Shingled 모듈 적용을 위한 태양전지 전극 구조 최적화 (Optimization of Solar Cell Electrode Structure for Shingled Module)

  • The shingled photovoltaic module can be produced by joining divided solar cells into a string of busbarless structure and arranging them in series and parallel to produce a module, in order to produce a high output per unit area. This paper reports a study to optimize solar cell electrode structure for shingled photovoltaic module fabrication. The characteristics of each electrode structure were analyzed according to the simulation program as follow: 80.62% fill factor in the six-junction solar cell electrode structure and 19.23% efficiency in the five-junction electrode structure. Therefore, the split electrode structure optimized for high-density and high-output shingled module fabrication is the five-junction solar cell electrode structure.

Joint bibliometric analysis of patents and scholarly publications from cross-disciplinary projects: implications for development of evaluative metrics

  • In an attempt to develop comprehensive evidence-based methods for evaluation of the R&D performance of cross-disciplinary projects, a joint bibliometric analysis of patents and publications was performed for two industry-university-government collaborative projects aimed at commercialization: Hokkaido University Research & Business Park Project (2003-2007; 63 inventors; 176 patents; 853 papers), and Matching Program for Innovations in Future Drug Discovery and Medical Care - phase I (2006-2010; 46 inventors; 235 patents; 733 papers). Besides the simple output indicators (for five years period), and citations (from the publication date to the end of 2012), science maps based on the network analysis of words and co-authorship relations were generated to identify the prominent research themes and teams. Our joint analysis of publications and patents yields objective and mutually complementing information, which provides better insights on research and commercialization performance of the large-scale projects. Hence, such analysis has potential for use in the industry-university project's performance evaluation.

  • 유동 제어 시스템에 적용을 위한 디스크형 유체 소자 밸브의 성능해석 알고리즘을 수립하고 설계 변수들에 대한 민감도 분석을 진행하였다. 유입 유량 발생에 따른 챔버의 압력 변화와 디스크 거동 변화를 예측 하였고 설계 변수들의 민감도 분석을 위해 Scattering plot 기법을 활용하였다. 민감도 분석결과 유동 마하수에 가장 큰 민감도는 갖는 변수는 노즐 출구이며 밸브 응답 시간과 노즐 출구 모두에서 큰 민감도를 갖는 변수는 유입 유량임을 확인하였다.

  • Smart tolling, which improved the drawbacks of the existing high-pass system, was developed and built through the Smart Highway R & D project in 2007. In order to successfully introduce and spread Smart Tolling, it is need to analyze factors that affected by intent to use. This study conducted research based on literature studies and empirical studies, and developed a research model to analyze factors affecting the users' intention of smart tolling system based on technology acceptance model (TAM) and value based acceptance model. The main variables of the research model are service characteristics (convenience, reliability), technical characteristics (flexibility, stability), environmental characteristics (switching cost, effectiveness of policy) and intention to use. To test the hypotheses set in this study, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were performed using the SPSS 22.0 program statistical package and AMOSS 18.0. The convenience and reliability presented by service characteristics did not affect the intention to use of smart tolling service.

램제트 연료 적용을 위한 보론의 연소에 대한 고찰 (A Study of the Boron Combustion for the Purpose of the Application for the Ramjet Fuel)

  • 최근 기존의 통상적인 추진기관에서 새로이 공기 흡입 추진기관에 대한 관심이 커지고 있으며, 우리나라에서도 고체 램제트에 관한 기초 연구도 수행되는 등, 이 분야의 연구개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 고체 램제트의 연료에는 보론의 높은 열량 때문에 적용되고 있는데, 이 보론은 복잡한 연소 특성을 가지고 있어 이에 대한 연구도 많이 수행되어 오고 있다. 본 조사에서는, 램제트 연료 적용을 위하여 이러한 보론의 연소 특성을, 연구 개발되어 발표된 논문을 중심으로 하여 작성하였다.

  • Three dimensional flow characteristics in a liquid fuel ramjet combustor are investigated using PIV method. The combustors have two rectangular inlets that form 90 degree each other. Three guide vane is installed in each rectangular inlet to improve the flow stability. We made three cases of test combustors in which those inlet angles are 30 degree, 45 degree and 60 degree. Each combustor easily changes the size of combustor's recirculation zone with the replacement of combustors dome. The experiments are performed in the water tunnel test with the same Reynolds number in the case of Mach 0.3 at inlet. PIV software is developed to measure the flow field in the combustor and the accuracy of developed PIV program is verified with rotating disk experiment and standard data. The experimental results show that the two main streams from rectangular inlet collide near the plane of symmetry and generate two large longitudinal vortex, A large and complex three-dimensional recirculating flow is measured in the recirculation zone.

  • The nuclear design analysis requires time-consuming and erroneous model-input preparation. code run. output analysis and quality assurance process. To reduce human effort and improve design quality and productivity. Innovative Design Processor (IDP) is being developed. Two basic principles of IDP are the document-oriented desigll and the web-based design. The document-oriented design is that. if the designer writes a design document called active document and feeds it to a special program. the final document with complete analysis. table and plots is made automatically. The active documents can be written with Microsoft Word or created automatically on the web. which is another framework of IDP. Using the proper mix-up of server side and client side programming under the LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP) environment. it e design process on the web is modeled as a design wizard style so that even a novice designer makes the design document easily. This automation using the IDP is now being implemented for all the reload design of Korea Standard Nuclear Power Plant (KSNP) type PWRs. The introduction of this process will allow large reduction in all reload design efforts of KSNP and provide a platform for design and R&D tasks of KNFC.

종합병원 간호사의 공감피로와 소진과의 관련성 (Relation among Compassion Fatigue and Burnout in Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose. The purposed of this study was done to identify correlates and variables predicting burnout among hospital nurses. Methods. The participants were 172 nurses working in hospital nurses in D and P, K cities. Data on compassion fatigue and burnout were collected via questionnaire between May 2011 and July 2011. Data analysis was done with PASW 18.0 program and included one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Result. Compassion fatigue of participants in this study were shown to have high levels (compassion fatigue: M=58.34/115, SD=12.85). Burnout of participants in this study were shown to have poor levels (burnout: M=30.73/85, SD=6.84). The burnout by nurses was positively to compassion fatigue(r=.482, p<.000). The variables predicting burnout were compassion fatigue, total period of nursing job, nursing part and job period of present part. These factors accounted for 31%((F=20.39, p<.000) of the variance of burnout in hospital nurses. Conclusion. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to reduce compassion fatigue and to encourage compassion satisfaction among hospital nurses.

Assessment of Malignancy in Brain Tumors by 3T MR Spectroscopy

  • Purpose: To assess clinical proton MR spectroscopy (MRS) as a noninvasive method for evaluating tumor malignancy at 3T high field system. Methods: Using 3T MRI/MRS system, localized water-suppressed single-voxel technique in patients with brain tumors was employed to evaluate spectra with peaks of N-acetyl aspartate (NAA), choline-containing compounds (Cho), creatine/phosphocreatine (Cr) and lactate. On the basis of Cr, these peak areas were quantificated as a relative ratio. Results: The variation of metabolites measurements of the designated region in 10 normal volunteers was less than 10%. Normal ranges of NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr ratios were 1.67$\pm$018 and 1.16:1:0.15, respectively. NAA/Cr ratio of all tumor tissues was significantly lower than that of the normal tissues (P=0.005). Cho/Cr ratio of high-grade gliomas was significantly higher than that of low-grade gliomas (P= 0.001), Except 4 menigiomas, lactate signal was observed in all tumor cases. Conclusions: The present study demonstrated that the neuronal degradation or loss was observed in all tumor tissues. Higher grade of brain tumors was correlated with higher Cho/Cr ratio, indicating a significant dependence of Cho levels on malignancy of gliomas. This results suggest that clinical proton MR spectroscopy could be useful to predict tumor malignancy. 지상운영시험을 통한 ADS-B 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Benefits of Ground Operational Test using ADS-B in Tae-An Airport)

  • The ADS-B test is a program that is examining the use of ADS-B, especially CDTI for aircraft surveillance in Korea. The ADS-B project is to provide operational benefits to Air Traffic Controllers in the selected area and provide first operational experience of ADS-B in ATCS environment of South Korea. For these objectives, the ground station has installed in Tae-An airport, Participation in the Ground Test has been limited to 4 Aircraft of Hanseo University which are installed ADS-B equipment. Ground test is a test that is examining on the movement area of Tae-An Airport on the assumption that the visibility is below weather minia of the airport. This test have been experimented as pre-arranged scenarios. In view of the results achieved, it has shown that the volume of voice communication between controller and pilot are remarkably reduced. Additionally, as both pilots and air traffic controllers are able to see the positions of traffic in the vicinity of the aircraft, the test has demonstrated that it is possible for ADS-B not only to decline the controller's workload, but also to enhance pilot situational awareness in the near future.
