This study was conducted to identify a relationship between Helicopter Parenting, Critical thinking disposition, and Learning Competences of Nursing students. This was a descriptive analyzed study, data were collected from April 3 to 14, 2017, study subjects were 208 nursing students in nursing colleges located C and I city, using self-reported questionnaires. The results of the study showed the mean scores of Helicopter parenting and critical thinking were $73.94{\pm}13.88$, $113.30{\pm}12.33$. And learning motivation, cognition, behavior were consisted in learning competence, learning cognition (F=3.62, p=.014) and learning behavior (F=4.07, p=.008) were statistically significant differences in school score. Helicopter parenting and critical thinking were a significant negative relationship (r=-.14, p=.043), according to critical thinking of learning cognition (r=.43, p<.001) and behavior (r=.42, p<.001) were a significant positive relationship. Based on the results, they were taken a baseline data for developing a Parent-Parenting Education Program to enhance on critical thinking and learning competence of nursing students and a Clinical Nursing Empowerment Program.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of uncertainty, hope and quality of life in patients with breast cancer. Method: The subjects of the study were 113 breast cancer patients treated at 3 university hospitals in Daegu and Busan from June 1 to September 30, 2003. Uncertainty was measured by the Mishel Uncertainty in Il1ness Scale (MUIS), Hope was measured by Nowotny's Hope Scale, and quality of life by Ro's Korean Quality of Life(QOL). Data was analyzed with the SPSS program by t-test, ANOVA, Spearman's rank correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis. Result: The scores of uncertainty were negatively correlated with hope and QOL(all p's<0.05). Uncertainty revealed that there was a negative correlation among subitems of hope such as confidence, relationship with others, possibility of future, and inner motivation(r=-.333, p=.000; r=-.230, p=.015; r=-.260, p=.006; r=-.291, p=.003). Uncertainty also showed a negative correlation among subitems of QOL such as emotional status, self esteem, and relationship with family(r=-.29, p=.004; r=-.326, p=.000; r=-.197, p=.044), whereas hope revealed a positive correlation among subitems of QOL such as emotional status, self esteem, relationship with neighbor, and relationship with family(r=.243, p=.011; r=.487, p=.000; r=.29, p=.001; r=.29, p=.001). The score of uncertainty was low in graduate school students and subjects using problem solving as a coping method. However, the score of hope was high in college students and subjects using a problem solving method, and the score of QOL was high in professionals. Conclusion: Based on the study results, breast cancer patients experienced living with uncertainty and maintaining hope. Thus the study's findings can be useful in directing a comprehensive nursing care plan to improve QOL of breast cancer patients.

Precise measurement of flowrate is considered as an important measuring factor in mechanical and chemical experiment. Although there are many methods to measure flowrate, Float type flowmeter is widely used because of its easy attachment to piping and high measuring precision. To design the precise float type flowmeter, much design information such as tapered-tube dimensions, float size, float shape and float material is required. In this paper, fundamental design theory for float type flowmeter according to the given flowrate range is suggested and compensation coefficients of volumetric and weight flowrate for water, R-113 and air are calculated.

An open problem proposed by Safavi-Naini and Seberry in IEEE transactions on information theory(1991) can be reduced to a combinatorial problem on partitioning a subset of binary matrices. We solve the generalized Naini-Seberry's open problem by considering a certain class of binary matrices. Thus a subliminal channel of r 〉 1 bit capacity is systematically established for Naini-Seberry's authentication schemes. We also construct concrete examples.

This paper proposes a object tracking method based on the local moments, or moment based on the local moments, or moment of some restricted area, in which the idea of the viewpoint and the visual filed corresponding to the local area of an image is introduced. Using local moment with the optimally controlled viewpoint and visual field, the target position and its breadth are estimated robustly. By two experiments, the validity of the proposed method is shown.

우리나라와 동남아국가공동체인 ASEAN과의 신선 농산물 수확 후 관리기술 분야협력을 위하여 ASEAN 사무국과 외교통상부가 지원하는 한-ASEAN 수확 후 관리기술 전문가파견 프로그램(EDP)의 일환으로 2007년 7월 15일부터 26일(11박 12일)까지 태국 농림부 산하 Postharvest and Processing R&D Office (PPRDO) 등의 기관을 방문하였다. 상대국내 신선 농산물의 수확 후 관리실태 및 유통현황을 파악하고 개선방안 마련에 대해 협력하고자 방콕을 포함한 태국의 중부지역 농산물 주산지와 도소매 시장, 농산물 유통업체 등을 돌아보며 전반적인 수확 후 관리기술 수준을 조사 하고 주요 신선 농산물의 유통현황을 중심으로 소개하고자 한다.

We define and study a concept of $T_A$-space which is closely related to the generalized Gottlieb group. We know that X is a $T_A$-space if and only if there is a map $r:L(A,\;X){\rightarrow}L_0(A,\;X)$ called a $T_A$-structure such that $ri{\sim}1_{L_0(A,\;X)}$. The concepts of $T_{{\Sigma}B}$-spaces are preserved by retraction and product. We also introduce and study a dual concept of $T_A$-space.

The purpose of this paper is to propose a production flow for 155Mbps transmitter/receiver optical modules. Compact optical module packages for use as 155Mbps optical interfaces are developed by implementing a self-alignment principle for the formation of V-grooves and solder bumps. on the bases of experimental results of two hundreds of receiver/transmitter optical modules, each steps and flows of our production are developed by production efficiencies.
