  • Network Access Control System that is one of the efforts to protect the information of internal applies to effectively control of insider and automatic network management and security. However, it has some problems : spoofing the authorized PC or mobile devices, connect to the internal network using a system that authorized users are away. In addition, information leakage due to malicious code in the same system. So in this paper, Network 2-Factor Access Control System based on RFID security control system is proposed for safety communication environment that performing a two-factor authentication using authorized user and devices to connect to the internal network.

  • We are entering into a era of enterprise computing that is characterized by an emphasis on broadband convergence, knowledge s haring, and calm services. Some people refer to this as the "ubiquitous" computing because its focus is on a high degree of connectivity between a company and its customers, suppliers, and channel partners. Ubiquitous computing technology, "RF" stands for "radio frequency"; the "ID" means "identifer". The tag itself of a computer chip and an antenna. The shortest metaphor is that RFID is like a bar-code but is read with an electromagnetic field rather than by a laser beam. Much has already been written about the use of RFID. But there is no has written about the use of RFID in the convention industry. Therefore this study have specific objectives as follows. 1. To give details on the use of RFID in convention. 2. To introduces the key concepts behind RFID technology. 3. To identify advantage & disadvantage of RFID technology using a BEXCO CASE study. 4. To study on ubiquitous convention using RFID and effective operation methods such as entrance identification system, session management, machine management, CRM management, visitor management, and contents management. This results provide into the current status of ubiquitous computing technology in convention industries. Specific advantages by using ubiquitous computing technology(RFID) are one-stop differentiate service, wireless internet service, use of visitor management system, entrance by tag, and U-logistics. On other side, disadvantages are security, stabilization of RFID system, higher price of RFID tag, and commercial scale. Convention by using of RFID technology is currently at an early stage. Convention company as BEXCO need to have the capabilities to adapt, to customize, to commercialize, and to modify technology to suit our circumstances.

Tag Mis-recognition Detection using RFID Tag Sensitivity in Logistics System (물류 시스템에서 RFID 태그 수신감도를 이용한 태그 오인식 검출)

  • One of RFID features is that each RFID tag has a unique identifying code. Logistic System utilizes RFID tag as location tracing, understanding stock or etc. On the other hand, there is a problem of overall lower recognition rate by getting the information of non-mobility tags with no need for reading. To solve this problem, we trace and analyze variation of moving and moveless RFID tag sensitivity by the hour. In analyzed data, we verify that tag sensitivity of mobile RFID is gradually increase while non-mobility tag has same intensity value. In order to detect mobile tag, we generate a function using Matlab with analyzed data and separate moving tags from non-mobility tags by software. As a result, we can confirm that non-mobility tags are detected by software and recognition rate of RFID tag is improved by separating moveless tag.

  • The RFID Technology (which is importantly used at the Ubiquitous environment) is attached to all of the units like the ID cards and then information on the units and units' environment is transferred and processed through the radio frequency. so it is the no touched recognition system. RFID Technology's research of the middle ware and wireless interface etc. is currently conducted and variously broaden like the industry of the distribution and logistics. This paper suggests that the gate control system which is based on RFID middle ware is realized to prevent the district and facility for security. The indication of this paper is that algorithm (which is to certificate Users' enterance through RFID EPC code) is proposed and realizes the user certification module, the control module of the gates' opening and closing, the maintenance module of the gate, the display module of coming and going information, test program ect. through RFID technology.

  • In this paper, we develope the Exhibition Grounds Management System utilizing the ubiquitous computing which integrates the RFID ubiquitous main technology, existing use technology Bar-code, the Mobile communication technology for IT main technology field. The developed system consists of the program for exhibition information. the visitor registration program, manager program and mobile program for the visitor's current location inquiry and the exhibition management. This system is realized and designed based on database, web program, mobile program, wireless telecommunication technology. The automation technology utilizing the developed RFID system and the Exhibition Grounds Management System integrated with the wireless packet telecommunication using the mobile telecommunication technology could have a ripple effect on whole information industrial application fields.

  • In 2011, Woosik Bae proposed a NLMAP(New Low-cost Mutual Authentication Protocol) in RFID based on hash function. They argued that minimize computation such as random number generation. In addition, NLMAP is safe against replay attack, spoofing attack, traffic analysis and eavesdropping attack due to using mutual authentication. So, when applied to RFID system has advantage such as providing a high level of security at a lower manufacturing cost. However, unlike their argue, attacker can obtain Tag's hash computed unique identification information. This paper proves possible the location tracking and spoofing attack using H(IDt) by attacker. In addition, we propose the improved a mutual authentication protocol in RFID based on hash function and CRC code. Also, our protocol is secure against various attacks and suitable for efficient RFID systems better than NLMAP.

  • In the field of network sense for the Ubiquitous environment, the technology of RFID is a significant part. Due to the real time processing of information and the property of network, RFID has been used in service field such as distribution, administrative control of physical distribution, remote measuring device, and security, instead of currently used bar-code. The management system of port facilities using the current RFID technology has the effects of reducing working hours and improvement in data processing, but it is not proper for human resource allocation since it is dominantly worked for physical resources. In this paper, we designed and implemented personnel control system using RFID of 2.4GHz in port facilities which presents a monitoring system for safety operation and increase of efficiency using RFID in order to overcome the limitations and problems of current port operation management techniques.

  • Radio frequency identification(RFID) system can identify an object using wireless transmission. RFID applications are numerous and far reaching. The most interesting and widely used applications are supply chain management for companies. Currently, RFID tags must be detached or killed for security and privacy reasons when tagged objects are purchased. In this paper, we present a new architecture that transfers information about products from the electronic product code information services (EPCIS) server of a company to an individual's personal purchases management (PPM) server when products with RFID codes are sold. It solves the security and privacy issues without detaching the tag. Moreover, the PPM server described in this paper allows customers to handle the expiration dates, updates, location management, and group management of products.

  • Mobile RFID/NFC linkage technology means a provision of integrated 2 existing mobile RFID services by developing the 900MHz mobile RFID reader and the NFC reader/tag into one SoC to be put on a USIM card. In this paper, the mobile RFID related technologies that offer similar services as NFC were also analyzed to understand the potential linkage to NFC and the requirements for the linkage. In addition, the introduction of dual tag and the code system linkage suggested a linking method to maximally use the existing infrastructure and the requirement satisfaction was analyzed. Lastly, based on the analysis, the future direction for the new standard design was suggested.

  • RFID is rising as a means which recognizes products efficiently and correctly. The use of RFID technology can reduce the expense of excess stocktaking, forgery, labor and improve supply network. RFID technology uses RF to recognize the products. EPC, a small tag, is attached to each product, which includes specific product information. Each EPC is only one and can recognize each product. If EPC tag moves to a specific location, the reader reads the tag, the data of which get to be stored in EPC information service, a data storage system. All services can approach EPC information service through web and whenever users demand services, they are provided with the data they want. This study shows an inventory control system is implemented by EPC information service.
