A Design and Implementation for a Realtime Monitering and Controlling System in the Stockyard (농장 실시간 모니터링 및 제어 시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • We have recently studied the application of Information Technology to agricultural industry for competitive power. Because the big stockyards are far away from the house, we need a realtime monitering and control system to manage it efficiently. This paper presented design and implementation for a realtime monitering and controlling system that we can use to watch an movement of an electronic devices in the stockyards. Compared to other systems, we have more trust in our system by confirming an operation of devices through a realtime video streaming.

  • Load test for newly introduced precast segmental bridge is carried out to experimentally evaluate load carrying capacity, Analysis accompanied with the test is also performed and the results are used in the evaluation. In addition to initial evaluation of the bridge by load test, remote dynamic monitoring system to perform realtime assessment of the bridge condition is also under development. In this paper the procedure and results of load test and evaluation are presented along with introduction of dynamic monitoring system.

  • ECG is used on purpose to keep good health or monitor cardiac function of aged person as well as on purpose to diagnose the disease of heart patients. The ambulatory ECG monitoring system under guarantee of safety and accuracy is very efficient to prevent the progress of heart disease and sudden death. These systems can detect the temporary change of ECG that is very significant to diagnose heart disease such as myocardial ischemia, arrhyamia and cardiac infarction. In this paper, we describe the ECG signal analysis algorithm and measurement device for ECG monitoring. The authors designed a small-size portable ECG device that consisted of instrumentation amplifier, micro-controller, filter and RF module. The device measures ECG with four electrodes on the body and detects QRS complex and ST level change in realtime. Also it transmits the measured signals to the personal computer. The developed software for ECG analysis in personal computer has the function to detect the feature points and ST level changes.

  • DC-Motor is needed more and more sophisticated control to follow the highest precision of industrial automation and used in a number of control equipment or industrial fields. It is also useful to control single crystal($A1_2O_3$) growth. It is possible to procure a quality crystal utilizing a DC-Motor, if you mix Hydrogen and Oxygen gas properly and keep proper temperature in accordance with time process. In this paper, we will study about electrical valve positioning system for the gas mixture to improve the quality of single crystal($A1_2O_3$) growth and we will design about realtime monitoring systems of the automatic gas control DC- Motor for single crystal($A1_2O_3$) growth.

  • The non-contact easy detecting system of nursing person's body vital information and their behaviors monitoring system are developed, which consist of "Kinect" sensor and thermography camera. The "Kinect" sensor can catch the body contour and the body moving behavior, and output their imaging data realtime. The thermography camera can detect respiration state and body temperature, etc. In this study, the practicability of this system was verified.

  • This paper introduces a network system for monitoring coastal oceanographic data. The network system consists of three parts such as the buoy to observe oceanographic data, the local site to collect data transferred from buoys, and the host site to construct the oceanographic data-base and to share the information for monitoring coastal oceanographic data. The buoy has a one-board microcomputer to manage and to acquire coastal environment data in real-time. A wireless and wire communication technique is employed in order to transfer data measured by buoys and to link local and host sites, respectively. In measuring coastal environment data, this system shows more cost-effective way than the presents conventional. In addition, the realtime monitoring system continuously from various sites with the network systems.

  • In these days, as it frequently happens that water level in the river exceeds the design floods due to irregular heavy rainfall, so it is required, first of an, to manage with railroad bridge safely. Because train control criterion under heavy rainfall is still not prepared and automatic flood monitoring system for railroad bridges is not used, worry over invisible economic loss due to train passage delay is in existence. Therefore, it is important to secure the safety and detect the risk like turnover or failure of railroad bridges through systematic disaster prevention system. And the transition from conventional monitoring method to real time monitoring method supported by sensors and communication system with high technology is rapidly needed. This research is on developing the real time flood monitoring system which prevents railroad disasters in advance by detecting continuously the water level of railroad bridge through CCD camera and water level gauge.

  • Currently, high-intensity laser therapy (HILT) is increasingly used in various muscle disorders like muscle tension. Our proposed study includes the development of the real-time monitoring system using a myotonometer for HILT. The developed system consists of a piezoelectric sensor and laser distance sensor for muscle stiffness monitoring during the treatments. The results demonstrated that the level of muscle tension was rapidly decreased after 3 minutes of the high-intensity laser treatment when compared to the control group. The combined HILT and realtime muscle tension monitoring system may help to evaluate the therapeutic procedure and efficient treatments for various muscle pains.

  • 반도체 제조 및 FPD제조 공정 중 WAFER 및 GLASS 제품의 상태를 직접적으로 관리하는 기술로서 기존에 널리 사용하고 있는 방법은 CHAMBER의 온도나 상태 등의 설비 컨디션 상태를 관리 모니터링 하는 것이다. 반도체 제조의 공정비용을 최소화하기 위하여 기존 방법과 달리 WAFER 및 GLASS의 온도 상태 등을 직접적으로 모니터링 하는 시스템으로 반도체 FPD제조 공정 중 장비의 개별 특성에 따라 제품의 공정 편차로 인해 발생되는 공정불량을 실시간으로 모니터링함으로서 불량을 최소화 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.
