승용차량 리어도어의 강도 및 피로에 대한 CAE해석 (CAE Analysis on Strength and Fatigue of Rear Door of Passenger Car)

  • This paper studies the strength, fatigue sensitivity, safety factor and lifetimes by means of structural and fatigue analyses of different models of rear doors upon the opening of doors and windows leading to severe fatigue fractures of the window motor components of rear doors. The simulation models were a standard model and other models. The other models, which are denoted here as models I and II, were modified versions of the standard model, with a rib of 3mm and a thickness of 2mm as compared to the standard model. The door was modelled with CATIA V5 and analyzed with the ANSYS program. The material of the rear door was cold rolled steel (DDQ). From the study results, the standard model and model I were confirmed to be less safe upon the opening of the door as compared to the opening of a window in terms of fatigue, but model II was found to be safe for both door and window openings.

  • 한국원자력연구소에서는 현재 사용후핵연료의 효율적인 관리를 위한 차세대관리 종합공정의 실증용 핫셀을 건설중에 있다. 이 핫셀에서 모든 물품의 반출입은 후면 차폐문을 통해 이루어지므로 차폐문의 사용빈도가 매우 크며, 따라서 후면 차폐문의 구조적 안전성 유지가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 핫셀의 후면 차폐문에 대한 구조적 안전성을 유한요소 해석을 통해 평가하였다. 후면 차폐문을 닫을 때 벽면의 차폐문틀과 충돌하면서 발생하는 구조적 변형 에 대한 안전성 평가를 위해 이 상황을 충돌-접촉 문제로 가정하고 동적 해석을 수행하였다. 또한 충돌시 반력에의한 후면 차폐문의 전도 가능성 및 이동중 갑작스럽게 정지할 경우 관성에 의한 전도 가능성에 대해서도 해석을 수행하였다. 해석 결과를 통해 차폐문과 차폐문틀 모두 충돌에 의한 구조적 변형에 대해 충분히 안전함을 확인할 수 있었으며, 여러 사고 조건에 대해서도 후면 차폐문의 전도가 일어나지 않고 안정성을 유지함을 보였다.

서원건축 강학공간에서 공간조건에 따른 강당의 평면형태 및 창호시스템의 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Change of the Floor Plan and the Window & Door System of Kangdang according to the Space Condition in Education Area of Seowon Architecture)

  • In Seowon architecture, there are four kinds of space conditions according to the site plan and the figure of education area. The education area has three main buildings such as Kangdang, Dongjae, Seojae. In case Kangdan locates in front of Dongjae and Seojae(so called Junkangdang-Hoojaesa), but in another case Dongjae and Seojae locates in front of Kangdang(so called Junjaesa-Hookangdang). This four space conditions affect to decide the floor plan and the window & door system of Kangdang. In Junjaesa-Hookangdang type, the front and rear wall has more open system than in Junkangdang-Hoojaesa type. In Junjaesa-Hookangdang type the direction of Kangdang is absolutely open to front education area, but in Junkangdang-Hoojaesa type the direction of Kangdang is absolutely open to rear education area. These floor plan aims at making up education area more closely. In window & door system the rear parts of Junjaesa-Hookangdang type have generally opaque system such as Golpanmoon or Panjangmoon, but Junkangdang-Hoojaesa type breaks this rule in order to emphasize front facade of building.

자주포용 탄약 운반 궤도차량 도어힌지 용접부 구조강도 해석 (Structural Weld Strength Analysis on Door Hinge of Field Artillery Ammunition Support Vehicle)

  • This study analyzed the structural weld strength for a door hinge for a field artillery ammunition support vehicle. In order to determine the optimal conditions, we measured the modal analysis and analyzed the leg length of a rear door hinge. From these methods, we acquired the vibration frequency of normal mode and the optimal welding leg length conditions. It was possible to obtain a structural stability for a rear door hinge of the field artillery ammunition support vehicle. In the future, this should be used as a reference source for the weld strength analysis of high vibration and high weight structures for another welding system design.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the transformation of openings installed on the partition wall between Daechung and Bang, through the case study on MyungRyunDangs of 19 HangGyos in Kyungbuk province. The way to carry out this study was to look through existing situations and to find out transformed traces of the openings in terms of their locations on several floor types. The transformation of the openings was analyzed chronologically into two cases of 'before 18C' and 'after 18C'. i) Before 18C ; the early type had double swing window on the front column spacing and single swing door on the rear, and the later type had swing door on the front column spacing and on openings on the rear. ii) After 18C; the earlist type was the same as the later type of 'before 18C', the next type had swing doors on both the front and the rear column spacing, and the last type had Sabunhap-swing door on the column spacing, iii) Through those transformations, the windows gradually replaced by the doors in the openings.

전면 도어 와이어하니스 시스템의 내구 수명 예측에 관한 연구 (Durability Prediction of Door W/H System Using FEM Analysis)

  • In vehicle's door wiring harness (W/H) system is more toward to arrange a passenger compartment than a hinge and a weatherstrip. An opening/closing member of a vehicle is attached to a vehicle by a hinge in a manner enabling easy opening and closing of the opening/closing member. Such members include doors, such as side-doors and rear doors, and other opening/closing members, such as trunk lids. This article gives some insight into the dimensioning process, with special focus on large deflection analysis of wiring harness(W/H) in vehicle's door structures for durability problem. The Finite elements analysis for door wiring harness(W/H) is used for residual stresses and dimensional stability with bending flexible. Durability test data for slam test specimens were compared with the numerical predicted fatigue life for verification. The final testing of the component combines the effects of these microstructural features with the complex stress state arising from the combined service loading and residual stresses.

자동차 도어 힌지의 구조해석 (Structural Analysis on Door Hinge of Car)

  • The thickness of original hinge model is changed for structural stability in this study. The front end with the largest deformation of 9.8813 mm or the rear middle part with the largest equivalent stress of 6082.6 MPa is respectively shown at door hinge. The lower part of joint pin head with the largest deformation of 0.17499 mm and the largest equivalent stress of 1540.2 MPa are shown. The advanced model with more thickness and stability is shown to have smaller displacement in half and smaller equivalent stress by 3 times by comparing with the original model.

  • The results of analyzing opening types in the rear elevations of ninety-six buddhist temples which would be existence can be summarized as follows ; 1) Opening types in the rear elevations of buddhist temples in the Koryo Dynasty were various as the type of doors and windows, and the type of combining with walls. but the fact had something in common that whole door was the swinging pannel one, and the type of the whole window was the lattice and the mullioned casement one. 2) The type of the lattice windows were disappered and the only type of the mullioned casement windows were put in an apperance in the early period of Cho-sun Dynasty. 3) The type of doors + walls and the type of doors + windows in the rear elevations of buddhist temples of the seventeenth century were absolute. Especially the mullioned casement windows were used mainly in buddhist temple of the type of doors + windows. 4) The type of doors + windows in the rear elevations of buddhist temples of the eighteenth century did not be seen, but types of doors + walls and walls + walls which were much enclosed, were mainly put to use in those.

버스 승객의 안전한 하차를 위한 컴퓨터비전 기반의 차량 탐지 시스템 개발 (Computer Vision-based Method of detecting a Approaching Vehicle or the Safety of a Bus Passenger Getting off)

  • 본 논문은 컴퓨터 비전 기반의 인식 기법으로 주간 시내도로에 정차된 버스와 보도 사이로 접근하는 측후방 차량을 탐지하는 시스템을 설명한다. 이 시스템은 승객의 안전한 하차를 위해 버스 운전자와 승객에게 차량의 접근 유무를 알려준다. 버스의 측후방 영상은 버스가 정차할 때마다 버스 중앙 출입문 상단에 장착된 카메라에서 입력된다. 이 영상에서 버스와 보도 사이에 탐색영역을 설정하고 이 영역에서 영상의 변화와 소벨 필터링으로 차량을 탐지한다. 탐지된 차량의 중심점을 잡은 후, 위치 및 가로 세로의 크기를 이용하여 거리, 속도, 방향을 알아낸다. 이 정보를 이용하여 하차하는 승객에게 위험한 상황이라 판단될 경우, 운전자와 승객에게 위험을 알려준다. 실험결과로 시내 주행시 87% 이상의 탐지율을 나타내었다.

모의 측면 충돌 시험 기법 개발 및 응용 (A Study of Development and Application for Side Impact Sled Test)

  • Occupant protection in the side impact of a vehicle becomes one of the most important issues today. So, to reduce development time and cost, it needs test equipment which conducts an accurate simulation of the side impact crash. This paper describes a new test method for side impact, which utilizes a standard 12inch-HYGE-type sled facility. If a side impact sled test can simulate vehicle intrusion very well, it will contribute to develop full-scale side impact crash performance. The newly developed sled test method enables simulation for dummy motion, injury, door velocity, trim crack, and vehicle structure to be accurate. Ant also this sled test method can be applied to the development of side air-bag.
