Purpose: This study attempted to identify job stress, resilience, and job satisfaction among firefighters and to identify factors that influence job satisfaction. Methods: The study was conducted among 150 active firefighters who agreed to participate after reading an explanation of the purpose and importance of the study. They were sent a link to the self-report questionnaire URL via text message. Results: The mean scores for the variables were 2.26 for job stress, 3.55 for resilience, 3.30 for empathy, and 3.23 for job satisfaction. There was a significant difference in job satisfaction based on age. Job satisfaction was significantly positively correlated with empathy (r=248, p=.002) and resilience (r=463, p<.001) and significantly negatively correlated with job stress (r= -.740, p<.001). In other words, higher resilience and empathy were associated with higher job satisfaction, while higher job stress was associated with lower job satisfaction. And job stress was the influencing factor of job satisfaction, with an explanatory power of 55%. Conclusion: To improve firefighters' job satisfaction, management programs should be developed to enhance resilience and empathy and specific measures should be taken to reduce job stress.

Exposure to varied noisy environments impairs the recognition performance of artificial intelligence-based speech recognition technologies. Degraded-performance services can be utilized as limited systems that assure good performance in certain environments, but impair the general quality of speech recognition services. This study introduces an audiovisual speech recognition (AVSR) model robust to various noise settings, mimicking human dialogue recognition elements. The model converts word embeddings and log-Mel spectrograms into feature vectors for audio recognition. A dense spatial-temporal convolutional neural network model extracts features from log-Mel spectrograms, transformed for visual-based recognition. This approach exhibits improved aural and visual recognition capabilities. We assess the signal-to-noise ratio in nine synthesized noise environments, with the proposed model exhibiting lower average error rates. The error rate for the AVSR model using a three-feature multi-fusion method is 1.711%, compared to the general 3.939% rate. This model is applicable in noise-affected environments owing to its enhanced stability and recognition rate.

본 연구는 최신 기술을 활용한 도서관의 특화 서비스인 내용적 북트레일러 서비스가 이용자의 독서 관련 행동반응에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 AIDMA&AISAS 모델을 사용하여 주목(Attention), 관심(Interest), 탐색(Search), 욕구(Desire), 기억(Memory), 행동(Action), 공유(Share)의 7가지 이용자 행동반응을 측정하였다. 인천광역시 소재 13개 공공도서관에서 북트레일러 서비스를 경험한 이용자에게 설문조사를 실시하여 총 287명의 응답을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 내용적 유형인 메시지 활용형, 갈등 활용형, 인물 활용형 모두 이용자 행동반응에 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 특히, 인물 활용형이 가장 높은 영향을, 다음으로 갈등 활용형, 메시지 활용형이 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 사후 검정 결과 관심과 탐색, 이용자만족도에서는 갈등 활용형과 인물 활용형 간에 유의미한 차이가 발생하지 않았다. 본 연구는 외형적 유형의 북트레일러 서비스의 효과를 측정한 선행 연구들과 비교할 때, 내용적 유형의 북트레일러를 통해 이용자 행동반응을 측정하고 유의미한 효과를 확인하였다는 점에서 학문적 의의가 있으며, 더 나아가 효과적인 북트레일러 서비스에 위한 실질적인 함의를 제공하였다.

For increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of Korea's finance industry under the new e-finance paradigm, this paper compared the practical use of finance portal site' on service parts and stage between Korea and U.S.A.. The services which can be served from site are banking, mortgage and credit loan, stock, card, retirement tax, PFM(Personal Finance Management), EBPP(Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment) and Account Aggregation and so on. The stage of site can be divided as the information provide stage which only gives information about service parts, on-line transaction stage which real-time transaction is possibile and PFM services provide stage according to development process. As a result, the beginning of finance portal service in Korea was lated about 10years and more than it of U.S.A. So the development stage of domestic portal site is still staying in the first step and the providing services and contents or business model development parts are also in the same stage than U.S.A. Resides, Korea's sites mainly focus on their first service parts even though they recently aim internet finance portal, and provide not real time transaction but finance information. On the other hand, the U.S.A. site support substantially not only various on-line transactions but also distinctive personal services like PFM(Personal Finance Management), EBPP(Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment), Account Aggregation and Trans-account, brokerage, education center, mortgage loan, mutual fund, option, pension fund and IPOs and so on. Thus, the site of Korea need to establish real type of internet finance portal which provides one-stop services on every type of finance to customers in the real time and also require the strategic integration among finance institutions. The next turn, they need to build information system and education center to give best satisfaction to customers and acquire customer information and marker environment changes and need to provide distinctive services to quality customers throughout database from this. Also the site should provide various type of banking services which refereed above like PEM, EBPP and education center etc, and the government of Korea should support the building of IT infrastructure to Physical, legal, systematic, sociocultural, technical and human resource sections. This paper provided the future movement direction of the domestic finance portal through comparison and analysis on the practical use of it between Korea and U.S.A. and also wanted to contribute for developing and reading of Korea finance portal in the new era of the finance paradigm.

This study applies in case of operating an exam using by the contrast order or inputting an order of a contrast media the exam of Radiology Department. It is developed for helping decision making as regards a process of an exam from reading the creatinine value automatically linked with Laboratory Information System. It can be confirmed by real-time information; therefore, the creditability of the information is able to be improved. We will create the base for Patient Monitoring System with the data from the side effect of the creatinine value and allergies. Decision Support System minimize the inconvenience and the riskiness of the given contrast medium for CT tests. We would like to improve medical services by providing a standard circumstance where patients are able to run tests safely and comfortably.

이 연구는 신문보도에 나타난 도서관에 관련된 기사를 분석하여, 신문은 도서관의 문제가 무엇이라고 이해하고 있는지를 파악하는 것이다. 도서관 행사나 새로운 도서관이 설립될 때 단순히 사건 중심으로 보도하는 기사보다는 도서관의 본질에 대한 심층보도를 하는 특집기사를 분석의 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 공공도서관, 대학도서관, 학교도서관 및 독서운동 등으로 구분하여 수행하였다. 이 결과는 도서관 이용자인 시민들이 도서관에 대하여 가지고 있는 일반적인 인식이므로 봉사내용을 마련할 때나 도서관 홍보에서도 기초자료로 사용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 책 읽어주기 활동이 시각장애아동에게 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 책 읽어주기 활동에 참여한 아동과 어머님, 책을 읽어준 선생님, 도서관 사서 등과 심층면담을 하였고, 근거이론 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 책 읽어주기 활동은 시각장애아동의 독서 흥미와 학습능력, 사회성 향상을 가져오는 것으로 나타났다.

Online people conduct all kinds of business activities, such as promoting the sales of products and services, reading newspapers, watching TV and movies, and sending business messages by e-mail, by e-voice and by e-fax. Computers with access to the Internet are defined by the United Nations as the fourth media characterized by instantaneousness, openness, limitlessness, boundlessness and globalization. With the development and popularization of the Internet and the advance of the information technology in China, Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) violations online have frequently occurred in e-business activities. IPRs protection online has posed a great challenge not only for business managers and officials, but also for judges and lawyers because the rapid development of the Internet has created a legal vacuum governed by no laws in IPRs violation and protection online in China.. The paper at first classifies IPRs into several categories, then reveals China's serious problems and challenges of IPRs violations online and stresses the necessity of China's IPRs protection online. Finally it puts forward some suggestions concerning IPRs protection online.

Based on the accumulation of medical big data, advances in medical artificial intelligence technology facilitate the timely treatment of disease through the reading the medical images and the increase of prediction speed and accuracy of diagnoses. In addition, these advances are expected to spark significant innovations in reducing medical costs and improving care quality. There are already approximately 40 FDA approved products in the US, and more than 10 products with K-FDA approval in Korea. Medical applications and services based on artificial intelligence are expected to spread rapidly in the future. Furthermore, the evolution of medical artificial intelligence technology is expanding the boundaries or limits of various related issues such as reference standards and specifications, ethical and clinical validation issues, and the harmonization of international regulatory systems.
