An Empirical Analysis on the Victims of Sexual Violence (일 지역의 성폭력 피해자 실태분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis on the victims of sexual violence. Data was obtained from the interview resources between January 2001 and June 2003. Data were analyzed using SPSS program. The major findings of this study were as follows. The most of sexual violence was female. The sexual violence occurred mainly from victim circumference but, the report was low. Type of sexual violence was many rape and sexual harassment. Therefore, sexual violence victims mainly visited an obstetric & gynecologic clinic. Injuries of sexual violence were physical (rupture of the hymen and vaginal injury), psychological (phobia, anxiety and confusion) and sexual (retire from the world) injuries. The results will be useful to furnish a guideline for prevent sexual violence.

Studies on the Contents of Special Components and Estimation of Purity of Sesame Oil II (참기름의 특이 성분 함량과 순도 결정에 관한 연구(제2보))

  • The verification of genuine sesame oil can be examined by determination of the ratio of fatty acid. Fatty acids were extracted from the saponifiable substance of sesame oils. Fatty acids were methylated with the 14% boron trifluoride methanol solution and injected into a gas chromatograph with Unisole 3000 column and finally determined the molecular weight by mass spectrometry. The fatty acids in laboratory prepared sesame oils were composed mainly of oleic acid 36.7-42.8% and linoleic acid 39.0-46.6%, including palmitic acid 7.9-9.l%, stearic acid 4.1-5.6%, linoleic acid 0.1-3.0%, arachidic acid 0.5-1.0% and eicosenoic acid 0.1-0.5%. The above results allow the estimation of genuine sesame oil, mixed with rape seed oil, soybean oil, perilla oil, etc. In 53 samples, 14 samples were estimated as genuine and it was found that erucic acid was contained in 31 samples, linoeic acid was highly contained in 14, high quantity of linolenic acid was in 7 and palmitic and oleic acid were highly involved in 3.

  • 사초용 유채는 영양가가 높은 사료작물이며, 한랭한 조건에서도 생육이 계속되어 좁은 사료작물 포장을 효율적으로 이용할 수 있다는 관점에서 그 잠재력이 매우 크다 (Harper 및 Compton, 1980 : Jung등, 1984 : Kay, 1975 : 김등, 1986 : 이등, 1984) 그리고 식물육종 학의 발달과 더불어 사초용 유채도 많은 품종이 개발 육성되고 있다 (Toxopeus 및 Boonman, 1983). 또한 사초용 유채는 다른 유채속 식물이나 방목용 초종에 비하여 조단백질과 조회분함량 및 소화률이 높고 조섬유 함량이 낮으나, 품종과 생육환경 및 수확시기에 따라 이들 함량에 차이가 있다(Berendank, 1982, 1982, 1983, 1983 : Groppel등, 1982 ; Gupta 등, 1974 ; Harris, 1964 : Jung 등, 1984, 1986)고 보고하였다.(중략)

  • 동물성 단백질 사료를 섭취함으로써 발생되기 쉬운 광우병등을 예방하고 단경기 사초용작물로서 조숙성이고 직립형이어서 이용하기가 편리하고 건물수량은 높아서 조사료로서 사료가치가 우수한 잠재력을 갖춘 사초용 유채의 주변 생산성을 높이고자 춘파용 다수성 품종으로 선발된 Velox를 공시하여 춘파성 검정시험을 실시하였던바 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 초장, 분지수, 엽수등의 수량구성형질은 3월중하순에 파종한구가 가장 우수하였다. 2, 생초수량과 건물수량도 역시 3월중 하순에 파종한 구가 증수되었다. 3. 조단백질 함량은 파종기가 늦어질수록 높았고, NDF, ADF, cellulose 및 lignin등의 조섬유 함량은 파종기가 늦어질수록 저하되었다. 4. IVDMD은 일정한 경향을 발견할 수 없었고 건물수량이나 가소화 건물 수량은 3월중ㆍ하순에 파종한 구가 높았다.

  • 최근 단경기 사료작물로 사초용 유채가 관심을 끌게 되어서(김등, 1986; 안등, 1989 ; 조등, 1988). 사초용 유채의 재배 면적 확대가 바람직할 것으로 사료되어 춘파성 시비량 구명시험을 실시하여 3요소 시비수준이 사초용 유채의 생육특성과 건물수량 및 사료가치에 미치는 영향을 구명코자 3월25일에 파종하여 수행하였던바 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 시비량에 있어서는 3요소중 질소의 비효가 가장 컸으며, 인산과 가리는 증비(기준량 6kg/10a초과)의 효과가 거의 없었다. 2. 질소의 시용은 16kg/10a까지 직선적인 증수를 나타냈다. 3. 3요소의 적정 시비 수준은 N-P$_2$O$_{5}$-K$_2$O = 16-6-6 kg/10a 로서 조단백질 함량이 가장 높고 NDF, ADF, Cellulose 및 Lignin 등 조섬유 함량이 가장 낮으며, IVDMD 가 높고 건물수량이나 가소화 건물 수량이 가장 높아서 유의차가 인정 되었다 ( P 〈0.05 ).

  • Recently, researches on oil crops Ln Korea were breeding on edible oil crops such as rapeseed sesame, peanut , periLla.Numerous varieties were released as a result of ective breedingworks on edible oil crops, that is 7 rape varieties including Yu-dal, Mokpo-11, Yongdang, Nozeogchae, Naehan, Yeongsanyuchae and Ch-eongpungyuchae (hybrid),5 varieties sesame including Suweon-5,9,21,Kwangsan99ae and Dabaekggae, 5 peanut varieties including Seodun-tangkonT,Yeonghotangkong, 01tankong , ShinpungtanTkong and SaedI-tanGkong, 3 periLLa varietLes including Daegu, Suweon8 and 10,res-pectively. This varietLes showed a good oil quality with high o-Leic and LinoLeic acids content, but periLLa oil seemed to be un-suitable for a edible use, since about 53 Percent of Its fatty a-cids was in the from of unsaturated LinoLenic acid.

  • 27 lines were selected for the cold resistant lines from the promising lines. The cold resistant lines were chiefly selected from Oro$\times$Norin 16, Oro$\times$Norin 20 and (Yudal$\times$Kongo)$\times$Yudal combination. The varieties of lately maturing showed cold resistantce. Transplanting treatment increased cold resistantce, and early sowing and drill planting also elevated cold resistance in the direct sowing culture. Plants to be cultured on soils with optimum moisture coutent showed higher cold resistance.

  • Environment friendly agricultural material products (EFAMs) in current market were evaluated for their insecticidal or acaricidal activities. EFAMs were evaluated against Tetranychus urticae, Plutella xylostella, Myzus persicae and Nilaparvata lugens in spray method. Several EFAMs indicated high control value in spray method. Hatchability of T. urticae was relatively high after EFAM treatment. some materials show high insecticidal activities against P. xylostella larvae but not against eggs. Few mete rials showed more than 80% insecticidal activities against M. persicae and N. lugen. The control value of more than half the materials for pest control was lower than 60%. EFAMs containing S. flavescens, neem oil and Rape showed higher control value.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a computer model for simulating the water-lit hium bromide absorption heat transformer (AHT) Including all major components and to find the flexibility in operation. The effect of source hot water temperature, cooling water temperature, useful hot water flow rate, cooling water flow rate and evaporator circulation flow rate were investigated. The coefficient of performance (COP), temperature boost $({\Delta}T\;=\;T_A\;-\;Ti)$ and concentration variations can be predicted. The performance study indicates that the performance of AHT increases for the waste hot water temperature increasing and with a decrease of the cooling water temperature. The effect on performances of useful hot water flow rape is significant except on temperature boost. Also the effects on performance of cooling water flow rate and evaporator circulation flow rate are small. It is shown that the computer program is valuable to predict the performance of absorp-tion heat transformer units at various working corditions.

Expression Patterns of Enzymes in Different Tissues of Oil Seed Rape (Brassica napus L.) Seedling (유료용 유채 유식물의 조직내 효소의 발현 패턴)

  • To investigate expression patterns of chitinase, ${\beta}$-1,3-glucanase and peroxidase involved in biological control of phytopathogens, three oil seed rapes (Capitol, Pollen and Saturnin) were used. Activities of the enzymes in old leaves were $9.7{\sim}11.8$ unit/mg protein in chitinase, $11.1{\sim}17.3$ unit/mg protein in ${\beta}$-1,3-glucanase and $0.6{\sim}1.7$ unit/mg protein in peroxidase. Activities of the enzymes in roots were $39.2{\sim}49.0$ unit/mg protein in chitinase, $49.9{\sim}62.0$ unit/mg protein in ${\beta}$-1,3-glucanase and $2.4{\sim}3.8$ unit/mg protein in peroxidase. Chitinase and ${\beta}$-1,3-glucanase activity were the highest level in Saturnin leaves and in Capitol roots while activities of those were the lowest level in Capitol leaves. Also, chitinase and ${\beta}$-1,3-glucanase and peroxidase activity were the lowest level in Saturnin roots. Active bands of chitinase isoform in leaves (73, 51, 40, 34, and 29 kDa) and in roots (100, 57 34, and 29 kDa) tissues showed in the SDS-PAGE gel. Active bands of ${\beta}$-1,3-glucanase isoform in leaves and roots (75 and 55 kDa) tissues showed on the SDS-PAGE gel. Active staining of peroxidase showed the strongest level in leaves and roots of Pollen. Active bands of peroxidase isoform in leaves (122, 114, and 93 kDa) and in roots (135, 122, 114, and 93 kDa) tissues showed on the Native-PAGE gel. These results indicated that establishment of expression pattern of enzymes in rape tissues could play as an important role with respect to resistance of plant pathogens in rape.
