  • Purpose: The purpose is to provide basic information for establishing improvements on performance-based pay's evaluation method of health teachers. Methods: For subjects, 200 teachers at public elementary schools and 200 health teachers at public elementary schools in Gyeonggi-do were conveniently sampled, and then surveyed through a questionnaire. The questionnaire was to recognize recognition of teachers working under the teacher's performance-based pay system, which was quoted in the questionnaire of Choi ji-hye (2005) and Lee mi-gyeong (2008). Inquiry for the recognition of teachers on evaluation of health teacher's performance-based pay system and improvements on the performance-based pay's evaluation method of health teachers were used after consultation with five incumbent health teachers and a review with the thesis director. Results: The performance-based pay's evaluation method of health teachers has the same method with general teachers in schools, so it is not fair to evaluate the performance of health teachers. The ways to improve the performance-based pay evaluation method of health teachers is as follows: first, the approval on improving 'the number of class hours' which is a detailed item of a teacher's performance evaluation criterion to 'the number of health lesson hours per week and the number of students visiting the school infirmary per week'; second, improving 'life guidance' into 'counseling results of medically-treated students, parents of students and personal hygiene guidance'; third, improving 'a teacher in charge' into 'awarding of points by being recognized as a health teacher in charge of all students and considering the economic situation of the region,; forth, improving 'difficulty of position' into 'the number of health-teacher's annual promotion task items and the treatment number of issuing and receiving of official documents', and improving the 'task difficulty' into 'importance and urgency of emergency patient management, risk level and urgency of infectious diseases and avoiding work in charge' appeared to be more than 90% respectively. Conclusion: The performance-based pay system of teachers being carried out every year should be executed by preparing fair evaluation criteria suitable for task properties and the role of health teachers with different evaluation criteria compared to general teachers.

The study results, First, the user characteristics of information search influence flow. Second, in the relations between the user characteristics in the step of information search and perceived risk in alternative assessment, if recognition on gains is higher, perceived risk for time loss gets lower, and when the level of skills is higher, perceived risk gets higher, and it has been partly adopted that innovativeness does not influence risk perception. Third, in the relations between flow experience and purchasing intention, it has been found to be partially significant that remote presence and challenge do not influence purchasing intention but do influence excitement, attention concentration, and control and also do influence perceived risk and purchasing intention. • The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among the usefulness, ease of use, use intention, and learning utilization of smart learning devices recognized by college students. In order to achieve this, the following problems were addressed: first, how do college students' recognition of ease and usefulness of smart learning devices? second, how do college students' recognition of ease and learning utilization? third, what mediating effects od use of smart learning devices and learning utilization? As for the research method, a survey of 350 students who participated in smart learning was conducted to conduct a home review, confirmatory factor analysis, and bootsrapping for structural equation estimation and mediating analysis. As a result of the analysis on this, first, it was found that the usefulness and ease of smart learning devices recognized by college students had an effect on the intention of use. Second, it was found that the perception of the usefulness and ease of smart devices perceived by college students had an effect on the use of smart learning device learning. Third, it was found that the intention to use smart devices perceived by college students mediated the relationship between usefulness and learning utilization, and it was found that it mediated the relationship between ease and learning utilization. The implications are that instructors can recognize and utilize the intention of using smart learning devices properly by allowing college students to recognize the usefulness and ease of using smart learning devices in the classroom, thereby increasing the learning utilization of smart learning devices in class. In addition, efforts are needed to enable college students to recognize the usefulness of smart devices and to expand the use of learning.

  • In this study, 340 Korean women were surveyed to analyze the impact of the type of sunscreen and use status on the satisfaction of products and resale. Studies have shown that indoor activity is higher than outdoor activity, and both simple and complex sunscreen is often used to compensate for skin tone. Out of single sunscreen, sun cream was used and air cushion was used a lot. Although product usability and UV protection indices were important factors in purchasing, 30% experienced side effects while product satisfaction and willingness to repurchase were high. The recognition of safety, Effectiveness, convenience, usability, satisfaction, and repurchase were all higher than that of composite UV-blocking products, and among subcomponents of product usage recognition, the level of convenience, efficacy, usability, and safety affected satisfaction and repurchase in order. Consequently, the perception of simple UV protection products was higher when using products for UV protection, and its convenience had a significant impact on satisfaction and resale.

  • This study aims to consider the display method of the STA information that holds aesthetic cultural distinctiveness with the capability of immediate recognition of information in the relationship between the exposed time and the degree of cognition. As an consideration on the display method of information in an efficient way according as 'information attributes', the purpose of this study is to identify the visualization attributes of the STA information and to seek out display methods accordingly. Based on the information design and cognitive psychology, the cognitive features of the STA information have been identified and four visualization attributes of the STA information have been found based on the preceding studies on the information attributes in line with the relationship between exposure frequency and the level of awareness. In terms of information recognition, a metaphor, metonymy, use of indexical image and context, rhetoric, and Mnemonic have been proposed as major display methods for 'Understandable' and 'Conciseness', which are the major visualization attributes of the STA information while humor, parody, distinctiveness, friendliness, kitsch, formative beauty and newness have been suggested as the major display methods of 'Relevance' and 'Valuable', which are the major visualization attributes from the perspective of sensitive perception of information. Based on the results of this study, I'm planning to come up with display methods and to proceed with analyzing the relationship of the degree of cognition in association with context.

  • Farmers' perception on actual raising conditions and breeding improvement for Hanwoo were surveyed and analyzed in order to utilize such data as basic resources for further development of courses of Hanwoo improvement and instructions on raising techniques. The survey was held based on Hanwoo farmers in Gyeongbuk region and the results for the analysis were as follow. Candidate cattle for breeding was selected in consideration of 'appearance, body shape, and pedigree-registration' (39.0%) and 'artificial insemination' (38.6%) was the most frequently used breeding method for the breeding cattle. 'Body length' was revealed to be the most considered factor while purchasing fattening calves and the castration for the fattening calves were mostly performed when '6~7 months after the birth'. The farmers also responded that they 'try to comply with over 80% of items specified in program for production of high quality beef' in order to produce high quality beef. However, the farmers believed that '12 months after the birth' was the most economic market month. Although the results differed by each items surveyed, majority of those results showed statistically significant differences with significance level of 0.05 upon the surveyees' general characteristics and demographic factors including level of education, age, occupation, and family man power. Most surveyees responded 'around 30% of shipping heads' (22.1%) for the prevalence of beef graded better than 1++ grade when shipping, however, no significant differences in between general characteristics of surveyees were observed.

  • This study was aimed to understand the recognition of care robots which would enhance the medical quality of life under the 4th industrial revolution in the university students majoring in health and engineering who would lead the development of the future medical industry and to find out the differences of their digital literacy and empathic ability. This was a descriptive correlation study to analyze the recognition of university students on care robots, their digital literacy and empathic ability. Both students majoring in health and engineering recognized the needs of care robots, while their education experiences were not sufficient. Moreover, statistically fewer university students majoring in health heard about care robots than those in engineering, and their need of taking classes was lower, too. No statistically significant differences were found in digital literacy and empathic ability between the two majors, while significant difference was found in the relationship bundling capability out of behavioral empathy, a sub-domain of empathic ability. The study results are anticipated to suggest the future educational direction in the medical field according to the 4th industrial revolution and to be the fundamental data for understanding and preparation of the students depending on the majors.
