전통된장의 품질개선에 관한 연구 (A Plan for Improving Quality of Traditional Soybean Paste)

  • This study is proceeded on the development of standard method for making soybean paste by Korean traditional method. Fermentation condition of Meju was 1) Pre-fermentation : 30 days in about 20$^{\circ}C$ room, 2) Main fermentation : 5 days in 30$^{\circ}C$ or upper temperature, 3) Post fermentation and drying : 30 days in well sunlightened room in January. Meju was soaked in 18% salt solution(Meju 7kg/salt solution 20L) for 35~40 days (from late February to early April) and after soaking Meju was filtered as unsoluble solute and crushed and put into traditional Korean receptacle(named 'Dok'). Crushed Meju was stored from early April to mid September and Meju was changed into soybean paste(Doen-jang). During fermentation amino acid nitrogen in Doen-jang was slightly increased in early period and decreased lately. It has been proved that by panel test soybean paste made by the method suggested in this study was more excellent than commercially fermented soybean paste. This study has presented the possibility of commercial production of soybean paste made by traditional method.

Characteristics of a Corona between a Wiring Clamp (Dead End Clamp) and a Porcelain Insulator Used in a 154kV Power Receptacle

  • The occurrence of a corona is that electrical discharge due to the heterogeneity that occurs when an electrical field is concentrated in an electrode due to a cusp formed on said electrode. Wire treatment at the end of a 154kV dead end clamp for end users accelerates the occurrence of corona, which in turn leads to power loss and noise. In this study, the characteristics of the corona which occurs between porcelain insulators and support clamps of overhead lines used in l54kV power receiving facilities for end users were investigated. The corona, which cannot be identified by one common method, was measured utilizing a UV image camera. A risk assessment for fire damage and its status was suggested. The stress distribution of the electrical field by length of bare wire was suggested by means of the finite element method (FEMLAB). As a result, it was found to affect a porcelain insulators. These results can be utilized for the enhancement of clamp installation and safety in power facilities.

  • Is not used by consistency transport at transport of freight nothing but is using Pallet only by pedestal when work palletized unit load or materials handling when keep simplicity receptacle which fill raw material or product in factory in our country. Therefore, pallet that is most important function of Pallet is not empled circulation to end consumer from manufacturing plant which is circulation process whole path being done and factory. It is real condition stopping only in extremely determinate part process use of warehouse back. Additionally, it is possible to figure out the flow of all the materials loaded on the RFID pallet; product, material, raw material immediately, so that epoch-making management is possible and it contributes to the reduction of logistics cost because there are little loss or outflow of pallet. The materials flow is getting speedy and inventory is decreasing in the logistics process, and also bad inventory and loss problems are prevented. As a result, not only logistics cost of company but also national logistics cost is decreased. Thus it contributes to the strength of national competitiveness.

표준 점수법을 응용한 주거환경 수준 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement of the Residence Environment Level by the Z-Score)

  • The residence environment is the basis and the receptacle of daily lives and activitives. It influences on the formation of mans personality as an artificial environment. This study aims to analyze the residence environment level of the some local cities by using the Z-score method and to propose a higher residence environment. The elements of measurement in this study are determined by the general methodology. The results are as followings: 1. The residence environment level of Yeosu and Mokpo is high, that of Andong and Kyeongsan is low in this study. The ratio of road paving is the most related element in the correlation analysis. 2. The ratio of sewage supply is low compared with the scale of the dwelling area. So the sanitation environment should be improved. 3. In this correlation analysis on the residence pattern, the ratio of a single detached house is more positive than that of a multi-family house. So the single detached house pattern will be desirable in the residence environment.

  • PVC insulated flexible cords are widely used as power cord sets in household electric appliances for low voltage. In this paper, we studied the thermal characteristics of power cord sets according to poor contacts between a receptacle and plug pins. In the results of experiments, poor contacts generated heat and ignited the combustibles. And the heat was transmitted to the plug body. While poor contacts were continuing, the electrical waveforms changed. Electrical accidents could be prevented by analyzing these waveforms.

A New Species of the Genus Coreomyce (Laboulbeniales Ascomycotina) Collected from the Island of Java, Indonesia

  • One new species of the genus Coreomyces was collected on Micronecta sedula from the island of Java; C. javanicus sp. nov. is very similar to and apparently closely related to C. corixae. This species is characterized by a receptacle that is bent towards one side with cell I, nearly rounded. The length of cell I is equal to that of cell II and the perithecia are longitudinal, elliptical or cylindrical. Thalli consistently occurred on the margin of the left elytron of the hosts.

발사체의 배꼽 플러그 분리 안정성 연구 (A Study on Separation Stability of The Umbilical Plug of A Store)

  • When a store is launched, the umbilical plug should be separated from the launcher without any physical interference and fragments. In order to satisfy these conditions, an umbilical plug and an umbilical separating device were designed. The plug is separated from the receptacle of the store while moving along inclined planes by the store thrust and the spring force connected from the launcher to the plug. As a result of the prototype test, the hanger on the store collided with the plug. Several tests were conducted after some actions were taken to prevent the collision. However, not only the same phenomenon was repeated, but also fragmentation occurred. In this study, the non-colliding conditions were analyzed through rigid and flexible multi-body dynamics analysis.

Report on the Unrecorded Helvella Genus Found in Taebaek City, South Korea

  • In July 2023, previously unrecorded fungi belonging to the genus Helvella were collected from the city of Taebaek, South Korea. These fungi are morphologically similar to Helvella crispa, but their differences include a wide, saddle-shaped apothecium and white hair on the receptacle surface. By analyzing DNA sequences combining the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and nuclear ribosomal large subunit (nrLSU) regions and comparing them with various related species of Helvella, the collected fungi were identified as H. orienticrispa.

흰쥐 감염 간흡충의 성장 및 발육에 대한 형태계측학적 관찰 (Image analytical observation on the growth and development of Clonorchis sinensis in rats)

  • 화상분석장치(IBAS 2000 Kontron, Germany)출 이용하여 충체의 체면적과 불규칙한 내부장기에 대한 발육정도를 측정함으로서 간흡충의 성장과정을 보다 정확히 알아보고자 하였다. 간흡충의 피낭유충을 200 g 내외의 Sprague-Dawley계 백서에 50마리씩 경구투여하여 감염시키고, 1일, 6 일, 9일, 12일, 15일, 21일, 30일 및 90일에 희생시켜 담도내의 충체을 부위별로 치수하였고, 피낭유충은 탈낭시킨 후 형태가 좋은 54마리를 수집하였다. 회수된 충체는 총 474마리로 평균회수율은 31.6%이었나 간흡충의 체장과 체곡은 겸염 후 30일까지 급격히 증가한 다음 감염 후 90일까지는 완만하게 증가하였으나, 체면적은 감염 후 30일 부터 90일 사이에도 성장속도가 감소하지 않는 약간 다른 증가양상을 보였다 또한 고환, 난소, 저정낭 등의 발육정도를 용이하게 측정할 수 있었는데. 이들 내부 장기는 자궁내 충란이 충만하게 되는 감염 21일 까지는 비교적 빠른 발육을 보였으나 이후에는 증가속도가 둔화되어 전형적인 S형 성장곡선을 보여 주었고 전고환과 후고환의 발육양상은 거의 유사하였다. 그러나 저정낭은 감염 15일 부터 21일 사이에 급격한 발육증가를 보였고, 이는 저정낭이 농축된 정액으로 충만되는 시기와 거의 일치하였다. 따리서 저정낭의 성장곡선은 간흡충의 성적지표로 이용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 화상분석장치를 이용함으로서 불규칙하여 측정하기 어려웠던 충제의 체면적 및 내부 장기의 성장정도를 알 수 있게 되어 간흡충의 발육 양상에 대하여 보다 다양하고 정확한 관찰이 가능하게 되었다.

소백산 초오속 초오아속(미나리아재비과) 식물의 잡종형성 (Hybridization in Aconitum subgenus Aconitum at Mt. Sobaek in Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 소백산 초오아속 개체군들과 이들의 부모종으로 추정되는 분류군들을 대상으로 소화경에 분포하는 털의 종류와 분포양상, 잎의 형태 및 결각 상태 등 주요 식별형질에 대한 비교형태학적 연구 및 수리분류학적 분석을 수행하여, 소백산 본 아속 개체군들의 형태 변이 양상 및 기원을 밝히고자 하였다. 소백산에 분포하는 본 아속 식물은 소화경에 분포하는 털의 종류 및 분포양상에 따라 크게 (1) 소화경이 완전히 무모인 개체, (2) 소화경 상부에만 유두상 돌기가 있는 굽은 털이 소수 분포하는 개체, (3) 소화경 상부로부터 중앙부까지 유두상 돌기가 없는 굽은 털이 다수 분포하는 개체, (4) 소화경 상부에만 굽은 털과 함께 표면이 평활한 선형의 개출모가 소수 혼생하는 개체, 그리고 (5) 소화경 상부로부터 중앙부까지 굽은 털과 함께 표면이 평활한 선형의 개출모가 다수 혼생하는 개체 등의 5가지 형태유형으로 구분되었으며, 이러한 5가지 형태유형을 가진 개체들은 소백산 대부분의 지역개체군에서 다양한 비율을 가지면서 모두 나타난다. 상기 비교형태학적 연구 결과와 주요 식별 형질의 주성분 분석 결과를 종합할 때, 소백산에 분포하는 본아속 재체군의 개체들은 과거, (1) 암술 및 소화경이 무모인 A. kusnezoffii, (2) 소화경에 유두상 돌기가 있는 굽은 털을 가진 A. japonicum subsp. napiforme, 그리고 (3) 소화경에 선형의 개출모를 가지는 A. jaluense subsp. jaluense 등 최소한 세 분류군간의 다원 잡종형성에 의해 유래된 것으로 판단되며, 이들 개체 사이에 반복적으로 유전자 침투(introgression)가 일어난 것으로 추정된다.
