수주생산 환경에서 제조업체의 견적정보는 다양한 고객요구에 대응하여, 프로젝트의 입찰, 수주, 그리고 생산할 제품의 기초정보로 사용하는 중요한 정보이다. 이 견적정보는 고객요구, 제품생산 환경의 변화, 기술제휴사의 도면정보 변경, 그리고 제품의 기술 개선 등의 여러 요인에 의해 변경된다. 이러한 변경으로 인하여, 제조사가 고객의 요구사항을 반영하여 작성중인 견적정보에 다양한 변경이 발생한다. 이러한 다양한 변경요인에 따른 견적정보의 변경은 수주생산 기업의 입장에서 견적관리업무에 많은 부담을 주고 있다. 특히, 견적의 변경요인으로 인한 견적정보 변경은 고객중심의 주문생산 환경에서 고객의 요구사항에 의해 불가피하고 빈번하게 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 견적생성 프로세스를 기준으로 견적변경 프로세스를 제시하고, 일관적이고 효율적인 견적변경처리 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 견적의 변경이 발생하는 요인을 정의하고, 각 요인에 대한 변경유형을 정의하였다. 그리고 견적변경에 대한 발생 요인별 사례를 통하여 견적변경 프로세스가 견적관리시스템에 적용되는 과정을 보여준다. 또한 제안된 견적변경 요인, 견적변경 유형, 견적변경 프로세스, 그리고 견적체계 관리의 유용성을 보여주기 위하여, 고객 중심의 수주생산기업인 'H'사의 선박엔진 부문의 통합 견적관리시스템에서의 견적변경처리 기능 및 절차에 적용하였다. 그 결과, 견적변경 요인에 따른 견적변경 처리 및 관리가 효율적으로 수행됨을 확인하였다.

Today's manufacturers must respond quickly to customer needs. In particular, make-to-order companies are constantly striving to satisfy customer demand for products in order to secure more favorable conditions in the future through bidding. In this bidding process, quotations play a very important role in providing favorable conditions. And the most important content that companies strive to satisfy their customers is the product's performance. Therefore, a company can attract customers and secure economic profits through good quotations, but it can be said that the first priority is to match the performance of the products requested by the customers. That is, when a company creates a quotation, it is important to structure the quotation according to the performance of the product. Thus, this paper intends to present a quotation management framework and a quotation BOM information model for constructing quotations efficiently in make-to-order manufacturing. And, in order to prove the usefulness of the proposed quotation management framework, we presents an case of the construction of an quotation management system based on the JAVA platform. As a result, the integrated quotation management system based on the proposed quotation management framework and quotation BOM has been successfully operated in a make-to-order company that manufactures marine engines.

Nowadays, customer-oriented manufacturing enterprises such as airplane, ship, ship engine, etc are knowledge-intensive and higher added value industries. In these companies, to quickly respond customer's order, a quotation management is a very important task. But, this task is very complex, time-consuming, resource- consuming, and difficult process because it is related with many departments within a company. In this paper, for the effective and efficient quotation management, the concept of product specification framework is introduced because a quotation BOM (bills of material) can be created from product specification. Also, this paper presents the product specification framework based quotation management process and implements the quotation management system for the ship engine division of 'H' company, one of customer-oriented manufacturing enterprises. As a result, the proposed quotation management concept reduced a lead time of drawing out quotations from $3{\sim}10$ days to 1 hour. And, the constructed quotation management system achieved a rapidity, accuracy, quality, and workload reduction of the quotation management process.

The accurate quotation of Available-To-Promise (ATP) plays a very important role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fill rate maximization. However, the complexity of Supply Chain structure, which includes all the linkages among procurement, production, and distribution, makes the accurate quotation of ATP be a quite difficult job. This paper presents a computerized ATP quotation system in global SCM environments where the worldwide headquarter, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities are globally networked. We modeled the ATP quotation processes with the definition of required data flow and a comprehensive ATP-algorithm was newly developed. The illustrative example shows the efficiency of the proposed system is largely affected by the selection of alternative rules used in ATP-algorithm.

Major news organizations in Korea are often accused of intentionally conspiring to advance conservative agendas under the disguise of unbiased reporting. Critics suspect that headlines are frequently abused for a certain framing effect. The widespread use of direct quotation is cited as one area of the abuse in headlines. The present study is an attempt to determine whether the criticism is based on facts. We conducted two separate surveys. First, the headlines on three major Korean newspapers were compared with those on The New York Times, Washington Post, and The Times. Then, we collected from Korean and English speakers factivity judgements for the sentences containing a direct quotation. The results confirm previous studies that Korean newspapers engage in a heavy use of direct quotation in headlines. Moreover, the results partially confirm the popular perception that the common use of direct quotation is a recent phenomenon in Korea. Finally, the study finds that both groups of speakers consider direct quotations more truthful than factive sentences.

We can distinguish two different groups of 'fusion expressions' depending on whether the verb (-ko) ha- 'do' can be recovered from the contracted expression concerned or not: recoverable and unrecoverable fusion expressions. Many expressions belonging to the former group show alternations between the [da]-type and the [dae]-type: e.g., o-nta-nta and o-ntae-nta '...says... is coming.' On the other hand, some expressions like ka-ntae can only be realized as the [dae]-type. The main purpose of this paper is to account for these [dae]-type expressions. First, we assume that they have an inaudible/invisible quotation $verb\;{\phi}-$, which takes as its complement a verb phrase with a neutral speech-level ending. This quotation verb is derived from the quotation verb ha-. Second, we assume that the quotation $verbs\;{\phi}-$ and ha- have the [j] sound as their stem-final element, which means that these verbs are actually represented as ${\phi}-j-$ and ha-j-, respectively. In this system, the [tae]-type expressions come out naturally from the behavior of the [j] sound. We do not employ any ad hoc phonological rules to derive the [dae]-type expressions from the corresponding [da]-type expressions.

The construction cost estimates during the design phase becomes the standard to judge profitability and validity, and is very important in various decision-makings by project owner. However, since approximate costs are quoted when many parts are undecided in the early stage of project, differences are bound to occur between the construction cost calculated through approximate quotation and that put into construction actually. Also, since in existing quotation works, quantity calculations have been dependent on the staff's manual work, involving error potential, and thus differences are likely in quantity calculation depending on the quotation staff's method of calculation. In this study, the process of creating space model to deduce 3D geometry information for approximate quotation in association with knowledge information and the expression for calculation of finishing area were proposed.

Objectives : 'Maijue' is the one of the diverse quoted texts in Dongeuibogam. Maijue is mentioned 72 times. However, we don't know what note of Maijue exactly indicates. Methods : We derives 72 sentences, which is marked as Maijue for quotation in Dongeuibogam, and compared those sentences between Dongeuibogam and texts related to Maijue ; Cui Jiayan's Maijue, Chandobanglonmaekgyeoljipseong and so on. Results : 35 out of 72 sentences are from Cui Jiayan's "Maijue", 28 from Chandobanglonmaekgyeoljipseong(17 from headings, 6 from contents related to Zhang Yuansu[張元素], 5 from contents related to Li Jiong[李駉]). The rest of those annot be found in texts mentioned above. Conclusions : Maijue in Dongeuibogam as a quoting mark doesn't indicate one book and Dongeuibogam used one single mark, 'Maijue' even though Dongeuibogam quoted several texts, which names were related to Maijue.

Objective : Wangbing annotated "Suwen" through the method of book-quotation. "Lingshu" is the one in quotation. It is objective that "Lingshu" quotated by Wangbing and existing "Lingshu" are identical. Method : "Lingshu" quotated by Wangbing and existing "Lingshu" are compared. Result : 5 quotations out of 94 quotations of "Lingshu" are not in existing "Lingshu", 11 quotations are different and 5 quotations are from "Suwen". Conclusion : It is supposed that several types of "Lingshu" could be existed when Wangbing wrote annotated "Suwen".

After free trade, it is increasing to import crops, aquatic products, and livestock which are produce in a foreign land. But it is affect negatively to trust relationships and markets of Jeju's foods because of breaking it out that foreign productions exchange domestic. Therefore, this paper designed and implemented the Genuine Quotation system of Black pigs using UHF RFID. This system is developed for distinguishing spuriousness, then searching information of the product through EPC ONS in EPCIS to print within a screen. Moreover, this intuitional and efficient system is constructed by connecting various sensors and lights. It can be contributed income increase thorough the security for the quality authority of the agricultural & stockbreeding products with FCS, FCG Certificate and the genuine certificate of the black pig which is the one of most typical agricultural & stockbreeding products in the pure Green Province, Jeju.
