The recognition of Hallyu influenced the preference of cheese chicken ribs through SNS influence. SNS influence was found to be a mediator between Korean recognition and cheese chicken rib preference. In case of foreigners, they will recognize Korean Wave through various instruments. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to study various factors that affect the preference of Korean food and the preference of single menu, and to re - examine Korean food which can globalize Korean food.

  • Purpose : This study was conducted to provide basic data for the association's policy management and to improve the activity areas by investigating Gyeonggi-do physical therapists' recognition of the national responsibility for dementia. Methods : A total of 1,839 physical therapists participated in this survey, and the data from a total of 29 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 windows. Results : Among the physical therapists in Gyeonggi-do, 61.1 % had low awareness of the national responsibility for dementia, and the recognition of the center for dementia was also low. On the other hand, there was a remarkably high opinion that the physical therapist was a necessary workforce, and positive responses to dementia-related work and education participation were also high, 51.9 % and 68.5 %, respectively. Those with a high educational background, annual salary, clinical experience, or dementia-related institutions, such as nursing homes and physical therapy, had a high awareness of "dementia national responsibility", awareness of "center for dementia" and "participation in dementia-related work and education". On the other hand, "work participation" and "education participation" were found to be inversely related to age and clinical experience. Conclusion : Physical therapists based in Gyeonggi-do showed an awareness of dementia policy. This result will help the association's policy management and protect the physical therapist's rights and interests.

  • This study was conducted to derive the traffic accident risk index through the recognition of the elderly driver's driving pattern to reduce the traffic accident rate of elderly drivers and to reflect them in the renewal and return policy of driver's license accordingly. First, the traffic accident risk index is defined by analyzing the behavioral characteristics of older drivers to derive the major factors that lead to traffic accidents. Second, we present a method to measure the traffic accident risk index from the driving pattern of the elderly through the smart-phone, the camera and the distance sensor attached to the car. Finally, we derive three thresholds by computer simulation and determine the accident risk from the measured traffic accident risk index as four steps and suggest ways to ensure safe driving of older drivers. It is required to objectively assess the driving ability of an aged driver in accordance with the proposed method, and to induce the driver to reset the driver's license renewal cycle and voluntarily return the driver's license to minimize social costs due to increased traffic accidents.

  • Korea's energy sector was one of policy sectors that exhibited the classical bureaucratic governance of an administrative state. Under the regime, government monopolized the policy-making process and controled the market and the civil society. It not only provided energy goods and services directly through public enterprises but also dominated the market activities through public regulations. However, during 1993~2002, stringent reformation efforts were made to transform the governance regime from the past bureaucratic model to the market model, by way of privatization of public enterprises and deregulation. The ideology behind the reformation based on the shared recognition that the market and spontaneous order thereof is the better apparatus than the government and artificial order thereof in solving social problems mote efficiently. From the year of 2003, another round of reformation efforts have been promoted to introduce the participatory governance model, through institutionalization of channels for the wider participation of civil society into the energy policy-making process. This reformation efforts respond to; first, the increasing criticism from the civil society on the closedness of energy policy process and the higher probability of policy failures thereof, and second, the recognition that the self-organizing nature of an open policy process is the better mechanism for evolutionary problem-solving.

  • Despite the rapid growth of social care, understanding of care is segmental and caring is still marginalizing. The socialization of caring is actually a 'half-socialization' that is the result of injustice surrounding caring. Therefore, it is necessary to approach the problem of caring in terms of justice. In this paper, I discuss the limitations of social justice based on John Rawls 's social contract theory in the discussion of caring justice through feminists'writings on caring ethics. And then applying Nancy Fraser' s three scales of Justice-redistribution, recognition, and representation, the concept of caring justice has been newly constructed. The concept of caring is defined as a unified concept of caring including the aspect of the social rights of the care recipient as well as the labor rights of the care provider. Based on the analysis of care justice, we derive the ideal types of care policy and then evaluate the long-term care policy for the elderly, which is the central axis of Korean care policy. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is necessary to strengthen the labor rights of care providers especially for the socialization of care responsibilities and the proper allocation of social resources. Second, a service delivery system and care culture are needed to ensure the relational autonomy of care-receivers and care-givers for caring ethics and individualization of care. Third, the issue of care should be treated as the central agenda of politics in order to distribute care responsibility democratically and to distribute legitimate resources. This requires a paradigm shift from marginalization of care to mainstreaming of care. Ultimately, we should aim for a Caring Society.

  • The game industry has grown to represent the domestic cultural industry, but the socio-cultural status of the game is not as high as industrial growth. In the early 2000s, the problem of dysfunctional use of youth games became a social issue and the game culture policy was established for 15 years. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of policy on the prevention of dysfunction, The prevention of dysfunction of the game is somewhat effective, but the diffusion of positive function is insufficient and the improvement of recognition becomes more negative tendency. The effect is insufficient compared to the policy results. It is necessary to adjust the direction of game culture policy through consideration of securing basic data, post-management of policy, enhancement of cultural meaning, and universality of game culture.

  • E-Card Service for Child Nutrition Program is one of the main public policy services nowadays. In case of inconvenience during the use of the e-cards, it is recommended to cooperate with related organizations in order to promptly handle and provide guidance, and thoroughly manage child feeding service such as hygiene, nutrition and kindness etc. To do so, it is very important to provide food service that meets local actual conditions and children's needs in a cost effective manner for the underage who are worried about the poorly-fed by understanding the pattern of child feeding e-card service. Hence. this paper aims to investigate how child feeding e-card service efficiently provides meals according to the local situation and children's needs through big data analysis and to propose a method of identifying welfare conditions according to the purpose of service with actual application examples. The results suggest that, first of all, this study is able to judge appropriateness of public institution's policy in a timely and repetitive manner through non-standard data analysis such as Naver News and transaction data. Secondly, this paper proposes a multi-layered analysis framework, which performs online open data analysis to detect policy issues, visualizes retrieval and preprocessing of real data, and performs abnormal pattern recognition. These will be worthy of reference to other similar projects.
