In spite of the bad conditions of fashion companies: the number of licit wear consumers in Korea are increasing because knit wear gives a body with an comfort action. Domestic knit wear industry, however, doesn't have any standard fur satisfying consumers'needs and for quality estimation on that. So we examined the knit wearers'conception of the quality to broaden the knowledge of knit wear and produce better products. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors of wearer's perception. This study carried out through a qualitative approach. The subject of this study were 17 single women who were 20's and living in Seoul and Kyoungki province. The item of this questionary was as follow: 1) what they know about knit wear and how much they are satisfied with that 2) what the wearers think the problems of knit wear are 3) how knitted wear industry can satisfy consumers's needs and take into account consumer feedback in product development The results of this study were summarized as follows. 1. The wearers had no knowledge about materials, sewing methods, patterns, knitting methods, and gage. 2 The wearers didn't recognize the differences between the products by famous brand and obscure conventional market. For that reason, the high price knit wear wont satisfy wearer. 3. The wearers didn't prefer the revealing their body shapes. 4. Laundering was the big problem which was they chosen the knit wear. They take it for granted that the knit wear needs dry-cleaning or hand-washing. Knit wear industry tries to make it easy laundering by development knit material.
The purpose of this study is to recognize of the size conditions of ready to wear skirts and analyze the patterns of them so that some educational patterns can be complemented. For this purpose, the investigation of the size conditions was focused on the body sizes and products sizes of the care labels. The patterns of them produced through CAD have been classified into 24 items for the effective and practical analysis. Thus, 9 brands were selected and the basic skirts marketed in 2002 spring were analyzed. The results were as follows. 1. Designs of the backs of the basic skirts produced by 9 brands have the similar designs with two darts. Regarding the designs of the front, 6 brands of them have the designs with no darts, 3 of them have the one with two darts. Designs of waists are composed of low waists and round belts. 2. Regarding the waist circumference as the basic composing elements of skirts, 55.6% of the patterns have the composition of the styles with larger front than the back but 33.3% of them have the same front as back. As to the hips, 77.8% of them have the composition of the patterns with larger back than the front. As for the comparison of waist lines, 55.6% of them have lower front lines than the back lines. 3. Regarding darts placement, it was moved to the side lines from the middle of 1/2 of waist lines, dart intake was 1.8-2.4㎝, the length of the front darts was 7.8-9.5㎝, and the length of the back darts 8.4-11.1㎝ 4. The results of wearing-tests by the sensory evaluation, it showed that almost all the items of the results were satisfactory.

Recently, studies are being conducted to recognize a sketch image of a GUI (Graphical User Interface) based on a deep learning and to make it into a code implemented in an application. UI / UX designers can communicate with developers through storyboards when developing mobile applications. However, UI / UX designers can create different widgets for ambiguous widgets. In this paper, we propose an automatic UI detection method using symbol markers to improve the accuracy of DNN (Deep Neural Network) based UI identification. In order to evaluate the performance with or without the symbol markers, their accuracy is compared. In order to improve the accuracy according to of the symbol marker, the results are analyzed when the shape is a circle or a parenthesis. The use of symbol markers will reduce feedback between developer and designer, time and cost, and reduce sketch image UI false positives and improve accuracy.
In that the Buddhism is the religion founded by Buddha, the settlement of Buddha's existence is very important in the temple building arrangement which symbolizes the Buddha's world. What symbolizes the Buddha in the temple are the pagoda and the Buddhist image. Among them, the Buddhist image is directly connected with the Golden Hall. This kind of double structure is settled as a typical pattern for the arrangement of buildings such as halls and pagodas. The earlier one between the pagoda and Buddhist image is the pagoda, of course. It can be inferred that, through the gradual expansion of the Buddhist images, the gravity was transferred from the pagoda to the Golden Hall. But, if the Buddhist image can be connected with the Golden Hall in that it was the product reflecting the requests on the Buddha and his teaching, the internal origin of the Buddhist image should also go back to the early Buddhism. In fact, the gravest building in Venuvana - vihara or Jetavana - anaehapindasyarama was the Golden Hall, the Buddha's residence. And in the summit of Grdhrakuta or Jetavana - anaehapindasyarama where Buddha stayed long, there is the gandha - kuti the Buddha's place till now. It means that the symbolic request on the Buddha and his teaching had existed even before the Buddhist image and that this tendency could be connected with the generation of Buddhist image. This paper is to show that the hall / pagoda structure generalized in the building arrangement of later age was originated not just from the Buddhist image and the sarira pagoda but from the gandha - kuti and the hair pagoda, and therefore the two should coexist inevitably. It is an attempt to develop a little more in the ideological perspective the general theory that the pagoda and the Buddhist image were fused into one precinct of temple later in their respective origins. That is, it tries to recognize the relation of pagoda and hall not as the conflicting one but as the complementary one.
The Press related Energy including nuclear energy has social responsibility that it should pass the scientific factors to the right. It is essential to ensure the accuracy and fairness. The general public, such as press releases and information obtained through indirect communication affects social acceptance of nuclear power, which is used to determine the direction of energy policy, the most important factor to be taken into account. Recent rapid increase coverage of NPP lose in balance of nuclear power plants. In this study the qualitative interviews were performed with the workers who stand directly in obtaining information about nuclear related organizations. By E-mail and FGI the data were collected from the workers' perception about domestic nuclear news. They perceived the NPP news that the negative aspects of nuclear power plants were too much dealt in nuclear news coverage, and risk of NPP is only exaggerated and distorted, the lack of expertise knowledge on nuclear power and recognize that the cause was a lack of understanding. 'Nuclear mah' for the event were aware that should dig more thoroughly. The Journal of Digital Policy & Management.

Recently many researches concerning heart sound analysis are being processed with development of digital signal processing and electronic components. But there are few researches about recognition of heart sound, especially full cardiac cycled heart sound, In this paper, a new recognition methods about. full cardiac cycled heart sound was proposed. For the first, the database was built by principal components analysis on training heart sound set. This database is used to recognize new input of heart sound, Ilear sounds were classified into seven classes such as normal(NO) class, pre-systolic murmurr(PS) class, early systolic murmur(ES) class, late systolic murmurr(LS) class, early diastolic murmur(EI) class, late diastolic murmur(LD) class and continuous murmuru(CM) class. As a result, we could verify that our new method has better efficiencies for the recognition the characteristics of heart sound than any precedent research. The maximum recognition rates of the new method are 71% for NO, 80% for PS and ES, 78% for LS, 87% for ED, 60% for LD and 20% for CM. Although the present results aren't practically sufficient to use our new method in recognizing heart sound, the importance of this paper is for recognition of heart sound within full cardiac cycle. We can get a better result by building a more efficient database.

Inter-vehicle communication is one of the most important parts in Intelligent Vehicle System. Through this communication, drivers can recognize what is happening out of their sights, such as the freezing condition of the street, traffic accidents, and so on. Each car in IVS gives various services to the drivers after analyzing those received information from cars or a base station. If the message is, however, exchanged from car to car directly, the computation cost which is needed for all the car to authenticate the transmitted message between nearby cars is tremendously high. Therefore, one can naturally think that the message communication between cars is performed with the help of the base station to reduce the computation cost. In this case where the base station collects all the information transmitted from cars and broadcasts them nearby, there should be an efficient way both for the base station to authenticate the car message within its communication range and for the car to authenticate the information received from the base station. In this paper, we present a two-way authentication protocol using a hash chain to efficiently exchange GPS information between a car and a base station. This information can be used to provide a driver with the navigation which displays all the moving cars around him in real time. When a car goes into an area of a base station, the car authenticates itself to the base station using its private key of PKI, sends a commitment of a hash chain, then starts to send a message with the hash value for authentication. The message includes GPS information, driver's status and so on. The base station also authenticates itself to the nearby cars using its private key, transmits the commitment of the hash chain, and sends all the messages gathered from cars with authentication information.
In this paper I attempted to investigate the matters related with the clarification of the close relationship between writing system and pronunciation. On the way of pursuing the research on the subject I found the fact that the same topic has been the main academic target in Korea. There have been some remarks about English alphabets and pronunciation. Nevertheless, the relation between alphabet codes and pronunciation tokens wasn't considered as the main key to master the English pronunciation correctly and completely. As the main target of this paper I argue that it is necessary to comprehend the connection. Then, we can recognize the significant role of alphabetic structure for understanding the gist of pronunciation exercise. This paper is classified into four parts. Each part consists of the material to affirm the fact that writing system should be the inevitable equivalent of sound system, and vice versa. In the first section I show that the development of the way of pronouncing English words is closely related with the endeavors of the scholars. While performing the survey of the studies about the alphabetic structure of the age many scholars found that the spelling construction was recorded without any common denominator. Thus, they not only sought to stage the bedrock for the standard written form of words but also to associate the alphabet letters with phonetic features. Secondly I mention the negative aspect of the 'only spelling based English pronunciation education' for the educational goal of 'Phonics methodology.' In this part I suggest the essentiality of phonemic properties with the phonetic prospect: phonemic awareness. Thirdly I refer to the standardization of the spelling system of English. As the realm of application of the language is extended toward the various professional areas such as commercial, scientific, and cultural spheres, it is quite natural to assume that the usage of the language will be transformed according to the areas in the world. Fourthly I introduce the first English-Korean grammar book with the section of 'the introduction to English pronunciation.' At the chapter the author explained the sound features of English based on the regulation of 'Scientific Alphabet' of U.S.A. In the transcribing system all the symbols were postulated on the basis of the English alphabet form instead of the separate phonetic signs of IPA.
In computer vision, the goal of stereopsis is to determine the surface structure of real world form two or more perspective views of scene. It is similar to human visual system. We can avoid obstacles, recognize objects, and manipulate machine using three-dimensional information. Until recently, only gray-level images have been used as input to computation for depth determination, but the availability of color can further enhance the performance of computational stereopsis. There are many models to provide efficient color system. The simplest model, RGB model treats color as if it were composed of separate entities. Each color channel is processed individually by the same stereopsis module as used in the gray-level model. His Model decouples intensity component from color information. So it can deal with color properties without defect intensity information. Opponent color model is based on human visual system. In this model, the red-green-blue colors are combined into three opponent channels before further processing.

When it comes to clothing design, after the mid 20th century some internationally renowned designers began to recognize the pivotal role clothing materials play in attracting the hearts of customers. Accordingly, they started to take advantage of new clothing materials in the sector of clothing design. While the theme of fashionable clothing products shifts from style and color to clothing materials, fashion designers place the quality of materials at the center of clothing designs. Fashion designers also realize that good quality of materials should be used to boost the value of products as well as to satisfy the conditions of creativity, practicality and aesthetics. In particular, as the non-apparel industry in which clothing materials are the most important aspect between fashionable color, silhouette and details is enhancing their attention to develop various materials in order to meet the needs of customers, the fashion industry places a high premium on textile design which is the pinnacle of expressing emotion on clothing materials. In addition, the industry raises awareness of developing more sophisticated and differentiated materials. Our thesis covers the way how to apply $moir{\acute{e}}$ pattern to clothing design on the basis of research. In order to put that research into practical use, we produced textiles which effectively display $moir{\acute{e}}$ pattern. Before this process, we tried to ensure that radial grating created $moir{\acute{e}}$ pattern effects. To this end, the weaving process was applied, depending on whether light can penetrate textiles or not. Then, we manufactured test-products using $moir{\acute{e}}$ pattern.
