Objectives : The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of foreign and institutional investors in the pharmaceutical industry on R&D investments. Methods : The empirical analysis was done for the years 2009 to 2013 which examined the period after the influence of the financial crisis. Financial statements and comments in general and internal transactions were extracted from the TS-2000 of the Korea Listed Company Association. STATA 12.0 was used as the statistical package for the panel analysis. Results : The results show that the shareholding ratio of foreigner investors turned out to have a statistically significant influence on R&D investment. No statistical significance was found in the shareholding ratio of institutional investors. Conclusions : The findings of this study, which indicate that a higher shareholding ratio of foreigner investors leads to greater R&D investment, indicate that foreign investors directly or indirectly impose pressure on a manager to make R&D investments for the long-term.

본 연구에서는 최근 융합산업으로 급부상되고 있는 산업을 중심으로 제도개선 및 융합R&D지원 측면에서 융합산업의 시장경쟁력을 강화시킬 수 있는 지원 방안들을 도출하고자 한다. 연구는 융합산업 이슈분석, 융합산업 경쟁력 강화 방향성 설정, 방향성 기반의 경쟁력 강화 방안 도출 순으로 진행되었다. 융합산업을 시기에 따라 도입, 확산, 발전 단계로 구분하였으며, 지원방안으로 전문가 참여형 융합R&D, 개방형 융합R&D, 맞춤형 융합R&D, 시장 진입 제도개선, 공공구매 지원방안을 제시하였다. 이는 융합신제품 및 서비스의 시장 진입 애로점을 해결하고 융합 역량강화 및 경쟁우위 확보하여 융합신시장 진입 유도, 시장 정착 안정화, 고부가가치를 창출하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Recently world industry trends is moved from manufacturing to service. As a result product-market ideology is central to the service enabler of the service. And value creation and delivery of consumer-oriented services as the core design industry is gaining popularity abroad. But the Service design to dispose of the whole process from planning to be done systematically is not yet established a clear concept. This study suggested problems of the current service design industry, service plans and strategies for the development of service design through open questionnaire and FGI(Focus Group Interview) for using service model methodology which is presented by HyeogIn Kwon et al.(2010). And we also consider 27 kinds of developing challenges for service design industry innovation by 6 sectors, such as workforce, R&D, legal framework, lay the foundation, knowledge service and collaborative service.

There are various characteristics called for in work roll and intermediate rolls for cold rolling mills. Among these characteristics, the two main requirements are to ensure the quality of the rolled products and to reduce roll cost. To achieve these needs, resistance to wear, to thermal shock and to contact fatigue are especially important. This paper describes that new material(named DSR1) for intermediate rolls which greatly increases rolling campaign and improves resistance to wear has been developed. DSR1 was successfully manufactured and has been used in the cold rolling mill. It showed that Trial product was homogenous in hardness distribution and sufficient usable diameter. Also in service test, trial product is much more excellent rolling performance than conventional $5\%Cr$.

In today's rapidly changing business environment, quality of responsiveness to customer requirements for short order cycles and on time delivery is becoming more important and considered as one of critical success factors in supply chain management. Yet despite its importance on reducing transportation cost and improving customer service, little attention has been given to the transportation planning system in Korea SI industry. In this paper, we present development of transportation planning system especially to deal with vehicle routing problem which has the goal to minimize the costs of daily transportation operation and to maximize customer delivery service. The system architecture with other enterprise application is presented and real-world constraints are well incorporated into the system by combining constraints programming and meta heuristics.

본 논문은 노인세대를 위한 고령친화산업으로서 노인여가산업과 관련된 정보기술(IT, CT)의 참여현황을 분석하고 노인을 포함한 소외계층을 타겟으로 한 '공공문화서비스' 분야의 CT R&D 로드맵과 현재의 기술현황을 제시함으로써 향후 베이비부머 세대 소비계층의 정보기술의 니즈를 충족시킬 수 있는 콘텐츠 기술(CT) R&D 분야의 정책적 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 고령친화 CT R&D의 수요측면에서 지식정보 고령친화산업의 성장과 정보통신기술, 문화콘텐츠 기술 참여 수요와 여가문화를 분석하여 디지털 기기와 서비스에 대한 중노년층의 참여현황을 분석하였다. 고령친화 문화콘텐츠산업의 기술 R&D 공급 분석에서는 문화관광부가 정한 주요 CT R&D 산업의 대분류 중 '게임'과 노인, 장애인을 타겟으로 한 '공공문화서비스 분야'의 기술공급 현황을 분석하였다. 고령친화 문화콘텐츠 산업의 기술 R&D는 창의적이고 감성적이고 경험에 기반 하는 소통할 수 있는 콘텐츠가 포함되어야 하며, 건강, 경제적 안정성과 정보의 공유와 같이 비 게임적 요소들에 대한 니즈를 충족시켜야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 IT와 스포츠서비스 융합을 위한 R&D 전략에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 국민소득의 증대와 여가시간의 증가 등으로 인하여 스포츠 참여인구가 증가함에 따라 스포츠산업의 소비기반이 지속적으로 확대되고 있다. 1인당 국민소득 2만달러 시대에 차별화 및 첨단화된 스포츠 소비가 확대될 것으로 예상되고 있으며 선진국 및 신흥발전국에서는 보다 다양화되고 첨단화된 스포츠상품 소비에 적극적이며, 고부가가치의 오감만족감을 느낄 수 있는 융합적 스포츠소비가 급속히 확대되어가고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스포츠산업의 발전을 위하여 IT기술과 스포츠서비스의 융합을 위한 R&D 전략 연구를 시행하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 영세한 국내 스포츠산업의 발전을 이루고 스포츠 정책 개발 및 국내 스포츠산업의 해외시장 진출 등에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 미·중 무역 전쟁과 일대일로가 촉발할 세계무역의 변화를 부가가치 기준 무역 통계를 이용하고, 사회연결망 기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 일대일로 무역 환경은 제조 허브로서의 중국의 위상을 견고히 하고, 유럽 서비스 산업의 위상을 강화한다. 둘째, 1995년부터 2011년까지 GVC 네트워크 내에서 영향력이 큰 산업인 미국의 R&D 산업과 도소매업 및 독일의 자동차 산업은 미·중 무역 분쟁과 일대일로 무역 환경이 반영된 2049년까지도 그 위상이 안정적으로 유지된다. 셋째, 커뮤니티 수의 증가를 통해 일대일로가 GVC 네트워크의 분화를 심화시킨다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 끝으로 중국의 전자 산업, 독일의 자동차 산업, 미국의 R&D 산업의 커뮤니티 진화 형태에서 주목할 만한 특성이 발견되는데 이는 각국 서비스 산업의 역량과 밀접하게 연관된다.

One of the core pillars of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is the innovation of the manufacturing industry. From the beginning, the 4th Industrial Revolution appeared in Germany under the concept of 'Industrial 4.0', which means a radical change in the manufacturing industry that can provide super intelligent product production and services based on artificial intelligence and big data. Since manufacturing innovation is a change in the industrial character of the entire nation, the initial role of government is important. Korea also has various policies related to the 4th Industrial Revolution, but there are still various problems to be solved. Therefore, this paper monitors and analyzes the public R&D projects of the advanced countries on manufacturing innovations in the background mentioned above, and through this, the policy implications are drawn.
