Let R be a commutative ring with 1, and A a unitary commutative R-algebra. By a derivation module of A, we mean a pair (M, d), where M is an A-module and d: A.rarw.M and R-derivation, i.e., d is an R-linear mapping such that d(ab)=a)db)+b(da). A derivation module homomorphism f:(M,d).rarw.(N, .delta.) is an A-homomorphism f:M.rarw.N such that f.d=.delta.. A derivation module of A, (U, d), there exists a unique derivation module homomorphism f:(U, d).rarw.(M,.delta.). In fact, a universal derivation module of A exists in the category of derivation modules of A, and is unique up to unique derivation module isomorphisms [2, pp. 101]. When (U,d) is a universal derivation module of R-algebra A, the A-module U is denoted by U(A/R). For out convenience, U(A/R) will also be called a universal derivation module of A, and d the R-derivation corresponding to U(A/R).

Let $D \subset C^n$ be a smoothly bounded pseudoconvex domain and let ${\bar{D}_r}_r$ be a family of smooth perturbations of $\bar{D}$ such that $\bar{D} \subset \bar{D}_r$. Let R be a commutative ring with identity, T(R) be the total quotient ring of R, and D be a ring such that $R{\subseteq}D{\subseteq}T(R)$ and D is a finite R-module. In this paper, we show that each regular ideal of R is finitely generated if and only if each regular ideal of D is finitely generated. This is a generalization of the Eakin-Nagata theorem that R is Noetherian if and only if D is Noetherian.

국가연구개발사업의 예산 규모가 증가하고 연구비 오남용 사례들이 끊임없이 보고되는 가운데, 연구비 지출에 대한 통제와 관리의 필요성이 제기된다. 그러나 연구비 사용에 대한 과도한 규제는 연구비 지원정책 본연의 목적에 어긋나며, 연구수행기관의 연구개발성과에도 악영향을 줄 가능성이 높다. 특히, 연구자금 확보가 절실한 중소기업에게 연구비 규제는 더욱 민감하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국가연구개발사업의 연구비 지원을 받은 중소기업을 대상으로 고정효과 패널모형을 사용하여, 중소기업의 연구비 재원과 연구개발성과에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 정부연구비 규모가 커질수록 연구개발성과가 높아지는 것으로 나타나 정부연구비의 효과성이 실증적으로 검증되었다. 그러나 민간연구비의 효과성은 분석모형에 따라 달라지는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 연구비가 재량적으로 집행될수록(간접비 비율이 높아질수록) 정부연구비와 민간연구비의 효율성이 모두 증가하였으며, 특히 민간연구비의 효율성이 상대적으로 높게 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 한편 민간연구비의 경우, 간접비 비율에 따라 효과성이 조절될 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 다양한 행정가치들(효과성, 효율성, 책임성)간의 상호작용을 통해 연구비 재원과 연구개발성과를 살펴봄으로써, 중소기업의 연구개발성과를 높일 수 있는 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다.
