  • Background: In this study, we investigated how to convert the Panax ginseng DNA sequence code and chemical fingerprints into a two-dimensional code. In order to improve the compression efficiency, GATC2Bytes and digital merger compression algorithms are proposed. Methods: HPLC chemical fingerprint data of 10 groups of P. ginseng from Northeast China and the internal transcribed spacer 2 (ITS2) sequence code as the DNA sequence code were ready for conversion. In order to convert such data into a two-dimensional code, the following six steps were performed: First, the chemical fingerprint characteristic data sets were obtained through the inflection filtering algorithm. Second, precompression processing of such data sets is undertaken. Third, precompression processing was undertaken with the P. ginseng DNA (ITS2) sequence codes. Fourth, the precompressed chemical fingerprint data and the DNA (ITS2) sequence code were combined in accordance with the set data format. Such combined data can be compressed by Zlib, an open source data compression algorithm. Finally, the compressed data generated a two-dimensional code called a quick response code (QR code). Results: Through the abovementioned converting process, it can be found that the number of bytes needed for storing P. ginseng chemical fingerprints and its DNA (ITS2) sequence code can be greatly reduced. After GTCA2Bytes algorithm processing, the ITS2 compression rate reaches 75% and the chemical fingerprint compression rate exceeds 99.65% via filtration and digital merger compression algorithm processing. Therefore, the overall compression ratio even exceeds 99.36%. The capacity of the formed QR code is around 0.5k, which can easily and successfully be read and identified by any smartphone. Conclusion: P. ginseng chemical fingerprints and its DNA (ITS2) sequence code can form a QR code after data processing, and therefore the QR code can be a perfect carrier of the authenticity and quality of P. ginseng information. This study provides a theoretical basis for the development of a quality traceability system of traditional Chinese medicine based on a two-dimensional code.

  • The HUD has recently been downsized due to the development of micro display and LED technology as a see through information display device, gradually expands the application areas. In this paper, using a DLP micro display device designed a compact head-up display(HUD) optical system for biocular observation of the image exhibition area 5 inches. It was analyzed for each design element of the optical system in order to design a compacted HUD. DLP, projection optical system and concave image combiner were discussed the design approach and the characteristics. Through a connection structure analysis of each optical system, detailed design specifications were set up and designed the optical system in detail. Put a folded configuration in the form of a white diffuse reflector between the projection lens and concave image combiner was designed to be independent, respectively. Distance of the projected image is adjustable up to approximately 2m ~ infinity and observation distance is 1m. Resolution could be recognized by 1 ~ 2pixels in HD($1,280{\times}720pixels$) class, various characters and symbols could be read. In addition, color navigation map, daytime video camera and thermal imaging cameras can be displayed.

  • This paper attempts to re-read Tennessee William's A Streetcar Named Desire from a non-Aristotelian perspective, particularly focusing on the audience performativity. In Chapter 6 of the Poetics, Aristotle says that tragedy has a final purpose or end (telos) and that is to inspire a catharsis (literally "purification") of pity and fear by means of representation and to give pleasure from experiencing their relief. However, a dramatic theoretician Augusto Boal argues that Aristotelian catharsis is not to get rid of pity and fear through their vehement discharge; rather, the basic function of catharsis is the purging of antisocial elements from the social body and the restoration of order because catharsis occurs when the spectator, terrified by the spectacle of the catastrophe, is purified of his "hamartia" which looks similar to the tragic flaw of the hero in the play. Thus, Boal asserts that Aristotle's coercive system of tragedy manipulates the emotions of the passive spectator. By contrast, in non-Aristotelian aesthetics, tragedy functions not as legitimation for a particular political configuration but as the performance of ethical acts-through which all the participants, including not only the actors but also the audience, communicate more actively about practical problems and actively work in order to make sense of themselves, others, and society. Here, the audience is required to restore and reinforce his/her capacity to think and to act; thus, an unquestioning, passive, indifferent attitude is not allowed. In these contexts, this paper explores how Tennessee William's A Streetcar Named Desire involves the audience in the responsibility for what occurs on the stage, in order to urge the audience's ethical judgements and responsible acts. This paper argues that what this play asks of us is not catharsis, the purging of pity and fear, but empathy toward the other's pain, beyond pity and fear, to carry out our responsibility of sharing in and caring for the other's suffering. That is to say that it will be an ethical way to "re-member" Blanche DuBoi-the iconic Williams victim "dis-membered" by traumatic memories and open wounds and is thus unable to complete her grieving and mourning-as one of us, not as the other. It will be the only way to remember right regarding her tragedy.

  • The cinema of Peter Greenaway has consistently engaged questions of the relationship between the arts and particularly the relations of image and writing to cinema. When different types of images are correlated and merged with each other on the borders of painting, photography, film, video and computer animation, the interrelationships of the distinct elements cause a shift in the notion of the whole image. This analysis proposes to articulate the complex relationship between the 'interartial' dimension and the 'intermedial' dimension in Peter Greenaway's film, (1991). If the interartiality is interested in the interaction between various arts, including the transition from one to another, the intermediality articulates the same type of relationship between two or more media. The interactional relationship is the same on both sides; on the contrary, the relationship between art and media does not show the same symmetry. All art is based on one or more media - the media is a condition existence of art - but no art can't be reduced to the status of media. This suggests that if the interartiality always involves the intermediality, this proposal may not be reversed. First, we analyse a self-conscious investigation into digital art and technology. Prosospero's Books can be read as a daring visual essay that self-consciously investigates the technical and philosophical functions of letters, books, images, animated paintings, digital arts, and the other magical illusions, which have been modern or will be post-modern media to represent the world. Greenaway uses both conventional film techniques and the resources of high-definition television to layer image upon image, superimposing a second or third frame within his frame. Greenaway uses the frame-within-frame as the cinematic equivalent of Shakespeare's paly-within-play : it offer him the possibility to analyse the work of art/artist/spectator relationship. Secondly, we analyse the relationship between the written word, oral word and the books. Like the written word, the oral word changes into a visual image: The linguistic richness and nuances of Shakeaspeare's characters turn into the powerful and authoritative, but monotone, voices of Gielgud-Prospero, who speaks the Shakespearean lines aloud, shaping the characters so powerfully through his worlds that they are conjured before us. Specially each book is placed over the frame of the play's action, only partially covering the image, so that it gives virtually every frame at least two space-time orientations. Thirdly, we try to show how Peter Greenaway uses pictorial references in order to illustrate the context of the Renaissance as well as pictorial techniques and language in order to question the nature of artistic representation. For exemple, The storm is visualised through reference to Botticelli's : the storm of papers swirling around the library is constructed to look like a facsimili copy of Michelangelo's Laurentiana Library in Florence. Greenaway's modern mannerism consists in imposing his own aesthetic vision and his questioning of art beyond the play's meta-theatricality: in other words, Shakespeare''s text has been adapted without being betrayed.

  • Saseol-sijo, a form of sijo with longer verses, still affords pleasure to modern readers, even when it is read without the original performance context. In this study, I focused on Saseol-sijo that induces laughter through exaggeration and caricature while singing about eagerly waiting for a lover who has left. These texts describe concurrently the emotions that are contradictory to each other, such as nostalgia and laughter. In addition, this feature reflects human's inner emotions that are not unified but rather change dynamically. Craving creates a sense of nostalgia, and also produces a comical element in nostalgia, so that nostalgia and laughter can be co-exist without conflict. In this study, 'semiotic square' was applied as the framework for interpreting the Saseol-sijo, which demonstrates the coexistence of inconsistent meanings. As a result, a Saseol-sijo which sings about waiting for a lover can be interpreted through contraires such as prohibition and authorization, craving and concerns, exposure and concealment and concentration and dispersion. The nostalgic laughter in Saseol-sijo is generally based on the conflict between the craving self and the restrictive world. A character consumed by craving may seem ridiculous and pathetic in the view of others. However, people in general would find sympathetic humor and identify with characters who portray their weaknesses or repeat their mistakes. After all, this is the laughter of compassion and reflection which Saseol-sijo evoke.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore what causes medical college students to play games they will play and use them as academic foundation material. And lay a complex foundation for game addicts. To achieve this objective, an approach was taken as a method of exploratory case study. The participants in the study were recruited by their consent at the R meeting of the College of Medicine. Data collection was collected through a one-on-one interview with FGI. The data analysis was read repeatedly and classified into semantic units to derive the essential meaning. The study produced two essential topics and seven revealed topics. It is 'my job to play games' and 'know the importance of discrimination.'According to the analysis, the game behavior played by medical students was able to quit due to the self-efficacy experienced during the course of growth. When one's expectations were met and self-strengthened, one could see that self-control was possible through self-efficacy. It suggested that measures for sound game culture and complex strategy should be explored and measures to improve self-efficacy should be explored.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the professional identity levels and characteristics of occupational therapists through Rasch analysis and to use this as the basis for further assessment and research on the same subject. An online survey was conducted, and the response of 88 people working as occupational therapists between May and June 2020 was analyzed. The collected data included the frequency, analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and technical statistics, Winsteps 3.8.0 target and item suitability, item difficulty, level scale, and separation reliability. According to the analysis, 17 (16.3%) of the subjects and 5 (20%) out of 25 items were unsuitable. Item difficulty was the highest in the category "I systematically read professional publications on occupational therapy", and the lowest level of difficulty in "I make my own decisions about what to do." The three-point scale was suitable for the equilibrium scale, and the separation reliability was between .86 and .95. Thus, identity levels and characteristics of occupational therapists, the suitability of items and subjects, and difficulty levels can be identified through Rasch analysis. In the future, research should be conducted on various sample groups, to develop identity measurement tools specifically for occupational therapists, and to present items appropriate to the characteristics of their work.

  • The purpose of the study is to examine sports-related cognitive functions through a systematic review and to suggest effective instruments to measure the cognitive functions. The present study was conducted based on the systematic review and meta-analysis protocol-the PRISMA. Of 429 articles searched through keywords from 2008 to 2020, 45 articles that met the selection criteria were analyzed. It was revealed that athletes had better cognitive functions than non-athletes, that the higher the sports expertise was, the higher the cognitive functions, and that there were differences in cognitive functions according to the sport types. The primary cognitive functions related to sports performance summarized as executive functions (inhibition ability, cognitive flexibility), information processing speed, spatial ability, and attention. As tasks for measuring each cognitive function, a stop signal task for inhibition ability, a design flexibility task for cognitive flexibility, a simple and choice reaction time test for information processing, a mental rotation task for spatial ability, and an attention network test for attention are appropriate.

  • Purpose 18F-Florbetaben (FBB) Readings are made by visually comparing the signal strengths of gray matter and white matter. We intend to evaluate the usefulness of image analysis by comparing quantified image analysis with readout. Materials and Methods Based on the reading results, 100 patients were divided into a negative scan and a positive scan, and 300 MBq of FBB was injected, and images were taken 90 minutes later for 20 minutes. The equipment was a Discovery 600 (GE Healthcare, MI, USA). Four regions of interest (lateral temporal lobes, frontal lobes, posterior cingulate & precuneus, and parietal lobes) were established based on the amyloid reading standard provided by the manufacturer. For image analysis, SUVratio (SUVr) was calculated by dividing each SUVmean by the cerebellum, and the average SUVr in the entire area was performed. Statistical analysis analyzed the cutoff derivation through ROC Curve, the difference between groups in Independent sample t-test, and the degree of agreement with the reading result through Kappa test. Results The average SUVr cutoff in the entire area was 1.23. Concordance with the read results using cutoff was 95/100 (95%) for negative and 92/100 (92%) for positive. As a result of the t-test, there was a statistically significant difference between the groups (P < 0.05), and the Kappa statistical result showed a high degree of agreement with 0.867 (P < 0.05). Conclusion The results of image analysis were statistically significant and showed a high degree of agreement with the reading results. In addition, FBB image analysis can be viewed by 3D mapping the area where amyloid is accumulated, location estimation is possible, and quantitative analysis results can be viewed in detail. If quantified FBB image analysis is used as an auxiliary indicator, it is thought to be helpful in reading.

  • The Beopmaru, Supreme Court Library of Korea, the national library of the judiciary, is the only one that can help reduce the justice gap and increase access to justice by allowing the general public and legal experts to read and circulate. Accordingly, this study identified user satisfaction with the Beopmaru public service through surveys and interviews and derived ways to improve the service. User satisfaction was in the following order out of 5 points: response of librarian 4.62 points, facility management 4.48 points, and cultural programs such as events and lectures 4.33 points. Satisfaction with collection composition was the lowest at 3.97 points. This appears to be because collection composition is where legal expertise has the greatest impact on satisfaction. As satisfaction with the collection composition was the lowest, collection expansion was the highest at 44%(114 people) as a service that Beopmaru needs to strengthen in the future, and a balanced collection of books according to the user base is needed in the future. Based on this, improvement measures were proposed to include dualizing the Beopmaru reading space and services for the general public and legal experts, strengthening its identity as a legal library, improving the system, and strengthening publicity and response of librarian. If the Beopmaru public service is successfully established through continuous research in the library and information community, it will be possible to improve the service quality of the law library industry as a whole, including law libraries, and increase user satisfaction.
