Programmable Metallization Cell (PMC) is a ReRAM device based on the electrolytical characteristic of chalcogenide materials. In this study, we investigated the nature of thin films formed by photo doping of Ag+ ions into chalcogenide materials for use in solid electrolyte of programmable metallization cell devices. We were able to do more economical approach by using Ag+ ions which play an electrolyte ions role. The results imply that a Ag-rich phase separates owing to the reaction of Ag with free atoms from chalcogenide materials.

This study is to investigate the royal wedding garments found out in Gn-Rs-Do-Gam-Eui-Gue during Yi Dynasty. The results are as follows: 1. The wedding garments for kings and princes, as well as for queens and princesses, had a tendency to increase in their kinds and number 2. The number of' Sang-bok (상복)' for queens and princesses was decreased about $50\%$ after the publication of Jeong-Re (정리). 3. Casual wears for queens and princesses were decreased to the halves in kind, and its number was decreased about $60\%$ .4. Clothings for court ladies showed changes in kind. 5. Documents about clothings for parents of queen's in wedding ceremony cannot be found in the literatures, such as Guk-Hon-Jeong-ke(국혼정예), Sang-Bang-Jeong-Re(상방정예). and Eui-Cue published in the 35th and 38th year of King Yeongjo's reign, respectively. 6. The number of ornamental bars including wigs was decreased about $50\%$ after the publication of Guk -Hon -Jeong- Re.

As we, human expand its everyday life boundary to the geosynchronous orbit, we have experienced frequent chance of the atmospheric re-entry and surface impact of space objects(satellite and space debris). Recently a satellite re-entry monitoring room in Korea has been operated to predict the time and the location of the re-entry of space objects. However, we do not have a domestic version of a numerical re-entry model for normal operation using TLE (Two line Element) information from the United States Strategic Command yet. The space information from the several space operation centers has been used to analyse the re-entry situations. In this paper, the re-entry time is calculated with TLE based on the several atmosphere models, the result is comprehensively analyzed, a new re-entry case model fitted from the result of the predicted satellite re-entry times by a new Rubber Sheet Shift Method used by the domestic satellite re-entry room is suggested.

The adverse events which do not appear in the approval process tend to occur more frequently at the early stage of the use. Therefore new drugs, drugs with different active substances or routes of administration, or drugs with explicitly different efficacy added are particularly chosen for re-examination, and go through a study, which is conducted on 600 to 3,000 subjects over 4 to 6 years. Since the re-examination system was implemented in January 1995, 880 drug products have been designated as the subject of re-examination and among them 194 drugs have been completed their re-examination as of until March 2005. Post Marketing Surveillance to insure drug safety should be correlated with re-examination of new drug, re-evaluation of drug, and adverse event monitoring system. And the first labeling change should reflect all information collected for a defined period of time after the marketing authorization is granted. Furthermore centralized management through spontaneous reporting system of adverse event for whole period of time would be the most desirable type of system.

RTCA DO-178C is a development guideline to ensure aircraft system airworthiness. However, there is an opinion that the application of DO-178C to the development of UAV of more than MTOW 150 kg is over regulated because the severity of the risk from UAV is lower than that of normal aircraft. To address issue, EASA and FAA have been working on the Re-Engineering and Streamlining the Standards for Avionics Certification(RESSAC) project since 2016 with the goal of establishing a new certification scheme that simplifies existing aircraft certification procedures and standards. This paper analyzes the current DO-178C certification process and presents advantages by comparing and analyzing the new RESSAC certification process, which simplifies processes and outputs in comparing with the DO-178C certification process, while it ensures flight safety of the vehicle.

Ir-Re thin films with Ti interlayer were deposited onto the tungsten carbide substrate by ion beam assisted DC magnetron sputtering. The Ir-Re films were prepared with targets of having two atomic percent of 7:3 and 5:5. The microstructure and surface analysis of the specimen were conducted by using SEM, XRD and AFM. Mechanical properties such as hardness and adhesion strength of Ir-Re thin film also were examined. The interlayer of pure titanium was formed with 100 nm thickness. The film growth of Ir-30at.%Re was faster than that of Ir-50at.%Re in the same deposition conditions. Ir-Re thin films consisted of dense and columnar structure irrespective of the different target compositions. The values of hardness and adhesion strength of Ir-30at.%Re thin film coated on WC substrate were higher than those of Ir-50at.%Re thin film.

Recently, computer vision application is increasing by using CNN which is one of the deep learning algorithms. However, CNN does not provide perfect classification performance due to gradient vanishing problem. Most of CNN algorithms use an activation function called ReLU to mitigate the gradient vanishing problem. In this study, four activation functions that can replace ReLU were applied to four different structural networks. Experimental results show that ReLU has the lowest performance in accuracy, loss rate, and speed of initial learning convergence from 20 experiments. It is concluded that the optimal activation function varied from network to network but the four activation functions were higher than ReLU.

This paper studies an optimal consumption and portfolio choice problem for unemployed people who have an option to work. Our problem is to find optimal consumption, risky investment, and workforce re-entry strategies for the unemployed. We find a closed form of the critical wealth level to re-enter the workforce. We show that the unemployed with a higher disutility of labor or a larger relative risk aversion are more reluctant to re-enter the workforce.

The service quality and image are a central factor in understanding tourists destination choice. Existing literature suggests that sport event and destination image could interact to influence tourism behaviours. The purpose of this study w as to identify the factors influencing local image and re-visit intention in the 68th Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Sport Event held in Yesan city. The results of the study are as follows; First, as a result of factor analysis on the satisfaction with the sports event composed of 17 items, three factors were categorized, which were 'event management', 'event facility' and 'supporting facilities'. Second, satisfaction with local event had a positive effect on local image. Especially, satisfaction with event management had greater effect on local image than event facilities and supporting facilities. Third, as satisfaction with local event had positive effect on re-visitation intention, satisfaction with sports event had positive effect on the success of the sport event itself and re-visitation intention for the region. Fourth, as local image had a positive effect on re-visitation intention, strategic approaches to linking factors of tourism are required to attract visitors in addition to sports events.
