The purpose of this research calculates the map manufacture cost and there are we even though we determine proper map price. We distinguished the budget item of NGI in 2003 with the direct cost to the overhead cost. A map manufacture cost classified a direct and overhead cost as a nap manufacture cost commonness cost and no relation cost and was calculated. The result to analyze the item of the charge, It is impossible to withdraw the map manufacture cost selling the map. This is because a map sale price inexpensive than the map manufacture price. We presented a two alternative in research to see consequently about a map price raising.

Since public awareness on the importance of sea is increasing, a number of states have ratified the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. However several problems on marine boundary making are raising due to the ambiguity of law and importance of sea area. The purpose of this study is to find a logical principal through overall consideration on decision of baseline points which is a criteria of maritime boundary delimitation. Accordingly, this paper considers the current status, problems and measures for marine boundary making and then presents an alternative on it.

We have investigated the deposition characteristics of (Ni0.8Fe0.2)20Ag80 thin films as a function of chamber pressure and nitrogen flow rate with scanning electron microscopy(SEM), atomic force microscopy(AFM), XRD and $\alpha$-step. The deposition rate of these film is decreased with increasing the chamber pressure and the nitrogen flow rate. With raising the chamber pressure, the growth mode of thin film is changed from island growth to columnar one, which is probably due to energy of atom. Contrary, the nitrogen flow rate is raised, growth mode is changed from columnar to island one. According to the XRD patterns, the preferred orientation is inhibited as the nitrogen flow rate is kept above 10 sccm, but that is nearly independent on the chamber pressure. When the chamber pressure decrease or the nitrogen flow rate increase, phase separation into permoally and silver is occured.

Globalization of Economic activities have increased Company's interests about International Logistics Management. Expansion of International trade depends on International Logistics which can overcome distance and time. In In-cheon, There are many small scale and minor Freight Forwarders take advantage of being linked with a port, an airport but their inefficient paper works cause raising of Logistics costs and losing of competitive power. In this study, we design a web based ocean forwarder information system for freight forwarder to solve these problems. So, this system will provide decreasing operation time, human resources, and accessing easily because of web based system, and finally decrease logistics cost and improve national competitive power.

Polynitro fullerenes were synthesized by reaction C-60 in benzen solution with a mixture of NaNO$_2$ and HNO$_3$. Hydrolysis of polynitro fullerenes in aqueous NaOH gave the corresponding polyhydroxylated fullerenes. Sulfonation reaction was carried out in pyridine solution of ClSO$_3$H. Infrared spectra of the resultant fullerene derivatives showed the characteristic IR bands, corresponding to absorptions of O-H, N-O, and SO$_3$Na functions. Electric resistivity and thermal transmittance of wool fiber absorbed with the water-soluble C-60 were investigated. Thermal transmittances of wool fiber were increased with increasing water-soluble C-60 concentrations, but electric conductivity were decreased with raising water-soluble C-60 uptake values.

The purpose of this study was to explore Korean divorced mothers' experiences with child support. The data were collected from 17 Korean divorced mothers who were divorced between the years of 2004 and 2009 and were raising at least one minor child. Data were analyzed based on the inductive data analysis method. Most mothers negotiated to receive child support from noncustodial fathers without experiencing much conflict with the fathers at the time of the divorce, but only five mothers received child support at the time of the interviews. The mothers experienced difficulties in receiving child support from the fathers under the child support policy in Korea that treated child support as a personal issue and provided little systemic support for child support. Regarding required parenting agreements, most of the mothers acknowledged the need to have parenting agreements but they still wanted voluntary payment of the child support from the fathers. The results suggest that it is necessary to expand parenting education for divorced parents to encourage voluntary participation in parenting and to improve the child support policy by introducing child support guidelines and enhancing child support collection systems.

The joining technology of the metal and engineering plastic is rising lately as the important issue in concerning with the method of reducing the weight and air pollution of the transportation structure such as automotive and vehicles. The metal/ plastic joining technology has been developed in 2 types of adhesively bonding and direct joining without adhesives. Moreover, in the direct joining method, there are 2 kinds of mechanical joining and welding. This review paper presents the present world wide status and tendency of the development of metal/plastic joining technology. This article intends to offer the materials for development and raising of the domestic metal/plastic joining technology.

The indonesian government wishes to increase farmers' by encouraging dairy farming. Since 1980, imported dairy cattle have been distributed on credit. Survey data from 1990 were used to study the average milk sales per cow and the economic parameters of dairy production of a sample of farm households on seven milk cooperatives East Java Province, in three agro-ecological areas, oriented to sugar cane, cassava and horticulture, respectively. in general, dairy production proved not to be economically attractive as returns to labour were similar to the rates for agricultural labour. The returns showed marked differences among the three areas studied. They were highest in the horticultural area. Analysis of the dairy units according to size showed a tendency for inputs as well as revenue per cow to decline as herd size increased. It is argued that a further increase in milk production in East Java can be stimulated by raising the farm gate price of milk, or by expanding dairy production into suitable, new areas.

Appearance of a new disease can be seen as a raising a question to the established medicine system. If the problem can not be solved, the established medicine system becomes a degenerating program. So, the process of discovering the nature of a disease and giving a medical explanation was studied focused on smallpox. When smallpox was infected in the begining, many were killed especially mortality of young people were high. It is a general process of contagious diseases known as an epidemic. When the plague is prevalent continuously, it comes to stay and becomes a pediatric disease called smallpox. Time of discovering the nature of smallpox and giving a medical explanation and the time that came to stay are correspondant. This process of medical explanation is a dialectical process.

Pathological and virological investigations were conducted on suspected outbreaks of infectious bursal disease (IBD) in a broiler farm and five pullet-raising poultry farms of Mymensingh and Tangail districts of Bangladesh. About 80 to 100 percent chicks were affected at the age of 26 to 45 days and mortality varied from 20 to 30 percent in broilers and 40 to 80 percent in layer chicks. Signs, symptoms, gross and microscopic lesions were typical of acute IBD. Several isolates of virus could be obtained by embryo inoculation and the virus was diagnosed as infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) by agar gel immunodiffusion test (AGID). The virus isolate belonged to the very virulent pathotype of IBDV causing 100 percent mortality in three weeks old chicks on experimental infection.
