  • Recently, the development of computing technology and experiential content for the increased interest in education and cultural facilities to target children and young people experience learning and experiential entertainment systems require a high propensity to invest and are. In this paper, for the 13.56MHz band RFID Reader and Tag RFID technology using the proposed interactive educational globe. Active tags attached to sensors attached to the globe were presented in the RFID reader, arduino and sensors in conjunction with Google Earth COM API was constructed through the physical computing educational system.

  • The purpose of this paper is developing a PML server which is capable of saving and managing effectively the information of vehicles using RFID technology in the logistical and distributive environment. The PML server logs and manages the real-time static and dynamic information about the vehicles in EPC code format which is represented by XML schema and transmitted by the RFID reader to the server. It receives information from SAVANT the RFID middleware and transmits the data to the traffic information management application The main system we developed consists of the EPC data registry, query processor, data converter, vehicle product and instance data storage, system management tool and application API parts.

  • Recently, there has been much research to develope and apply RFID technology, which has a kcy role in the upcoming ubiquitous society, in many fields such as physical distribution, traffic control, medical service, and so on. However, there has been little research on a ubiquitous education or learning including 'u-Campuses' and 'u-Libraries'. Based on the characteristics of RFlD, this paper proposes a system for English learning required in globalization age. RFID tags and sensors utilize wireless communications to track the location and status information of the user to deliver English situated learning services. The current RFID-based system should use quite a different rniddleware, compared with a general-purpose middleware on server or desktop. The RFID system is used on a mobile PDA and consists of essential APIs such as reader and tag control, queue, and filter management.
