The effects of scoparone, one of coumarin derivative on the hepatic bromobenzene metabolizing enzyme system was estimated in rats. Scoparone pretreatment revealed dose-dependently the recovery of decrease in epoxide hydrolase activity due to the bromobenzene(310 mg/kg, i.p.) treatment. And also scoparone and scopoletin (each 5mg/kg, p.o.) pretreatments showed two times increase in the $V_{max}$ values compared to those of bromobenzene-treated group which were calculated from tripartite reciprocal plots. The mode of protective effect of scoparone against bromobenzene induced toxicity is considered to be due to the induction of microsomal enzyme activity by scopoletin, the intermediate metabolite of scoparone. The changes in cytochrome P-450 activity, aminopyrine N-demethylation, aniline hydroxylation and glutathione S-transferation in scoparone-treated group were not significantly different from those of the control group.

The main purpose of the research is to examine impact of organizational justice and perceived organizational support on effectiveness of crime control in police organizations. This research employs a survey questionnaire to measure organizational justice, perceived organizational support, and effectiveness of crime control. The number of subject of the study is 285 police officers working in Daegu metropolitan city and some cities of Gyeongsangbuk-do province. The study employs regression analysis to analyze the effect of organizational justice and perceived organizational support on police performance. As the result of analysis, the effect of organizational justice on effectiveness of crime control is statistically significant at the level 0.01, perceived organizational support at the level 0.05. The key finding of this study is that in the performance-based management system, the reciprocal relationships between managers and individual officers with organizational justice and perceived organizational support play an important role in building a sustainable growth system in the police.

We applied methanesulfonic acid (MSA) as a green catalyst to produce levulinic acid (LA) from monomeric sugars. To optimize reaction factors and assess the effect of reciprocal interactions, a statistical experimental design was applied. Optimized result of 40.7% LA yield was obtained under the following conditions: 60 g/L galactose, 0.4 M MSA at $188^{\circ}C$ for 26.7 min. On the other hand, 66.1% LA yield was achieved under 60 g/L fructose and 0.4 M MSA at $188^{\circ}C$ for 36 min conditions. For the effect of combined severity factor on the LA yield from galactose, the LA yield showed a peaked pattern, which was linearly increased until a CSF 3.2 and then diminished with a high CSF. Moreover, it was closely fitted to a non-linear Gaussian peak pattern with a high regression value of 0.989. These results suggest that MSA and galactose, derived from marine red macro-algae, can potentially be applied for the conversion into platform chemicals.

This paper is an exploratory research to identify the structural model suitable for the fashion brand attitude effect process of VMD structural elements. Under the circumstances of severe competitiveness in price-conscious casual brand, we intended to find measurement model of VMD effect to establish plausible brand specific VMD strategy. Since VMD is regarded as one of marketing stimuli like advertising, we introduced Mackenzie, Lutz, and Belch(1986)＇s advertising effect measurement model for the analysis. For the study, VMD structural elements were composed of controllable visual factors from store environment at the aspect of marketing strategy. As a result, the reciprocal mediation hypothesis model shows the best fit for the VMD stimuli. That is, under the cognition of interaction between VMD attitude and brand attitude, strategy must be considered to strengthen the attitude relation between VMD and brand. The second fit model was the dual mediation model which was adopted from Petty and Cacioppo＇s ELM. According to this, when you make use of VMD strategy, it is needed to consider both of affective and cognitive factors of VMD.

To obtain the basic information for varietal improvement and cultural practice, source and sink relationship in the diallel grafting was analyzed among five sweet potato cultivars, Yulmi, Shinyulmi, Gunmi, Hongmi and Seonmi, whose source and sink capacities are different one another. General grafting effect(GGE), specific grafting effect(SGE) and reciprocal grafting effect(RGE) of top weight, tuberous root weight and total weight showed considerable differences. Grafting decreased total dry weight but its effect was different among grafting combinations. Growth and dry matter production of top were affected more by scion, while those of underground were influenced more by stock. Shinyulmi which has great potential source and sink capacities resulted the highest total dry weight, while Hongmi and Yulmi which have low potential source capacity resulted the lowest total dry weight.

This study is an empirical research in order to clarify whether or not the correlation between the satisfaction of users that is the performance measurement factor and the following three:(1) the attitude of users as an individual characteristic, (2) the supports of organization as an organizational characteristic, (3) the routine degree of jobs as an job characteristic, is the same as the previous study results. In addition, another empirical research was done to make clear how organizational supports and routine degree change the attitude and satisfaction of users. This study put a particular emphasis on the moderating effect because the study of this issue has not been done in any previous research. 38 corporations, whose computerization has already been made to some extent and who are listed on the stock exchange market as a leader group, was selected for research, given some hypotheses on the basis of theoretical studies. As results of this empirical study, first, the supports of organization and the routine degree of jobs changed the attitude of users, which was the same as the previous studies. Moreover, the supports of organization, the routine degree of jobs and the attitude of users had an influence on the satisfaction of users. Second, in respect of the correlation between the attitude of users and the satisfaction of users, the routine degree of jobs showed a moderating effect, but the organization supports did not show any moderating effect.

Effect of perilla oil on the fatty acid composition, ACAT and HMG-CoA reductase in the liver microsomes, or cholesterol and protein in serum of rabbit were examined. 1. The content of total protein in serum was almost same amount of both groups, but ${\alpha_1}-globulin$ and r-globuline were incresed or ${\beta}-globulin$ was decresed compared with control. 2. The content of high density lipoprotein incresed, and the content of low density lipoprotein decresed in lipoprotein. 3. Total cholesterol and triglyceride were decresed, and the content of phospholipid was incresed. 4. Perilla oil did not effect for changing blood glucose and $Na^+,\;K^+$ electrolytes. 5. Perilla oil did not effect for changing serum GOT and GPT in rabbit. 6. The activity of ACAT decresed and the activity of HMG-CoA reductase incresed. The activity of ACAT and HMG-CoA reductase in liver microsomes were reciprocal. 7. There were arachidonic acid 20:4, eicosapentaenoic acid 20:5, and docosahexaenoic acid 22:6 in the liver microsomes of rabbits. These highly polyunsaturated fatty acids were convented from linolenic acid 18:3 n-3.

The effect of mixture component makes a nelay time and a long total combustion period $\tau_{p\;max}$. The flame propagation delay $\tau_{df}$ was determined by the record of current ion. The pressure release delay $\tau_{dp}$ and $\tau_{p\;max}$ were determined by the indicated pressure diagram in constant volume of the combustion chamber. The results are as follows: 1) The ignition delay $\tau_t$ time takes the minimum value around $\Phi=1.15$. 2) $\tau_{df}$ and $\tau_t$ time increased according to the increases of the concentrated dilution gases, because the adiabatic flame temperature decreased due to the increases of the heat capacity. But dilution gases have little effect on flame nucleus formation delay 3) The relation between $\tau_t$ time and reciprocal laminar burning velocity is almost linear. 4) The increase of the propagation length is accompanied with increased ratio of the $\tau_{df},\;\tau_{dp},\;\tau_{t},\;\tau_{p\;max}$.

This study aims to examine the impact of customer experience and customer engagement on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in e-retailing in Indonesia. This study uses data from 512 respondents in six e-retailing namely; Bukalapak, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, Shopee and Zalora which are often used by students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Halu Oleo University of Indonesia. The structural model developed in this study was tested using Partial Least Squared (PLS). The results of the study found that there was a reciprocal relationship between customer experience and customer engagement. The results also found that customer experience and customer engagement have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In this study it was also found that customer experience has an indirect effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty through customer engagement, and customer engagement also has an indirect effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty through customer engagement. This study was focused on relationship between customer experience, customer engagement, satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, future research is expected to be able to test the determinant factors of customer experience and customer engagement.

Objectives: This study aims to examine factors affecting depression of adolescents by using the data of the 17th Korean Youth Health Risk Behavior Survey(2020). Methods: The total sample was 54,848 students who are in middle or high school. In this study, sociodemographic variables, health behavior variables, and stress were input to examine the effect on depression. The data was analyzed with χ²-test and hierarchical regression by SPSS statistic program. Results: The results showed that depression was related to sociodemographic factors, health behaviors, and stress factors. In the result of hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that not only stress but also other variables had an effect on depression, which had a statistically significant effect. Conclusions: It was found that there are various causes such as environmental aspects and health behaviors that surround adolescents' depression rather than a single factor such as stress. Also, stress and depression are reciprocal rather than causal. Adolescents should be subdivided into groups such as grade, gender, or academic performance to relieve stress and depression at the same time through specific interventions.
