Rapidity and accuracy are important considerations when a drone is employed in a wide surveillance area to detect a target. They are more important when the scope of application is a search and rescue operation or the monitoring of natural disasters, which may require prompt warnings and response. During the actual operation of a drone, rapidity and accuracy are associated with the change in the altitude of the drone. The aim of this study is to analyze the characteristics of drones at varying altitudes and prove that altitude is a relevant factor in the performance of drones. Herein, the characteristics of the drone at varying altitudes were analyzed through several search simulations. The results suggest that a high-altitude drone is relatively advantageous compared to a low-altitude drone in a probability-based target search, and that the search altitude is also a very important and fundamental factor in target search by drones.

밀양 23호와 기호벼의 재조합 자식 164계통에 대하여 Rapid Visco Analyzer(RVA)방법으로 분석한 아밀로그램특성을 출수 후 15일째의 이삭무게를 출수 후 40일째의 이삭무게 비율로 계산한 초기급속등숙속도(rapidity of grain filling:RGF)품종군별로 호화온도, 최고점도, 최저점도, 최종점도, 강하점도, 응집점도 및 취반점도를 해석하였고 품종군별 아밀로그램특성간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 사용한 164 M/G RILs를 RGF에 따라서 완만등숙형(40%이하의 RGF), 준완만등숙형(41- 60% RGF), 준급속등숙형(61-80%RGF), 그리고 급속등숙형(81%이상 RGF)으로 구분되었으며 최고점도, 최저점도 및 취반점도는 RGF품종군별 일정한 경향을 보였다. 초기급속등숙속도를 기준으로 분류한 모든 품종군에서 강하점도와 취반점도는 고도의 부의 상관을 보였고 응집점도와 취반점도는 고도의 정의 상관을 보였다.

This study analyzed the effects of smart phone using for business on work performance in the field. We classified functional and practical aspects of smart phone affecting employee's work performance through former studies. As independent variables, we selected portability of equipment, rapidity of information and ease of use for functional side, and selected fit to work and subjective norms for practical side. And dependent variable was work performance. We also suggested that innovation resistance would be a moderator. The results showed that the effect of work performance was influenced by portability of equipment and fit to work. However, hypotheses on moderating effects of innovation resistance were not supported. This study made a discrimination in terms of an application phase of smart phone as against former studies. The results of this study will provide practical implications for related enterprises in the field to develop ways of using smart phone as an effective strategy.

Recently many small and mid-sized hospitals are closing down or experiencing financial difficulties. As a result, in order to provide exceptional service that would increase their competitiveness, they implemented telemedicine service for the prescription of medicine necessary before a colonoscopy. This study is an analysis of how telemedicine service affects patient satisfaction. Through the focus group interview (FGI) of medical service providers, regarding telemedicine service and face-to-face service, it was appraised that telemedicine service was more effective than face-to-face service. Afterward, a second survey aimed at endoscopy patients was conducted in order to find out the value of telemedicine service. First, through the analysis of the three main factors of telemedicine service, conclusions were drawn(safety/reliability, convenience/rapidity, and economics). A follow-up analysis showed that convenience/rapidity had the greatest effect on telemedicine service satisfaction. Next the factors of the quality of medical service were analyzed and 3 main factors were deduced (the superiority of the external and internal environments/appropriateness, superiority of the medical team, telemedicine service). A follow-up analysis found that telemedicine service had the greatest effect on patient satisfaction. This study found that providing exceptional medical service that utilizes telemedicine service would improve patient satisfaction. Therefore, we would be able to form a strategic plan that would strengthen the competitiveness of small and mid-sized hospitals.

An automatic TCXO frequency-temperature test apparatus was firstly developed by using thermoelectric device may. The developed system swing stably the test temperature range from -40$^{\circ}C$ to +80$^{\circ}C$ for about 1 hour The rising temperature ratio was fairly linear with time in this test temperature range. The temperature could be controlled error in error range of ${\pm}$0.05$^{\circ}C$ in this system. The frequency-Temperature properties of TCXO or the thermoelectric properties of other electric device.

It will become necessary for farmers to adopt information technology into commercialized farming system, since its productivity is increasingly linked to how to exploit the agricultural information. The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of information technology and to suggest ways to utilize the information technology for innovative farm management. Internet should become more important instruments which farmers might utilize in order to collect and mine the agricultural information because of its rapidity, reliability and precision. Also farmers should be encouraged to adopt a GIS-based farm management decision support system and to integrate the market information and geographic information such as soil, water, temperature, etc. for optimal decision making. Another way of improving farm management is to make farmers use agricultural accounting software for individual farmers and develop farming simulation system which analyze a farmer's current financial condition and suggest how to improve it. Making home page would be major marketing strategy for farmers to promote the sales of agricultural products.

Web Services are rapidity becoming the enabling technology of today's e-business and e-commerce systems, and will soon transform the Web into distributed applications. The aim of this paper is to present our approach in applying Web Services into the Internet transaction banking system. The system is integrated among backend system of banks so that each bank system can communicate with each other in order to perform transactions in transferring money from an account in one bank to an account in the partner bank and vise versa. The backend systems of banks are heterogeneous information systems; therefore it is difficult to build a common environment using existing distributed technologies. Web Services provide a means for different organizations to connect their applications with one another to conduct business across a network in a platform and language independent manner [1]. The paper will examine these benefits of Web Services and apply these features into the Internet banking transaction system regardless of platform, programming languages as well as existing backend system of banks.

This study considered the most crucial elements in websites as web usability and web accessibility. The web usability signified the empirical satisfaction of ordinary users on websites and how much they used the relevant websites conveniently and accurately, while the web accessibility signified the technical support that could have an easy access to web contents and the principles of cognitive aspects, by considering the users such as those who have been alienated from information. Even if the people were given lots of beneficial information, the websites would be useless if their usability and accessibility were not considered. It would be necessary to reduce the information gap by letting any users (the physically challenged, the elderly, etc.) give an access to every information without any professional abilities and to provide the efficient websites corresponding to the embodiment goal of e-government through rapidity and accuracy of contents and the feedback for systematic structure and people's demand.

With the rapidity of the development on electronic technology, various mobile devices are produced to make human life more convenient. The user is always in constant search of middle with ease of deployment. Therefore, the development of infrastructure and application with ubiquitous nature gets a growing keen interest. Recently, the number of pervasive network services is expanding into ubiquitous computing environment. To get desired services, user presents personal details about this identity, location and private information. The information transmitted and the services provided in pervasive computing environments (PCEs) are exposed to eavesdropping and various attacks. Therefore, the need to protect this environment from illegal accesses has become extremely urgent. In this paper, we propose an anonymous authentication and access control scheme to secure the interaction between mobile users and services in PCEs. The proposed scheme integrates a biometric authentication in PKI model. The proposed authentication aims to secure access remote in PCE for guaranteeing reliability and availability. Our authentication concept can offer pervasive network service users convenience and security.

The purpose of this study is developing a disaster prevention information system using Internet GIS to manage disaster information more efficiently and timely. This system has good potential with environment of Internet which has appropriate characteristics of rapidity, wide reach, generality, cost effectivity for disaster management. With this system, general user can easily retrieve disaster information with visuality such as maps. graphs, and texts just by using web browsers. Hence the need of developing Internet GIS system for disaster prevention is growing in these days.
