TV에 나타난 농업분야 방송 뉴스 도식 (A Study on the News Scheme of the Agricultural Broadcasting News)

  • The purpose of the study was to analyze agricultural and rural news in mass media reporting. This study analyzed the representation of agricultural and rural news of Korean Broadcasting System (KBS), established in 1947 as a public service broadcaster and the Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS), established in 1990 as a private service broadcaster in Korea. There has been criticisms of isolated and anecdotal reporting of agricultural and rural issues, thus, leading to negative public perception mainly influenced by mass media even though there has been increases in the publicity activities regards agricultural policies in the KBS and SBS broadcasting news. This study was designed to reveal the merits of the preceding criticisms. For this purpose, a total of 437 news items issued between September 2004 and August 2005 were analyzed via content and framing analysis research methodologies. The major findings and conclusions of the study were as follows: 1. Content analysis of agricultural and rural news revealed that the lack of relative quantity and 'in-depth analysis' in agricultural reporting and the thematic concentration on negative news and flash events were the most prominent characteristics of Korean broadcasting news. 2. The quantity of agricultural news was relatively insufficient and qualitatively superficial and stereotyped lacking in comprehensive understanding of agricultural and rural issues and inclined toward flash events and crisis-oriented. Based on the findings and conclusions, following recommendations are offered; 1) Agricultural institutions should consider changing the images of rural society and farmers implementing agricultural and rural policies in the future, and perception of the general public should be considered in reporting agricultural and rural news. 2) Further research should be conducted to provide practical implications for the broadcast media on the agricultural information system.

A Real-Time MAC Protocol with Extended Backoff Scheme for Wireless Sensor Networks

  • Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are formed by a great quantity of sensor nodes, which are consisted of battery-powered and some tiny devices. In WSN, both efficient energy management and Quality of Service (QoS) are important issues for some applications. Real-time services are usually employed to satisfy QoS requirements in critical environment. This paper proposes a real-time MAC (Medium Access Control) protocol with extended backoff scheme for wireless sensor networks. The basic idea of the proposed protocol employs (m,k)-firm constraint scheduling which is to adjust the contention window (CW) around the optimal value for decreasing the dynamic failure and reducing collisions DBP (Distant Based Priority). In the proposed protocol, the scheduling algorithm dynamically assigns uniform transmitting opportunities to each node. Numerical results reveal the effect of the proposed backoff mechanism.

GIS와 GPS를 이용한 배달/수거 물류관리시스템 (A Pickup/Delivery Management System Using Geographic Information System and Global Positioning System)

  • This paper considers a door-to-door service system in which pickups or deliveries are performed by a trip of a single vehicle. Each customer request specifies the quantity of the load transported, the location, and the time window within which it is to be picked up or delivered. Since the system is demand responsive, i.e., new or emergent requests become available in real-time, the current vehicle route has to be reconstructed to include these requests. In this case, only continuous vehicle tracking enables control over the requests and ensures that the requests are satisfied on time. This paper suggests a pilot pickup/delivery management system integrating a geographic information system(GIS) and a global position system(GPS) to efficiently deal with such a dynamic environment. The GIS offers a way of displaying the vehicle route on digital maps for the region under concerned. Also displayed is the current location of the vehicle obtained from the GPS. A heuristic algorithm is used to dynamically determine the vehicle route. A practical example is provided to show the feasibility of the system.

  • 본 논문에서 근거리 통신망에서의 정보보호 취약성, 요구 서비스, 정보보호 적용대안에 대하여 정리하고, 근거리 통신망에 적합한 새로운 키이 분배 방식을 제안하였다. 제안된 방식은 Time Quantum을 암호화 키이에 적용하여 암호화 키이 사용시간과 키이를 이용한 암호화 메시지 양을 제한하였다. 제안된 방식은 키이 concurrency와 상대방에 대한 인증을 더욱 확실하게 할 수 있으며, 프레임 단위 도청으로 인하여 암호화 키이 노출이 발생하더라도 전체 전송 메시지의 내용을 알 수 없으므로 정보보호 및 안정성을 더욱 강화하는 특징을 갖도록 하였다.

  • The research was carried out at the electronic Gw-mart located at Gangwon province. The secondary data and the various other reference materials were used for the research. This research brings forth the concrete activation plan for the activation of an electronic market in the Gangwon province. So, the activation plan for an e-market at Gang won can be done in six ways, first result of the undertaken research achieved in six ways- first, concentration has to be laid on the internet portal sites, second, the local sites should be well connected with the shopping mall facilities, third, a trustworthy shopping mall has to be established by maintains the product quality and quantity, fourth, a visible distinction should be made between the various products, fifth, the division of labor must be specified and a provisions should be made for a efficient after service.

장애인활동 지원제도에 관한 한·일 비교 -장애인의 자기결정권 보장을 중심으로- (Comparative Study on the Personal Assistance System for Persons with Disabilities in South Korea and Japan -Focusing on Self-Determination of People with Disabilities -)

  • 사회가 발전함에 따라 장애복지정책도 장애인의 권리를 보장하기 위한 방향으로 발전하고 있으며 활동보조서비스는 장애인들의 자기결정권을 보장하는 주요 제도이다. 이번 연구의 목적은 한국의 장애인활동 지원제도의 발전방안을 모색하기 위해 한국과 일본의 제도를 비교분석하기 위한 것이다. 비교분석은 신청 자격기준, 정보제공, 지원내용(서비스의 양과 종류 및 지급기관), 이의 신청 제도, 경제적 부담능력 등과 같은 제도 현황을 중심으로 비교분석하였다. 조사 결과에 따르면 한국의 활동지원제도는 이용자의 필요욕구 보다는 행정 중심적으로 이루어지고 있었으며 서비스 시간과 서비스 유형이 개인의 활동지원 필요성에 의하여 이루어 지고 있지 못한 상태에 있었다. 반면, 일본의 활동지원제도는 자립생활의 이념에 맞춰 제공되고 있으며 자기결정권과 서비스 선택권에 의해 서비스가 계획되고 제공되고 있었다. 한국의 장애인활동 지원제도의 발전을 위해서는 첫째, 활동지원제도는 자립생활의 이념에 맞춰 제공되어야 한다. 이는 활동지원서비스의 이념이 장애인의 자기결정권과 선택권을 기초로 하고 있기 때문이다. 둘째, 신청 자격기준, 정보제공, 지원내용, 이의 신청 제도, 경제적 부담능력 등을 분석한 결과 한국의 장애인활동 지원제도는 전반적으로 재검토가 필요하다. 셋째, 한국의 활동지원제도의 효율성 및 정착을 위해 일본제도와 같이 상담지원(사례관리)체계의 도입이 필요하다. 이는 사례관리체계를 통해 활동지원의 양과 서비스 유형이 체계화되면서 장애인들의 사회참여의 기회가 확대될 것이기 때문이다.

인천항 VTS의 효율적인 운영방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Operation of VTS in Inchon)

  • Many Countries have made efforts to assist ships navigate accurately , safely and expeditiously for the safety control against increasing marine traffic , in their coastal waters. However, they are exposed in spite of these efforts,to risks of casulaties and marine polluation caused by traffic congestion when ships are navigating through waterways approaches to ports or harbors and in narrow fairways. Therefore, efficient control of VTS in Port is necessary nowadays to provide ships with necessary service , which interacts with shipping and organize the flow of traffic so as to maximize the efficiency of the port or harbor while minimizing the risk of accident and environmental pollution. Even though the navigation condition of ships is very inferior compared to other ports in Korea, such as the big difference between the ebb and flood tide, the frequent fog, the narrow fairway , the density of navigation traffic in Inchon Port is high and transportation quantity of dangerous cargoe increases gradually. In cosideration of the characteristics of natural circumstance and traffic circumstance the VTS established newly in Inchon port have to operate efficiently. The purpose of this study is to help efficient operation of VTS in Inchon port by accomplishing both the literature research and questionnaire survey. Questionnaire survey was read to the VTS personnel in Inchon Port and customer familiar to Inchon Port such as ship navigators, pilots, shipping companies and so on. Most of ship navigators who occupy half of the respondents are Korean Officer who had responded while they were calling at Inchon port. The conclusions and recommendations includes ; First, the service area should be extended over Designated area to provide the vessel with navigational assistance service regarding the information of traffic congestion area, fishing boat and small ship's activities. Second, the types of information service to be offered are ship's movement and weather condition inthe vicinity of the port and state of fairway in the approaching channel to thte fairway. Third, VTS personnel should be upgraded by the on-the-job training and continuous simulation training as well as supplement of the qualified personnel for VTS operation. Fourth , the Harbor Master System to be introduced for safe navigation and efficient port operation.

LSTM 인공신경망을 이용한 자동차 A/S센터 수리 부품 수요 예측 모델 연구 (A Study on the Demand Prediction Model for Repair Parts of Automotive After-sales Service Center Using LSTM Artificial Neural Network)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to identifies the demand pattern categorization of repair parts of Automotive After-sales Service(A/S) and proposes a demand prediction model for Auto repair parts using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) of artificial neural networks (ANN). The optimal parts inventory quantity prediction model is implemented by applying daily, weekly, and monthly the parts demand data to the LSTM model for the Lumpy demand which is irregularly in a specific period among repair parts of the Automotive A/S service. Design/methodology/approach This study classified the four demand pattern categorization with 2 years demand time-series data of repair parts according to the Average demand interval(ADI) and coefficient of variation (CV2) of demand size. Of the 16,295 parts in the A/S service shop studied, 96.5% had a Lumpy demand pattern that large quantities occurred at a specific period. lumpy demand pattern's repair parts in the last three years is predicted by applying them to the LSTM for daily, weekly, and monthly time-series data. as the model prediction performance evaluation index, MAPE, RMSE, and RMSLE that can measure the error between the predicted value and the actual value were used. Findings As a result of this study, Daily time-series data were excellently predicted as indicators with the lowest MAPE, RMSE, and RMSLE values, followed by Weekly and Monthly time-series data. This is due to the decrease in training data for Weekly and Monthly. even if the demand period is extended to get the training data, the prediction performance is still low due to the discontinuation of current vehicle models and the use of alternative parts that they are contributed to no more demand. Therefore, sufficient training data is important, but the selection of the prediction demand period is also a critical factor.

  • 인터넷의 전자상거래, 응용서비스가 보편화되고 중요문서나 주문정보 등 개인정보가 네트워크상에서 교환되면서 송ㆍ수신자의 적법성과 정보의 무결성을 위해 허락된 사용자만이 자원에 접근할 수 있는 절차가 필요하다. 서버자원에 접근하는 사용자를 통제하고 클라이언트들을 식별하기 위해서는 인증서비스를 통해서 가능하다. 특히 분산환경에서는 공개키 암호시스템을 기반으로 구현되어야 여러 사용자들에게 동시에 편리성과 안전성을 보장할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 PKI기반의 X.509와 DNS를 연관하여 디렉토리 인증을 통한 영역간 서비스를 제공하는 메커니즘을 설계하였다.

퍼지제어 알고리즘을 이용한 선박의 자율운항 시스템 설계 (Design of The Autopilot System of vessel using Fuzzy Algorithm)

  • 선박 자율운항 시스템은 운항 안전성 확보, 운항능률의 향상, 선내 노동력 감소 및 작업환경 개선에 목표로 두고 있으며, 궁극적으로는 운항 경제성 확보를 통한 승선 인원의 최소화에 그 목적이 있다. 최근에는 적응제어방법 등을 응용하여 선박의 다양한 비선형성을 보상하고 선박의 회두각 유지제어, 항로 추적제어, 롤-타각제어, 선박 위치제어, 선박 자동접이안 등의 분야에 관한 연구가 수행중이며 실제 선박을 대상으로 한 응용연구가 진행 중에 있다. 선박의 Steering Machine에 의해 조정되는 Rudder angle과 선박의 회두각의 관계와 Load Condition은 선박운항 파라메터에 영향을 주는 비선형적인 요소로서 작용한다. 또한 외란 요소인 파도의 유속과 방향, 풍속과 풍량 등은 선박의 운항을 힘들게 하는 주요 요인이 된다. 따라서 선박 자율운항 시스템에는 다양한 비선형성을 극복할 수 있는 강인한 제어 알고리즘을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 퍼지 알고리즘을 이용하여 선박의 비선형적인 요인 및 외란을 극복할 수 있는 선박 자율운항 시스템을 설계하고 시뮬레이션을 통행 제안된 알고리즘의 우수성을 확인하였다.
