철도신호시스템에서의 향상된 안전성확보방안에 대한 연구

  • This paper discuss advanced safety in the railway signaling system. The specified methods and HAZOP about Hazard identification and analysis of railway signalling system were studied, and loss analysis and ALARP model in order to calculate safety as a standard capacity were proposed. It was also resulted from Hazard identification, analysis and evaluation by applying advanced safety to the railway signalling system.

  • Railway system is consisted of various resources such as rail-line, signal, and railcar. It is necessary to efficiently utilize these limited and expensive resources as much as possible up to given line capacity. So far, we treat the line capacity as the criteria for evaluating investment alternatives or for restricting train frequencies, and this criteria is calculated statical and experimental numerical formula. But, line capacity has special attribute that changes dynamically according to operational conditions, so there is a need of new line capacity estimation system. In this paper, we present an improved systematic line capacity model. The proposed model has three main components ; TPS(tain performance simulator), PES (parameter evaluation simulator), LCS(line capacity simulator). The concept of each sub-component is described, including the evaluation method of capacity parameters. And capacity parameter evaluation and estimation results using sample line section data are presented.

고속철도 콘크리트 궤도 매립전 내 침투수의 결빙압에 의한 균열손상해석 (Finite Element Analysis of Concrete Railway Sleeper Damaged by Freezing Force of Water Penetrated into the Inserts)

  • 본 연구에서는 콘크리트 궤도 침목 내에 설치되는 인서트에 예기치 못하게 침투된 수분의 결빙압이 앵커볼트의 인발강도에 미치는 영향을 유한요소해석을 통해 고찰하였다. 3차원 유한요소해석모델은 콘크리트 침목의 현장실험 결과, 도면 및 레일체결장치의 제원 실측치를 기반으로 수립되었으며, 비선형구성방정식과 파괴 모델은 측정된 압축강도로부터 CEB-FIP 1990 모델코드를 이용하여 추정하였다. 해석모델의 적정성은 철도기술연구원에서 수행한 현장 인발시험 결과 및 실내시험 결과와의 비교를 통해 확인하였다. 다양한 인자, 즉 결빙위치, 앵커볼트 초기 체결력의 크기 및 콘크리트 압축강도에 따른 해석을 수행하였으며, 그 결과를 제시하였다. 해석결과에 의하면, 매립전내 침투수의 결빙력은 균열손상의 가장 가능성 있는 직접적인 원인 중 하나로 간주될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 외측매립전의 결빙력이 내측 매립전 보다 작은 것으로 나타났으나 그 차이는 크지 않았다.

고속철도역 환승시설 용량 및 서비스수준 산정 방안 (Assessment of the New Capacity and LOS of Transfer Facilities in the High-speed Railway Stations)

  • 고속철도역 환승센터에서 용량 및 서비스 수준(LOS)을 산정하기 위해 현재 인용하고 있는 설계지침은 도시철도역과 고속철도역간 동일하게 사용되고 있다. 하지만, 고속철도역의 이용자의 특성은 도시철도역의 이용자들과 현저하게 다르다. 대표적인 사례로, 고속철도 이용자들은 부피가 큰 소지품이나 교통약자를 동반하는 비율이 도시철도에 비해 높다. 이에 따라 고속철도역 환승시설의 규모는 도시철도역 환승시설의 규모보다 크게 책정되어야 한다. 고속철도역내 환승시설은 크게 보행이동시설과 환승편의시설로 대별할 수 있다. 고속철도역 이용자들의 특성을 반영하는 기법으로, 복합보행자, 복합대기자를 각각 캐리어 소지자, 백팩 소지자, 유아 동반자로 나누었다. 또한, 이들의 고유한 단순보행자 환산계수(PME : Pedestrian Moving Equivalent), 단순대기자 환산계수(PWE : Pedestrian Waiting Equivalent)를 개발 및 적용하여 고속철도역 환승시설의 새로운 용량 및 서비스 수준(LOS)을 제시하였다.

  • In the railway system, transportation plan corresponds to a m aster plan for transport services. This service plan must be constructed to minimize operational cost or maximize revenue considering transportation demands and resource capacities in the railway operation company, and it includes several sub-planning activities such as train operation frequency plan, train (schedule) plan, train capacity assignment plan, and rolling stock requirement plan. In these sub- planning processes, train can be con side red as a product for providing customer services, and customer demands and operational advantages must be considered. In this paper, we present an effect estimation system for the train capacity pattern in a train schedule, and the effect of capacity pattern can be expressed as minimum spilled demand, minimum train service cost, and maximum train revenue or profit.

  • Line Capacity is a criteria for transport capacity and is used to evaluate railroad investment alternatives or to decide train frequency when establish transportation plan. There are two methodologies to increase transport capacity of railway. One is to invest railroad equipment or vehicles, and the other is to improve operation efficiency through optimization. Such all efforts are intended to increase transport capacity by improving line capacity. So far, this criteria is calculated statical and experimental numerical formula. But, line capacity has special attribute that changes dynamically according to operational conditions, so there is a need of new line capacity estimation system. In this paper, we present a new estimation method of line capacity based on the probability simulation, and apply to normal railline section and special structured railine section.

  • There are many railway structures which were designed without conidering aseismic capacity. In special, masonry structures constructed long time ago should be reviewed about their resistance to earthquake. In this paper, technique to evaluate the capacity of masonry railway bridge is tried to develop by means of FEM analysis. In general FEM analysis program, 3-D solid element is used for masonry structures and response spectrum analysis procedure is tried. In addition, 3-D solid element has material properties equivalent to mortar-brick composite body. Used FEM program is ABAQUS-CAE.

서비스수준(LOS)을 감안한 고속철도 노선 및 차량관리방안 (A Study on Managing High-Speed Railway Links and Rolling Stocks Based on the Level of Service)

  • 본 논문에서는 고속철도 노선 및 철도차량의 서비스수준을 정의하고 이를 감안한 철도노선 및 철도차량의 관리방안을 제시하였다. 고속철도시설의 서비스수준(LOS) 등급은 A부터 F까지 6단계로 구분하여 제안하였다. 우선, 고속철도 노선의 서비스수준을 나타내는 효과척도는 열차지연으로 정의하였다. 구체적으로는 총 지연시간과 노선이용률 간 관계를 활용하여 서비스수준을 구분하였다. 추가적으로 노선용량이용율 (V/C)이라는 효과척도도 제시되었다. 한편, 고속철도 차량의 서비스수준을 결정짓는 효과척도는 차량 내 탑승 승객밀도로 정하였다. 좌석정원을 꽉채우는 수준을 LOS "D"로 정의하고 LOS A는 LOS D의 50%, LOS B는 LOS D의 70%, LOS C는 LOS D의 90%, LOS E~F는 최대 좌석수에 입석승차수를 감안하였다. 마지막으로 정부에서 정한 목표 서비스수준을 유지할 수 있도록 철도노선과 철도차량을 관리하는 방안을 제시하였다.

Tunnel 상부지반의 기초 지지력과 침하에 관한 연구 (The study on the bearing capacity and settlement of a foundation placed over a tunnel)

  • When a foundation on the ground with tunnel is constructed, the ultimate bearing capacity of a footing is reduced by tunnel. In practice, structure may bate a considerable damage because of large settlement. This study shows that the settlement which is caused by variety of the ultimated bearing capacity leads fatal damages to the footing above tunnel. Therefore, it is necessary to study on the reduction both of the ultimate bearing capacity which leads a failure and of tolerable settlement which satisfies the safety of the building. For this reason, the variety of ultimated bearing capacity was analyzed using tub-dimensional elasto-plastic finite difference method in this paper. As a result, bearing capacity of the foundation above tunnel should be determined after establishing limit of allowable settlement and considering reduction-ratio of bearing capacity.
