a way that is easy to use with image reconstruction algorithms. The results demonstrate how to reconstruct images when muon momentum measurements are included in a typical muon scattering tomography algorithm. Using M-value improves muon tomography image resolution by replacing the scattering angle value without increasing computation costs. This new algorithm is projected to be a standard nondestructive radiography technique for spent nuclear fuel and nuclear material management.

  • The efficient materials management in construction field is a very important work required for designing and demolishing building. As the waste amount caused by the building demolition is increased, the concern related to the treatment method, recyclability, and effect on the environment have been gradually increased. In general, the conventional databases for the construction materials management does not consider the reuse of the construction materials on steps for the building demolition and reconstruction, but they only consider managing the type and input amount of them. In this paper, we propose the database system for efficiently managing the various construction materials informations including the location and condition of each construction materials for the efficient reuse of them on the building demolition and reconstruction. The considered informations are obtained the RFID(: Radio Frequency IDentification) system with on-board the location estimation module. Using the reuse management of construction materials, based on the proposed database, we expect the reduction of the construction cost and time.

Management of maxillofacial injuries in bear mauling cases: a review of 20 cases

  • Objectives: As the craniofacial and neck regions are prime areas of injury in bear attacks, the careful management of soft and hard tissue injuries and selection of reconstructive options is of the utmost importance. This study will review the incidence and patterns of bear mauling in eastern India reported to our department and the various modalities used for their treatment over a period of 7 years. It also documents the risks of infection in bear mauling cases and the complications that have occurred. Materials and Methods: Twenty cases were treated over the study period. Cases were evaluated for soft and hard tissue injuries including tissue loss and corresponding management in the craniofacial region. Cases were also evaluated for other associated injuries, organ damage and related complications. Results: Various modalities of treatment were used for the management of victims, ranging from simple primary repairs to free tissue transfers. Simple primary repairs were done in 75% of cases, while the management of the injured victims required reconstruction by local, regional or distant flaps in 25%. Free tissue transfers were performed in 15% of cases, and no cases of wound infection were detected in the course of treatment. Conclusion: Knowledge of various reconstructive techniques is essential for managing maxillofacial injuries in bear mauling cases. Modern reconstructive procedures like free tissue transfer are reliable options for reconstruction with minimal co-morbidity and dramatic improvement in treatment outcomes.

  • The number of apartments has been increased, and it is time to activate the remodeling or reconstruction. Recently remodeling has been preferred to reconstruction, because reconstruction might cause many problems. At this point of time, remodeling could save resources, preserve environment, and expand the construction market places. However, most research for remodeling is aimed to improve the financial value, and structural effects being caused by floor plan modification has not been done yet quantitatively. Remodeling naturally brings to floor plan modification, and it can cause serious problems of structural side. So we made apartments an object of study, then analyzed stress variation of structural elements according to the removal of shear wall, supposing the floor plan modification. For this purpose, we selected a sample of universal apartment floor plan and extracted floor plan modification factors. Then we applied the factors to sample floor plan and organized the results of stress variation of structural elements. As results, walls are most harmful when the independent walls are removed, and in case of slabs, it is most critical when continuous walls are removed.

  • In the process of industrialization of our country in 1970's, Korea's housing strategy has focused on housing supply. Rapid completion and supply of apartment house buildings have caused a problem of their early deterioration due to their poor quality. In 1987 Housing Construction Promotion Act, therefore, included new regulations on housing re-construction. In July 2001, other new regulations on remodeling apartment buildings were also included in the Act. Reconstruction and remodeling have been considered to deal with such problems. This study suggests an appraisal criteria if they can select reconstruction or remodeling method in conducting their apartment building project. At first, evaluation items should be selected by the criteria of function31ity and economical efficiency. Second, the selected item is screened by AHP and multi-criteria decision-making methods. The result of study shows that the owners of apartment units will be able to select reasonable alternatives through the suggested appraisal method
