Zu den pragmatischen Grundlagen der Forschung zur indirekten Sprachhandlung (간접적 언어행위연구의 화용론적 토대에 대하여)

  • In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde versucht, eine $ad\"{a}quate\;Basis\;f\"{u}r$ die Untersuchung der indirekten Sprachhandlung dadurch zu schaffen, die das $Indirektheitsph\"{a}nomen$ konstituierenden sozial-kommunikativen Faktoren ans Licht zu bringen. Dazu $mu{\ss}ten\;zun\"{a}chst$ einige Unstimmigkeiten der Searleschen Theorie der indirekten Sprechakte, die lange Zeit in der linguistischen Pragmatik dominierte, auf ihre $Erkl\"{a}rungskraft$ sowie ihre Haltbarkeit hin $\"{u}berpr\"{u}ft$ werden. In dieser Theorie wird davon ausgegangen, mit einer indirekten $\"{A}u{\ss}erung\;w\"{u}rden zwei\;illokution\"{a}re$ Akte gleichzeitig realisiert. Diese Annahme beruht ihrerseits auf der Auffassung, dem Satz wohne eine $illokution\"{a}re$ Rolle inne, wie z.B. dem Interrogativsatz die Rolle der FRAGE. So ist die bei Tisch oft verwendete $\"{A}u{\ss}$erung 'Kannst du mir das Salz reichen?' einerseits aufgrund des Fragesatztyps FRAGE und andererseits aufgrund der ihr konventionell zuzuordnenden Funktion eine BITTE. Die Frage ist, ob dem sog. $sekund\"{a}r\;illokution\"{a}ren$ Akt, also in diesem Fall der FRAGE, der Handlungscharakter verliehen werden kann. Denn die Handlungsintention des Sprechers liegt eindeutig darin, vom $H\"{o}rer$ das Salz $\"{u}berreicht$ zu bekommen, und nicht darin, sich vom $H\"{o}rer$ etwa uber seine $F\"{a}higkeit$ zum Salzreichen zu informieren. Die schwerwiegendsten $M\"{a}ngel$ der Searleschen Analyse der Indirektheit liegen z.T. darin, bei der Bestimmung des kommunikativen Zwecks einer $\"{A}u{\ss}erung$ von den sprachlichen Eigenschaften des Satzes ausgegangen zu sein und nicht von dem $Proze{\ss}$ der gemeinsamen Sinnkonstituierung durch die Kommunikationsteilnehmer, wie etwa durch die gegenseitige Annahme und die reflexive Intention. In diesem Zusammenhang erweisen sich die-von Grice so genannten­partikularisierten konversationellen Implikaturen als das Musterbeispiel $f\"{u}r$ die Entstehung und Interpretation der indirekten $\"{A}u{\ss}erung$. Hier wird man vor allem - wenigstens auf der abstraktiven Ebene der Gegenstandsanalyse - der kommunikativen $Realit\"{a}t$ gerecht. Die kommunikative Indirektheit in der Alltagskommunikation, so $hei{\ss}t$ der allgemeinere Begriff als etwa die Indirektheit auf der $illokution\"{a}ren$ Ebene, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, $da{\ss}$ sie eine in besonderem $Ma{\ss}e$ partnerorientierte, kooperative und auf die $Intersubjektivit\"{a}t$ unter den Kommunikationsteilnehmem abzielende Handlungsweise darstellt.

Effect of Herbal Chokong Pill on the Microstructure of Liver Cell in Rats Fed High Fat Diet (고지방식이 섭식 횐쥐의 간조직에 미치는 한방초콩환의 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the herbal Chokong pill (hereafter HCKP) on the liver cell and enzyme activities of serum in rat. HCKP were mixed with pickled black soybeans and five different kinds of medicinal herbs (Rhynchosia nulubilis, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Zizyphus vulgaris, Atractylodes macrocephala K., Astragalus membranaceus and Cornus officinalis). Four groups of male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed by different diets for 9 weeks: normal diet (Nor), high-fat diet (HF), high-fat diet supplemented with 1% (T1) and 5% (T5) HCKP powder, respectively. Depending on the presence of HCKP in high fat diet, the activities of the blood serum GOT and GPT were decreased. GOT and GPT activities of T1 and T5 were decreased 6.1%, 17.8% and 25.4%, 32.4% compared with HF. On microstructure observing through the transmission electron microscope (TEM) of liver cell, in normal group, a normal large and clear nucleus, rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) and mitochondria possessing well-defined double outer-limiting membranes were found. However, in HF, it was hard to observe the microstructures in cytoplasm, because of too many fat granules. It showed severely damaged cell, pyknotic nucleus, swollen disintegrating RER and mitochontria loosing the cristae. In T1, there were more repaired liver cells and less fat granules than HF. In T5, there were much less numbers and smaller size of the fat granules than T1, and the morphology was similar to normal cell.

Composition of Phenolic Compounds in Hypochaeris radica L. Extracts and their Allelopathic Effects on Gramineous Forage Crops (서양금혼초(Hypochaeris radicata L.) 추출물의 화본과 사료작물에 대한 타감작용 효과 및 phenole 화합물의 조성)

  • This study was carried out to examine the allelopathic effect of the aqueous extract of Hypochaeris radicata L. on growth of three gramineous forage crops, tall fescue, perennial ryegrass and italian ryegrass. The result on relative elongation ration (RER) of gramineous forage crops treated with the aqueous extract of Hypochaeris radicata L. and the change of quantity generally indicated the inhibitory effect. The inhibitory effect was increased as its concentration was increased. As a result, it is ascertained that the aqueous extract of Hypochaeris radicata L. has allelopathy effect. According to the chemical experiment of the allelochemical substances in Hypochaeris radicata L. by HPLC, there are the differences at each part of plants. However, it is ascertained that there are eleven phenolic compounds, ${\rho}-hydroxybenzoic$ acid, chlorogenic acid, catechin, caffeic acid, syringic acid, salicylic acid, ${\rho}-coumaric$ acid, ferulic acid, hesperidin, trans-cinnamic acid and naringenin. Especially three phenolic acids such as caffeic acid, ferulic acid and naringenin were detected from all part of the plant.

Morphological Study on the Post-hatching Development of the Pineal Gland in Korean Pheasant (Phasianus colchicus Karpowi) (한국산 꿩 송과샘의 부화후 발달에 관한 형태학적 연구)

  • The pineal gland of the bird occupies a key position in the phylogenetic evolution of this organ. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the developmental changes of the pineal gland during post-hatching period in Korean pheasant. The pheasants were sacrificed at 1-day-, 1-month-, 2-month-, and 6-month-old after hatching. The morphological characteristics of a pineal glands were determined in all pheasants using light microscope, and transmission electron microscope. Connective tissue originated from the capsule divided the pineal parenchyma into incomplete lobules. The parenchyma was consisted of pinealocytes and supportive cells. These parenchymal cells were arranged in the forms of solid lobules as well as incomplete follicles. At the follicular lumen, membraneous lamellar complexes and blob -like structures were present. Pinealocyte, a predominent cell type, had euchromatic nucleus, and showed the segmental organization. The bulbous apical portion had scanty free ribosomes and occasional cilia associated with basal bodies. The constricted neck, transitional portion from apical to pericarya had junctional complexes with adjacent supportive cells, and had microtubules. Cell body contained abundant mitochondria, well-developed Golgi complex, rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) and free ribosomes. Basal processes extended from the base of the cell soma toward the basal lamina and contained 60∼90 nm dense cored vesicles. Supportive cells, another major type of the parenchyma, were characterized by the dense and elongated nucleus, and contained moderate number of mitochondria, RER, developed Golgi complex, free ribosomes and a few dense bodies in the perinuclear cytoplasm. Slender processes of supportive cells interposed between the pinealocytes and often bordered the basal region of the parenchyma. These results indicate that the pinealocytes of the pheasant are not rudimentary photoreceptor cells, and appear to have secretory function. Further studies will be required to confirm the morphological characteristics of pineal gland in adult pheasant during breeding and nonbreeding season.

Experimental infection of murine splenic Iymphocytes and grrnulocytes with Toxoplasma gondii RH tachyzoites (마우스 비장 림프구 및 과립구에 대한 톡소포자충 RH tachyzoite 감염 실험)

  • Toxoplasmn gonnii, an intracellular protozoan infecting many kinds of eukaryotic cells, has been used to experimentally infect macrophages, epithelial cells, fibroblasts, and various cancer cells, but rarely T and B Iymphocytes or granulocytes. The present study was performed to determine the susceptibility of murine (BALB/c or CBA) splenic T and B llrnphocytes, and granulocytes to infection trio T. gondii RH tachyzoites. The ultrastructure of the infected host cells was observed by TEM, and the degree of intracellular parasite proliferation was quantified using 3H-uracil uptake assay. At 24 hrs post-culture, the host cell cytoplasm was found to contain 1 or 2, or a maximum of 7-8 tachyzoites. Infected T Iymphocytes demonstrated a peripherally displaced nucleus, a parasitophorous vacuole enveloping the parasite, and an increased number of mitochondria. In B Iymphocytes infected with tachyzoites, RER was not well developed compared to uninfected B Iymphocytes. Uninfected granulocytes contained many electron dense granules, but T. gondii-infected granulocytes demonstrated a decreased number of granules. Based on the 3H-uracil uptake assay. the susceptibility of T and B Iymphocytes, and granulocytes, to infection with T. gonnii tachyzoites was fairly high irrespective of cell type and strain of mouse. This strongly suggests deterioration in the functioning of infected host immune cells.

Effects of Chitosanoligosaccharide on the Hepatotoxicity in Cadmium-treated Mice (키토산올리고당이 카드뮴을 투여한 생쥐의 간독성에 미치는 효과)

  • This research was conducted to determine the effects of chitosanoligosaccharide on liver poisoning induced by cadmium (Cd). Three groups of mice were used in this research. The first group was only injected with cadmium (5.0 mg/kg; i.p.) (group Cd) and the second one with cadmium and chitosanoligosaccharide (0.5% solution) at the same time (group Cd+Chi). The third one which had already been injeted with chitosanoligosaccharide (0.5% Solution) aweek before (group Ch7+Cd) was used. In order to investigate the inhibitory action of chitosanoligosaccharide on liver damage, enzyme activity in serum, glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) activity and glutathione reductase (GR) activity were relatively measured. In addition, histological observations were made to determine the morphologic injury of liver tissues. As the result of enzyme activity in serum, the activity of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in chitosanoligosaccharide-injected groups Cd+Chi and Chi7+Cd was lower than in group Cd. GSH-Px activity was sharply increased in groups Cd+Chi and Chi7+Cd compared to group Cd. GR activity was conspicuously decreased in groups Cd+Chi and Chi7+Cd compared to group Cd. As the result of light microscopic observation, liver cell necrosis caused by cadmium poisoning was obseved in liver cells. The finding of group Cd+Chi and Chi7+Cd was similar total on of normal groups. As the result of electron microscopic observation, mitochondria in group Cd showed a severe swelling phenomenon, RER fragment and ribosome dropout. However, in groups Cd+Chi and Chi7+Cd, mitochondria wiht high electron density were distributed and RER forming a typical lamellae with ribosome was observed. From these results, cadmium toxicity on rat liver tissues could be lessened by chitosanoligosaccharide.

Ultrastructure and Dehydrogenase Activity on the Differentiation of the Cerebral Nerve Cell in the Chick Embryo (II) (계배 대뇌의 신경세포 분화에 따른 탈수소효소 활성 및 미세구조(II))

  • To investigate the changes during the differentiation of the cerebral neurons of the embryogenic day (ED) 9 and 10, investigated the ultrastructural changes in the cerebral neurons by Electromicroscope, also cerebral protein, the activity of dehydronases (LDH, MDH and SDH) and changes of adenosine triphosphate concentration were analyzed, the result obtained are as follows. In the ultrastructural changes in the cerebral neurons, chromatin in 9 day-old chick embryos are comparatively distributed to even in neucleoplasm and could investigate very prominently that nuclear membrane is double-layer. Esperially, Rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) and Golgi complex are developed well, also polysome is investigated and synaptic vesicles were scattered. In 10 day-old chick embryos, chromatin evenly spread and nuclear membrane could be differentiated prominently. Rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) contain cytoplasm, mitochondria and Golgi complex are comparatively developed well. In 9 day-old cultural group of chick embryo cerebrum were separated 37 polypeptide bands and In 10 day-old cultural group of chick embryo cerebrum were separated 38 poly -peptide bands. The more culture time increase, the more the activity of dehydronases (LDH, MDH and SDH) increase. LDH activity was 11.07 (9th day) and 12.12 (10th day), MDH activity was 11.89 (9th day) and 13.44 (10th day) and SDH activity was 8.45 (9th day) and 10.52 (10th day) respectively. The ATP concentration degreesed 10 day-old cultural group than 9 day-old cultural group.

Effects of Squalene on SOD Activity and Histological Changes in Liver Toxicity Induced by Cadmium (Cadmium으로 유발된 간독성에서 SOD활성과 조직학적 변화에 대한 스쿠알렌의 효과)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effect of squalene (SQ) on the mouse hepatotoxicity induced by cadmium. ICR male mouse weighting about 30 gm were injected $CdCl_2$ (5.0 mg/kg) and SQ (180 mg/kg) into intraperitoneal. At the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 days, livers were treated with superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and transmission electron microscopical method and then observed with electron microscope. The results obtained were summarized as follows: SOD activity in the liver, Group A was higher than in normal. Group B was lower than in Group A. In the histological observation, nucleus of Group A showed irregular shape. Inner cavity of mitochondria swellen and development of cristae weakened. Swelling of Lamellae of rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) showed. Nucleus of group B showed normal shape. Typical lamellae of RER were observed. These results described above treatment of SQ decreased the hepatotoxicity of the $CdCl_2$ and SOD activity in the mouse liver, and then it suggests SQ may be effective for the recovery of hepatic cell.

Effects of Fructose-containing Drinks on Cardiopulmonary Function, Lactate Levels, and Inflammatory Markers during Maximal Exercise Testing (과당음료 투여가 최대운동부하시 운동수행력, 심폐기능, 젖산 및 염증반응에 미치는 영향)

  • The use of fructose-containing sports beverage drinks has increased in recent years, especially at sport events, because of their reported ergogenic effects. However, the ingestion of low to moderate doses of caffeinated energy drinks has been associated with adverse side effects such as insomnia or increased nervousness. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of fructose beverage supplementation on cardiopulmonary function, blood lactate levels, and inflammatory reactions. We recruited 8 young adult subjects from D university and measured their cardiopulmonary functions before and after supplementation with sports beverage drinks. We also measured blood lactate and inflammatory reactions after a 20 min recovery period. Exercise time, maximal oxygen uptake (V02max), and AT HRmax were significantly increased (p<0.05) in the period of before and after sports beverage supplementation. However, no significant differences were observed in RPE, AT RER, V02max RER, AT V02max, and maximum heart rate (HRmax). Lactate levels also significantly decreased after 20 min recovery with sports beverage supplementation. Sports beverage supplementation therefore may enhance maximal V02max and increase the exercise duration time. These drinks may also be helpful in promoting rapid recovery of fatigue variables and increasing exercise performance time.

Analyse der Struktur von Einleitung und Schluss im Redetext (연설문의 들머리와 마무리 구조 분석)

  • Aus kommunikativer Hinsicht wird die Textsorte 'Rede' als appellierende-persuative Textsorte charakterisiert, die eine bestimmte Aufbaustrukutur hat. Das klassische Schema der Rede setzt sich aus Einleitung, $Erz\"{a}hlung$, Beweis und $Schlu{\ss}$ zusammen. $Erz\"{a}hlung$ und Beweis, die sich in der Mitte des ganzen Textes befinden, sind verbunden mit einem Appell an die Vemunft und haben ein intellektuelles Wirkziel. Im Gegensatz dazu beabsichtigen Einleitung und $Schlu\ss$ jeweils als erster und letzter Redeteil das Erzeugen einer sanften oder heftigen Emotion. In dieser Arbeit stellt sich es in drei Textanalysen heraus, $da\ss$ die Einleitung darauf abzielt, die $Zuh\"{o}rer$ wohlwollend, aufmerksam und gelehrig zu machen, und $da\ss$ der $Schlu\ss$ darauf abzielt, die $Zuh\"{o}rer$ wohlwollend, gelehrig zu machen und zum Handeln zu ermuntern. Das Wohlwollen wird dadurch gewonnen, wenn der Redner die Zuhorer lobt oder ihren Ehrgeiz anregt, wenn der Redner den $Zuh\"{o}rern\;Ha{$\ss}$, Zorn, $Mi{\ss}gunst$ gegen den Gegner $einfl\"{o}{\ss}t$, indem er $\"{u}ber$ die schlechten Eigenschaften seines Gegners spricht, oder wenn der Redner den $Zuh\"{o}rern$ Liebe, Gunst und Mitleid $f\"{u}r$ sich selbst $einfl\"{o}{\ss}t$, indem er Dank, Freude und Bedauern usw. ausspricht oder den $Zuh\"{o}rern$ seine eingenen Tugenden, seinen Gerechtigkeitssinn, $W\"{u}rde$, Verdienste, Wohlhaben und Vertrauen zeigt. Die Aufmerksamkeit wird geweckt, wenn der Redner angesehene oder $m\"{a}chtige$ Personen in den Vordergrund stellt, wenn er zeigt, $da\ss\;er\;f\"{u}r$ das allgemeine Wohl $pl\"{a}diert$, wenn er ein Wertargument oder ein plausibles Argument benutzt, wenn er etwas Neues bespricht, oder wenn er letztendlich $ank\"{u}ndigt$, zur Sache zu kommen. Der Wille, sich belehren zu lassen, wird geweckt, wenn das vorher Gesagte anhand der Hauptpunkten und in aller $K\"{u}rze\;aufgez\"{a}hlt$ wird, um es den $Zuh\"{o}rern\;eine\;Erinnerung\;zur\"{u}ckzurufen$. Ermuterung zum Handeln wird geschaffen, wenn der Redner seine $W\"{u}nsche$ und Erwartungen usw. ausspricht. $Au{\ss}erdem$ sind rhetorische Mittel wie Ironie, rhetorische Fragen, Antithese, Wiederholung, Parallelismus, Klimax, Correctio, Metapher, Vokativ, Anspielung, Einschub, Hyperbel, $Aufz\"{a}hlung$, Chiasmus, Ellipse usw. $f\"{u}r\;das\;Gef\"{u}ge$ der Rede von Bedeutung. Sie dienen vor allem dem Zweck, den $Zuh\"{o}rern$ den Redeinhalt anschaulich, spannend und eindringlich darzubieten und damit die Wirkung der Aussage zu steigern.
