This study empirically investigates the effects of urban open space on outdoor leisure activities, emphasizing that parks, river banks, and physical activity sites can provide opportunities such as walking, jogging, stretching, and cycling, free of charge to all residents. Based on 2010 sample survey data on leisure activities, multiple regression model as well as hierarchical linear model are estimated, taking account of both individual characteristics on demand and environmental/areal factors on supply side, including open space. Major findings include: first, urban open space significantly increases residents' outdoor leisure activities, second, the effect is more significant for the elderly and third, the effect is more valid for those with relatively low incomes and less education. These results imply that urban open space could be available as a local public good to cope with population aging and to realize health city and social welfare, since this space is not only a leisure place but also public health and welfare facilities.

  • Today, labor unions have become more serious and have more critical roles in the IT industry. Labor union should enhance the quality of working life in an organization. It is the most important role of the union to satisfy employees. When a labor union enriches its roles, members have a positive attitude to the union. Hence, workers will be more satisfied and make more positive results. Moreover, although members have positive attitudes to the union, when labor and capital have a negative relationship, workers do not make the best performance. Furthermore, although unions and the companies work in close cooperation, when members have a negative attitude to the labor union, workers' performance will also decline. Hence, a positive attitude to labor unions and union-management relations has a mutual benefit for performance. This study explains these relationships with the effect of attitudes to labor unions (satisfaction, trust, and commitment) on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, and the moderate effect of union- management cooperation. The purpose of this study is to suggest that labor unions should have a positive relationship with management and win members' recognition in the IT field.

Two hundred forty nurses working in 11 hospitals for the elderly located in G, N, C city were surveyed. They were asked to complete three questionnaires: one on death recognition, one on terminal care stress, and a final one on terminal care performance. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise regression using SAS 9.1. The findings suggest that the nurses' own mental and occupational stress was the cause of many difficulties in the practice of end-of-life care, where the nurse will often experience the death patients, which results in increased dysentery stress. There was a negative correlation between species stress and terminal care performance. Death recognition and terminal care stress were correlated with terminal care performance. Therefore, it is suggested that terminal care should be performed considering the longevity of the careers career and their death tendency. Further to this study, it is necessary to find out how to reduce stress and to evaluate other variables affecting the care of the patient.

And it is possible to utilize to measure and monitor about the place of environmental pollution which is difficult for human to install. It's studied constantly since it be able to compose easily more subminiature, low-power, low-cost than previous one. And also it spotlights an important field of study, graft the green IT and IT of which the environment and IT unite stragically onto the Network. The problem for the air pollution in the office or the indoor except a specific working area is the continuously issue since the human beings have lived in the dwelling facilities. Measures for that problem are urgently needed. It's possible to solve for the freshair of outside with enough ventilation but that is the awkward situation to be managed by person.
