외식업체 조리 기술지원 및 경영 컨설팅을 통한 경영성과 향상에 관한 연구: 경기지역 레스토랑을 중심으로 (A Study on the Management Performance Improvement through Cooking Skills Support and Management Consulting for Restaurants: Focused on Restaurants in Gyeonggi Province)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of 30 restaurants targeted for customized-visit consulting. For this process, experts visited restaurants and conducted consulting to improve the effectiveness of management for restaurants. A frequency analysis was used for general details, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to consult employees and customer groups. The analysis and consulting results were as follows: Firstly,menu need to be improved through restaurants' sanitary state and menu quality improvement. New menu should be developed through continuous training for restaurant operators, the relevant organizations, and cooking skill experts. Secondly, restaurants' cooking skill and knowledge should be secured by training of restaurant operators from the relevant organizations and experts to acquire cooking skills. In conclusion, restaurants' capability needs to be consolidated through persistent and cyclical process to maintain competitive menus and cooking skills. The results also showed that employee group's MOT, foods, menu, and facility education/training should be fortified. In order to reinvigorate the restaurant industry, marketers need to offer continuous education/training and consulting for employees to improve their satisfaction.

전문가의 물리 문제 풀이 방략 가시화 연습에 의한 대학생의 질문 향상 (Improvement in University Freshmen's Questioning by Explicit Practice of Experts' Physics Problem Solving Strategies)

  • 본 연구에서는 바람직한 질문의 일반적인 예를 제시하고 질문 만들기를 연습시킴으로써 학생 질문의 양과 질의 향상을 기대한 종전의 연구와 달리 적절한 물리 연습 문제 풀이를 통해서 학생의 질문이 향상될 것을 가정하였다. 이 연습에서는 전문가가 물리 문제를 풀 때 사용하는 방략을 단계적인 문제 풀이 안내의 형태로 구성하였는데 각 단계에서 조작적인 지시 사항을 사용하여 학생에게 기대되는 행동을 명시적으로 제시했다는 뜻에서 가시화 연습이라고 하였다. 이러한 문제 풀이 과정은 이해가 부족한 부분을 구체적으로 인식하도록 돕고 따라서 학생이 스스로의 질문을 정확하게 인식하고 표현하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대되었다. 연구의 대상은 이공계 물리학 강좌를 수강하는 서울지역 대학 일학년 학생이었다. 수업의 대부분은 동일하고, 다만 연습문제 풀이를 할 때 실험집단은 전문가의 문제 풀이 방략을 가시화하는 연습 활동을 했고, 통제집단 학생들은 교과서에 있는 연습 문제를 전통적인 방법으로 풀었다. 학생들의 질문을 조사하기 위해 과제물을 부여할 때 또는 시험을 실시할 때 자신이 어려웠던 부분에 대해서 서술할 것을 요철하였다. 즉 본 연구에서 질문은 학생들이 자신의 경험한 어려움에 대해서 글로 서술한 것을 의미하며 의문문의 형태가 아닐 수도 있다. 수집된 질문을 질문의 양과 질, 두 가지 측면에서 분석하였다. 실험집단의 학생들은 통제 집단의 학생들보다 자발적으로 질문을 표현하는 경향이 있었다. 학생 질문의 내용에서 많이 관찰된 첫째 특성은 자신의 어려움에 대한 구체적인 표현의 중가이다. 두 번째 특성은 과정적 지식의 지식의 필요를 인식했다는 점이다. 구체적인 표현과 과정적 지식에 관한 인식은 모두 실험집단에서 다 많이 관찰되었다.

노인요양시설의 서비스 질 평가 지표 개발 및 적용: 구조-과정 측면의 질 평가 (Development and Application of Service Quality Indicators in Nursing Homes: Structure-Process Evaluation)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop service quality indicators to evaluate structure and process of the nursing home service. Method: On the basis of literature review and analysis of existing quality indicators, the researcher made a preliminary service quality indicators and verified content validity twice. The final service quality indicators were applied in 30 nursing homes. Results: Preliminarily, 3 domains, 24 sub-domains, and 156 indicators were generated. Through two content validity testings, the indicators scoring over .80 CVI for each testing were adopted and modified by discussion with a panel of experts. The final indicators consisted of 3 domains, 15 sub-domains, and 128 indicators. These indicators were applied in 30 nursing homes. The result showed that they were easily applicable and suitable for a evaluation of service quality in nursing home. Conclusion: This 'service quality indicators in nursing home' was verified by the content validity. This tool will be able to be used for evaluation and improvement of nursing home service quality. However, repeated researches are needed for further validity and reliability.

한국노동쟁의에 있어서 직권중재제도의 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Compulsory Arbitration System in Labor Dispute of Korea)

  • This article deals with the Improvement of Compulsory Arbitration System on Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act in Korea. If a labor dispute occcur, the settlement of labor dispute must be reached for the parties' own accord. The autonomy of the parties concerned is the fundamental principle in the settlement of labor dispute. If the Rights Which are guaranteed by art. 33 Constitutional Law belong to civil liberties, we should consider Trade Union Act as the restriction of basic rights. Arbitration is a procedure which permits the most positive intervention by the arbitrator. It is carried out by an arbitration committe which is composed of three arbitrators appointed by the chairman of the Labor Relations Commission. Compulsory arbitration system of the labor for parties should be improved. In case of necessary public enterprises, more strict requirements on assembly for labor disputes should be prepared and the government should support institutions to prevent labor-management disputes by educating experts on labor-management relations and improving the quality of arbitration.

  • For continuous improvement of the railway customer satisfaction service, more objective evaluation and development system for software and hardware shall be built. The entire activity of railway customer is the interface between the customer and software/hardware services. Customer's activity was investigated by participating observation and objective observation, and considering the connection of all the activities, it was divided into 9 categories and 43 items. Although the detailed activity of customer would vary per item, they show more than 430 different activities under general condition. Also, the customer's activity varies according to the numerous variants such as physical, mental, environmental and cultural features. Especially, as lots of changes, diversification and high-quality of railway industry are expected according to the middle and long term plan on railway industry development, it is necessary for experts in various fields to perform cooperative research aggressively to improve the customer satisfaction service continuously based on continuous customer activity research.

  • 이러닝을 활용한 원격교육은 평생교육의 측면에서 교육의 내용과 방법에 대한 선택의 다양성을 제공하고 있다. 양질의 콘텐츠와 이를 운영하는 학습관리시스템의 효과적 운영은 원격교육의 효과성을 높이는 중요한 요인이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 원격교육의 질을 높이는 데 필요한 학습관리시스템의 현황을 분석하였다. 현황 분석과 함께 원격교육의 학습관리시스템 기능에 대해 델파이를 통해 전문가의 의견을 수렴하였다. 전문가 의견 수렴을 토대로 본 연구는 원격교육의 효과성을 높일 수 있는 학습관리시스템에 필요한 기능을 제안하였다.

산업체 연계 프로젝트 기반 학습(PBL)을 활용한 성형해석 실습 교과목 운영 사례 연구 (Case Study on Education of Metal Forming Simulation Practice Subject through Industry-linked Project Based Learning)

  • The purpose of this study is to conduct Project Based Learning (PBL) in collaboration with industry experts to operate practical subjects in an industry-university-linked teaching method. PBL is a teaching method in which students can learn through actively engaging in real-world and personally meaningful projects. For a long period of time, PBL methodologies have been found to be especially effective in engineering education. This case study deals with the operational results of a practice subject which has been conducted over three years from 2017 to 2019 in Korea University of Technology and Education. The course is for the 4th grade students in the school of mechatronics engineering. The results of the surveyed learning outcomes (for example, Program Outcomes and Course Learning Outcomes) have been analyzed and reflected in the next years for the Continuous Quality Improvement. By working on practical projects linked to industry, students have been able to develop so-called 4C's capabilities which are Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication and Collaboration.

The Critical Success Factors of Six Sigma in China Manufacturing Industry

  • Six Sigma has been one of main quality improvement approaches since Motorola first invented Six Sigma in 1987. Many scholars and consult experts have discussed the critical success factors of implementing Six Sigma management, but most of them are based on related theories or qualitative analyses. In the paper, we first review critical success factor of Six Sigma status quo based on literature. Then we design the questionnaire and survey China manufacturing enterprises that have introduced Six Sigma management. And finally, we analyze the critical success factors of China manufacturing industry implementing Six Sigma management by using structural equation model and find that leadership and Six Sigma strategy, focus on market and customer, evaluation and motivation, selecting, managing and implementing Six Sigma projects are four critical success factors of China manufacturing enterprises implementing Six Sigma management. At the same time, the paper also presents the relationships between the critical success factors. The results are of important role in China manufacturing industry locating resources, eliminating waste and improving Six Sigma performance.

  • In order to carry out TQM and 6 Sigma management, it is the key elements to make clear a goal and a mission. Above all, we can succeed In achieving a dramatic change and a great outcome only when we make clear the method, incentives, organization and plans under the clear objective. In order to secure the competitiveness against the external challenge, it is essential to keep the several crucial factors such as CEO's will, the systematic process to measure and manage, monitoring to satisfy customer's needs and an aggressive development of TQM activity to encourage the endeavour of the relentless enhancement, and also a positive effort Is to be made for evaluating all quality culture like training experts internally by an outstanding training program under CEO's firm leadership. This study is carried out to understand that which features and factors of success can exist in a company culture if a company accepts a theoretical basis and concept, the general of TQM and 6 Sigma which are one of a management strategy, and carries out TQM and 6 Sigma for achieving improvement of quality and customer's satisfaction.

크로스토크 제거를 위한 바크스케일 등가 보상 필터를 이용한 음질 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Sound Quality Improvement Using the Equal Compensation Filter in Bark-scale for the Cross-talk Cancellation)

  • 본 논문에서는 자유음장 모델을 기초로 5.1채널 스피커 시스템의 보상함수를 해석하고, 이를 심리음향에 기초한 바크 스케일(bark scale) 등 가 보상 밴드패스 필터에 적용하여 주파수 제한적인 음질 보상에 대한 실험을 통해 5.1채널 스피커 시스템에서 음향 재현시 나타나는 크로스토크를 제거함으로써 보다 입체적인 음을 재현하는 방법을 제안하였다. 정면 채널과 서라운드 채널의 음원을 기존의 2채널 및 5.1채널 시스템에서 제시하는 음원과 비교를 위하여 음질 평가와 함께 청취자를 대상으로 주관적인 평가를 실시하였다. 실험 결과 \pm30{\circ}$의 정면 스피커를 배치한 돌비 표준 스피커 배치에서 38dB 이상의 분리도를 얻었으며, 전문가 그룹의 음의 확산감에 대한 주관 평가에서는 5점 평가를 기준으로 0.4∼0.5점, 음의 깊이감 평가에서는 0.1∼0.2점이 향상되었다.
