  • In general, contrary to the CRTs with impulsive emission, liquid crystal displays have motion artifacts such as blurring. ghost image, decrease of dynamic CR(contrast ratio), and stroboscopic motion due to hold type driving method. In this paper, to improve motion picture quality of LCDs. impulsive driving method of black data insertion was applied to the OCB mode which is well known for its fast LC response time and wide viewing angle properties. Subject evaluation was carried out with CRT, TN, SIPS(Super IPS). and impulsive driving OCB. Moving picture image quality near CRT was obtained in impulsive OCB driving mode

cAMP 신호전달과정을 통한 신규 천연유래물질 펩타이드 유도체의 미백 효능 연구 (Whitening Efficacy Study of Natural Compounds-Peptide Derivatives via cAMP Signaling Pathway)

  • MC1R의 길항제 역할을 하는 펩타이드와 tyrosinase를 저해하는 효능을 가지는 천연유래 물질을 유도체화하여 신규 미백소재를 개발하였다. 또한 이러한 새로운 기작에 의한 미백 효능을 평가할 수 있는 방법을 cAMP 신호전달 과정을 활용하여 제시하였다. 총 24종의 유도체를 합성하였고, cAMP assay의 결과를 통해 11종의 유도체를 선별하였으며, 선별된 유도체에 대하여 멜라닌 형성 억제 효능을 평가하여 본 평가 방법의 유효성을 확인하였다. 이 과정에서 RW를 서열에 포함하는 펩타이드 유도체가 특별히 멜라닌 형성 억제 효능이 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, cAMP assay는 MC1R의 antagonist라는 특정 타겟 물질을 디자인한 소재의 스크리닝 방법에는 활용할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 하지만, 미백소재로서의 가능성을 확인하기 위해서는 멜라닌 생성저해 시험과 병행하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

  • Extraction is the most important and tedious step to determine water-soluble vitamin C in water-insoluble chewing gum. For the rapid determination of vitamin C in chewing gum, a new method of dispersion in tetrahydrofuran(THF) was performed. Vitamin C was easily extracted from gum base using THF The content of vitamin C in chewing gum was rapidly quantified with high reliability by an enzymatic method using a chewing gum sample dispersed in tetrahydrofuran.

  • In this paper, as a part of the method improving stability, the load-flow calculation in D.C. power system and the models for stability analysis are studied with A.C-D.C. interconnected power systems transmission performed. Moreover, the theory is established in relation to each control method of D.C. power systems. Then the stability of A.C-D.C.interconnected power systems is compared and considered by the way of dividing the operating control method of the rectifier inverter converter into ACR-AVR, APR-A.gamma.R, A.alpha.R-ACR. The dynamics characteristic of terminal voltage, frequency, active-reactive power and rotor angle of the generator with disturbances and load fluctuations is considered. In addition, the characteristic of direct voltage, direct current, power and control systems. From this the comparative analysis of the direct current control method, the possibility of the stability analysis of A.C.-D.C. interconnected power system is considered. 디메틸아미노안트라퀴논계 분산염료와 아조계 모노클로로트리아진형 반응염료에 의한 P/C혼방직물의 일단계 날염에 있어 고착거동 (Fixing Behaviors of Dimethylamino Anthraquinone Disperse Dyes and Monochlorotriazinyl Azo Reactive Dyes on P/C Blended Fabrics in One-Step Printing)

  • The fixing behaviors of anthraquinone disperse dyes containing dimethylamino substituent, such as C. I. Disperse Violet 26(D.V.26) and C. I. Disperse Blue 14(D.V.14), or containing diamino substituent, such as C. I. Disperse Blue 73(D.B.73), and monochlorotriazinyl azo reactive dyes, such as C. I. Reactive Orange 13(R.O.13), C. I. Reactive Red 3(R.R.3). C. I. Reactive Yellow 2(R.Y.2) on polyester/cotton blend(P/C) fabrics were examined for the one-step printing of P/C fabrics. The high temperature steaming of $175^{\circ}C$ is the most satisfactory fixing method for P/C one-step printing with above disperse and reactive dyes among the four different fixing methods: $175^{\circ}C$ steaming, $102^{\circ}C$ steaming${\rightarrow}175^{\circ}C$ steaming, $190^{\circ}C$ thermosol, $102^{\circ}C$ steaming${\rightarrow}190^{\circ}C$ thermosol. $190^{\circ}C$ thermosol is unfit to fix R.R.3 and R.Y.2 whose heat stability is poor. It was found that D.V.26 and D.B.14 containing dimethylamino substituent are unstable for heat and alkali, but D.B.73 is stable for them to print P/C blend fabrics with R.O.13 which is also stable for heat. Therefore we found that D.B.73, R.O.13 and a pair of D.B.73 and R.O.13 were very suitable for one-step printing of P/C blend fabrics.

최적 비타민 C 분석법 선정에 관한 연구 (Research for Selecting The Optimized Vitamin C Analysis Method)

  • 본 연구는 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 vitamin C 분석방법인 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNP), indophenol, 그리고 HPLC법을 이용하여 시판중인 다양한 제품을 이용하여 보존조건($10^{\circ}C,\;20^{\circ}C$)에 따른 vitamin C 함량을 세 가지 방법으로 비교 검토함으로서 가장 이상적인 분석방법을 조사하였다. $10^{\circ}C$ 보존시 요쿠르트 A 제품에서의 vitamin C 변화 추세를 살펴보면, DNP법은 초기와 말기 TAA 함량이 각자 26.7과 22.8mg/100mL로 측정되었으나, 저장 3일째와 10일째에 오히려 증가하는 현상을 보였으며, 또만 indophenol법은 초기와 말기에 각각 28.6과 9.5mg/100mL로, HPLC법은 30.5와 14.6mg/100mL로 확인되었다. 그리고 본 실험에서는 indophenol법과 HPLC법은 일정한 감소 추세를 보였다. 따라서, 가장 이상적인 vitamin C 분석 방법은 HPLC법이며, 저장 초기에 간단하게 vitamin C 함량을 측정할 경우에는 indophenol법을 이용하여도 신뢰할 수 있는 결과를 얻을 수 있는 것으로 사료된다.

  • The world largest 21.3" LTPS LCD has been successfully developed using SLS crystallization technology. Successful integration of gate circuit, transmission gate and level shifter was performed in a large area uniformly. Uniformity and high performance from high quality grains of SLS technology make it possible to come true a uniform large size LTPS TFT-LCD with half number of data driver IC's used in typical a-Si LCD. High aperture ratio of 65% was obtained using an organic inter insulating method, which lead a high brightness of 500cd/cm2.

  • The purpose of this research is to introduce the new temporary earth retaining wall system using landslide stabilizing piles. This system is a self-supported retaining wall(SSR) without installing supports such as tiebacks, struts and rakers. The SSR is a kind of gravity structures consisting of twin parallel lines of piles driven below dredge level, tied together at head of soldier piles and landslide stabilizing piles by beams. There are three types of excavation wall structures: standard method for medium retained heights(<8.0m), internal excavation method and slope excavation method for deep-excavation applications(>8.0m). In the present study, the measured data from seven different sites which the SSR was used for excavation were collected and analyzed to investigate the characteristic behavior lateral wall movements associated with urban excavations in Korea.

  • A chemical vapor curing method(CVC) was developed to cure polycarbosilane(PCS) fibers by using cyclohexene vapour as a non-oxygen active reactant, instead of air in oder to prepare the silicon carbide(SiC) fiber with low oxygen content. A cross-linked PCS fibers by cyclohexene vapor showed a completely different variation in IR spectra in comparison to the air-cured PCS fiber. CVC method resulted in less than 3 wt% in oxygen content. In this experiment conditions, The average tensile strength and modulus of SiC fiber obtained by CVC had 1995 MPa and 183 GPa respectively, which is higher than that of SiC fiber prepared by air-curing process.

  • $Ga_2O_3$ is associated with the fabrication of thin window layer of solar cell. Usually, $Ga_2O_3$ is synthesized from Ga-metal oxidation method and GaN mono-crystal heat treatment method. We synthesized $Ga_2O_3$ powder using two methods and analyzed powder using latter method compared with powder by former method. XPS, XRD, IR analysis are conducted. XPS result, surface of GaN powder is almost oxidized to $Ga_2O_3$ at $1124^{\circ}C$ heat treatment and XRD and IR result, the inside of GaN powder is dramatically oxidized at $1124^{\circ}C{\sim}1300^{\circ}C$.
